Our experience with Kevin was great. Could not have asked for anything better. Very professional. Kevin was also very flexible as we changed our original schedule due to a conflict and he adjusted with no issues. He fixed all our issues. We had a leaking toilet and 2 faucets that had broken components. All resolved on-time and the cost was reasonable.

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class. I chose J's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

Called TSmith plumbing they were at my house quickly, three crew members took care of my facet repair, moving and connecting water line to my fridge, checked all my water lines and corrected drainage issues.
I could not be more pleased with their courteous employees and their professionalism. Reviewed the work the performed with me and completed the tasks efficiently. Very reasonable.

Excellent work! Fast response and very fair pricing. The plumbers that came out were great guys. Very polite and worked fast. I was also given a very fair price. Will definitely call them again if needed!

Dean is a criminal. I used to work for him in the past and he refused to pay me for the work I did for him and proceeded to threaten myself and my family. I had to file a police report again Dean since he was threatening violence towards my family. He also did some work for my clients and did a terrible job and left things unfinished. I am shocked that Yelp allows them to continue to use this page because he formed it under a false name. Do not do business with him. I have seen instances of him taking down payments and then walking from the job. He has had multiple plumbing businesses and just starts new ones once his page is closed down.

The worse professional experience. Home warranty company contracted with them. They replace a water heater that failed. They claim to repair a part that was defective and they have had several complaints about it. The water heater is still not working and they are not returning or answering my call. they acknowledged that the repair wd be t no cost but still attempted to collect a fee from me and the home warranty company. Unbelievable!!! Stay away deceptive trade practices.
I had no say in hiring them because of the home warranty and that is why they do not care about performance because they will be paid. Not getting away with this!!!

Had these guys come out once to install a toilet. great job but a little more that we expected to pay but that was ok. had them come a second time for a basic bathroom sink install and they quoted 800.00 ended up doing the work in an hour myself with 12 dollars worth of parts. not sure if the owner is paying attention to the staff. that quote was at least 4 times more than the going rate in town.

I had a pipe burst on a Sunday night and looked for a plumber that I would call in the morning since it was late and I was able to shut off the water. I found them through Angie's list and received a call very early in the morning from them saying they could have someone out there same day. When I called him back he said he would have them out there after lunch and they were there.
They crawled under the house and assessed the damage quickly and gave me an estimate on the spot to replace about 6 feet of piping. They were done in about an hour, and even checked my hot water heater for pressure related issues. They didn't try to up sell me, just gave me the invoice for what they quoted. They did recommend some additional work that may help prevent issues going forward but nothing pushy.
I have had several plumbing companies out, some big name ones, and I'd honestly say that Williams and Sons were the most forthright and honest company I have worked with and reasonably priced. They are locally owned as well. Great job and will recommend.

Uh...charging me 100.00 to fix a hole in the wall he charged me to make in order to troubleshoot a leak? The hole was about 14 inches square and could have been just 3 inches square. Another 65.00 to mount a shower rod...jeezus no! Also wants to charge an extra 2% just for using a debit card....Uh...Uh!

To say I felt cheated by this company was an understatement...
I scheduled a service call to fix my tankless water heater that was no longer providing hot water consistently. They scheduled a technician who specialized in tankless water heaters to arrive to my home on Thursday the 10th with a two hour window. I scheduled a vacation day away from work to get hot water restored to our home. Unfortunately, the technician never showed up and I didn't even receive a courtesy phone call from IRV to let me know that the tech would not be coming. I called several hours past the missed appointment window and they dispatched another tech however he wouldn't arrive until after 5pm. The technician that arrived did not know much about tankless water heaters and was not prepared to work in it. It was as if they just sent someone to show face as they missed the appointment already. He simply asked me if I had cleaned it since it was installed which I answered no. His diagnosis was that the unit needed to be cleaned first before doing any further work and he proceeded to charge me $157 for the diagnosis and said that I would have to schedule another day to get the unit cleaned. This one question could have been asked when I called in for the appointment. This is also a simple 45 minute fix which I would have expected to be preformed while he was here at my property.
Two days following I finally received the quote for the cleaning which was $530. This put the total cost of the cleaning at $692!!! The cleaning only requires a $15 descaler solution that is pumped through the flush valves of the unit for half hour. In addition, two small filters are cleaned (air and water) which take two minutes each. From start to finish this repair only took me 45 minutes to do myself. With a fully burdened labor cost of roughly $60-75 an hour and $15 of material cost (descaler solution) I felt like this company was taking advantage of the home owner. I am in the construction business and am fully aware on the total burdened cost for an employee in the service arena. This was essentially a 700% markup over the companies cost. I understand companies have markups and need to make profit however this was beyond excessive. Buyer beware, avoid this company at all cost as they will try to rip you off for such an easy fix!
