Jason from Julian's is a great guy. I've had them come out a couple times to replace a fill valve, and had them out again to replace polyurethane line running to another toilet. Had an issue with the fill valve just outside of the typical warranty, and they worked with me to make sure we rectified the problem.

The main reason I leave this review is the customer service experience and follow up. Jason genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. You just don't find customer service like Julian's Plumbing does.

This team was great. I called and had the plumber at my house in an hour because he was nearby. They were quick and very courteous. They offered to return on a Saturday if we continued to have a problem (which we did not). Great experience in contrast to my previous misadventures in plumbing.

I really appreciated the excellent service that Timothy provided us with.  His patience and expertise was a plus.  He was determined to make sure we were satisfied with his work.  Because of Timothy, I will be contacting Option One again.  Thank you for your personal touch and professionalism Timothy!

The owner, Dave P, did reach out to me.  After a brief discussion he agreed with me that the initial charge was excessive for the particular situation,  and he sent me a partial refund for our agreed amount.  

it speaks very well for the company to have the interest to follow up and then to have an open mind about the issue and then to make a reasonable adjustment.

I will use again.  My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it took my time and the owners extra time to reach a satisfactory price for the work done.  

Again...the work was excellent!

Friday afternoon 4:45 pm we had a leak in our hot water heater,  we called and they had someone out at our house within 30 minutes!   They did a quote and were out at 7:30 am the next day, Saturday, to install a new hot water heater.  So so professional; great pricing, expert installers.  I am so happy we called them.  Very knowledgeable and up to date options and advice was given.  Call them!!!!! Very happy.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Very happy with Charlotte plumbing. They answered the phone, which is rare at 6pm, and we're very helpful in getting my situation under control until a plumber could come the following morning.

Ricky was the plumber who arrived on time and answered all my questions courteously while working. The problem has been resolved for a very reasonable rate.

Will continue to call them when I have plumbing issues

What appeared to be an easy job after watching a YouTube video then turned into a weekend nightmare. We had to call Option One over the weekend due to a stuck cartridge in our shower handle. We couldn't run the water back into the house as we weren't sure if any parts had fallen behind the wall. Scott came out in about a 2 hour window after we called and rescued us and put our mind at ease. It was absolutely worth the extra weekend fee to have peace of mind from this company. This is the second time we've used them and we will call them back for any further plumbing needs.

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

Loved that they show up in masks!  Mike and his son are great at what they do and very thoughtful.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!  On time and reasonable prices.

I waited 2 hours for an appointment no call back not even after I called back asking for appointment.  Just moved on to another plumber.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Small family run business. Awesome service, great price. Cain Jr. and JC were dispatched, they called 45 min out and were there when they said they would be. The two reset a toilet and installed a new sink/vanity in well under an hour. Strongly recommend!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
