Best Electric Inspection in Seattle WA

In short:
They ghosted me, even though they came highly recommended. Not sure what to make of this.

In long:
I needed a plumber and got a referral to these folks. I called and everything seemed normal enough. Kinda had that family-business vibe, like maybe the office was the house and family answered the phone.

The person who answered the phone had trouble with my last name, street name, city name, and zip. I was just repeating and repeating, but that happens, so no big deal.

She then said she would text the info over to the tech right away. I knew the tech couldn't be sitting around waiting to drive to my house, so I asked if I should expect a call back tomorrow, today, or later in the week. I'm having this entire conversation with my work persona, very laid back and curious, no pressure, but she bristled HARD at this question. Huh?

Well! Huh! Um, I said right away. He'll get it right away.

What? I'm curious how busy he is and when he can fix my sink...I am in no way questioning your ability to send him a text. I'm sure he's busy. Right away is the same as 30 minutes or more if he's on a job, so I am good. We hung up with no ETA for a call or an appointment.

That was 3 full business days ago and no sign of them yet.

I'd go one star but they did come recommended by someone I trust completely. Overall, though, I'd look elsewhere for plumbing help.

Just wanted to compliment Ally for a job well done. Christopher fixed our kitchen Fawcet on Tuesday. He was VERY professional and efficient . Performed the work on time and called to let us know when he would arrive . The customer service staff when I called was terrific and Travis was also exceptional in assessing our plumbing situation. THANKS AGAIN

I called for help with what was initially a sink drain blockage, but turned into a leak when I tried to fix it myself.

Shane was responsive during scheduling. He came over and was able to quickly diagnose the leak. He was able to fix the blockage and the leak, and explained to me the reason behind it and some more long term solutions I could try in the future.

The pricing seemed reasonable given the time, expertise, tools needed for the job, and result.

Did not leave a mess when he left.

I have had JC Plumbing out for a second job since they did such a great job the first time.  The first job was to evaluate a leak, which turned out to be a 20-year-old water heater past its useful life.  They replaced it with a new heater that same day.  Hauled away the old unit as part of the work.  The second job was to redo our laundry plumbing in order to stack our washer & dryer.  JC Plumbing does a great job, and they are very thorough about doing things right, from scheduling to the plumbing work itself.  I recommend them highly.

I had Herdman Plumbing come out to re-build a toilet which the previous owners had installed non-manufacturer parts into and resulted in a barely functional flush lever.  Furthermore, the previous owners didn't have the toilet mounted on straight which was an eyesore in the bathroom.

The great folks at Herdman ensured that I had the correct parts on hand and helped to re-build the toilet and even straightened it out for me!

Furthermore, after their initial re-build I noticed that the toilet tank was refilling every 10-30 minutes at all hours of the day. I called Herdman Plumbing and let them know the issue and they had someone out the next day to fix the issue free of charge.

I would definitely use Herdman again and recommend them to friends.

Great customer service, super responsive and friendly. We needed a toilet fixed and they came out immediately and had it fixed within 20 minutes.  Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I came home from vacation only to find that my entire kitchen and part of the dining room had flooded. I had no idea where the leak was coming from, but my floor had buckled and the water was seeping into the walls. Still a fairly new homeowner, I completely panicked and called multiple plumbers I found online. I Need A Plumber Now was the first company to respond to me and could come out the soonest. They were extremely helpful and I'm so glad I chose them!

The plumber they sent out was friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of his process before and during. After opening the wall and crawl space, he realized the leak was actually coming from a hose in the dishwasher, something he couldn't fix. But instead of just charging me for the leak detection services and leaving me high and dry, he parlayed that charge into another plumbing issue I had so his trip wouldn't be a waste! He fixed my outside garden hose which was leaking non-stop, and used the money I would have paid him for leak detection on that leak, instead. Super nice and saved me hundreds of dollars.

I had to call them back to help me reattach the hose to the new faucet since I couldn't get it to stick, and they did so without hesitation at no charge. They have been friendly, super helpful, and very knowledgeable at every step of the way, and will now be my go-to plumbers!

I needed a plumber to tend to an awful ejector pump overflow situation in my basement rental apartment, and I needed one fast.  Arash responded very quickly to my call and came later that same day.  He and his partner Armin were professional, thorough, knew their stuff and were very conscious of being COVID safe.  They discovered that the plumber who had installed my ejector pump never installed an alarm which would have alerted me to the water level getting dangerously high when the pump stopped working due to the circuit tripping.  They found an alarm and installed in within a few hours, all the while explaining my options clearly and kindly.  I feel confident the terrible incident I had with the overflow of raw sewage will not happen again.  I highly recommend Ridgid Plumbing!

They were fast, communicative, courteous, knowledgeable. They were also EXPENSIVE AF. But they were at my place, did the estimate, I needed the job done - I'm cooked. They know you're over a barrel at that point so that, in addition to top-quality service, allows them to charge a lot. Like literally the job to put a simple L-joint at the end of a gas pipe cost almost as much as my entire stove that I needed it for. What are you gonna do? At least they did a perfect job.

I called ZesBro in the late morning after a long holiday weekend - I chose them because of all the positive yelp reviews.  I was very pleased they managed to squeeze me in on the same day even though they were obviously very busy and it was a non-emergency.  James the plumber who showed up did an awesome job - called ahead to say he was coming, showed up on time, did the job efficiently, and cleaned up after himself.  

I'm a female first time homeowner and anytime something comes up, I worry I'll be charged more than necessary for a job just because I don't know any better.  ZesBro prices were very reasonable.  

Bottom line is I would call them again if I needed a plumber and I would recommend them to all my friends.

My main sewer drain clogged overnight and I called Fritz, having had an excellent prior experience with him for a side sewer issue two years ago.  He called me back the next morning and scheduled a visit for noon.  But his team called me an hour later and said that they could come two hours earlier, which was great.  They were in and out in less than 30 minutes for $150, having cleared roots that were causing the problem.  Friendly, early, and excellent service as always.

Greg arrived on time and quickly assessed our dying water heater.  He also pointed out some small problems that could have become disastrous if not corrected now.  Gave an estimate and once I approved he went to work. Within 4 hours there was a new, safe, functioning water heater unit with new connections and a replaced failing water shutoff valve.  I feel it was well worth the money paid and I should be good-to-go for a long time.  Would call Ally again.

They really came to our rescue. I had Covid so was staying home when our septic tank needed to be pumped as it was full and overdue. They were able to get us scheduled and emptied two days later when other places were a week out. We asked a bunch of questions and they were very knowledgeable and educated us of future maintenance for our system. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

I didn't actually use them to replace my faucet, only because they were completely booked for a week out.
The customer service is amazing. They stay in constant contact and reply timely. Something that is really cool... They text you a photo and bio of the actual Plummer that is coming to your house so that you know who to expect.
They are prompt. Thorough. Efficient.
I would use them again.

Christmas eve day, and my toilet in my new apartment completely stops up.  I spent hours trying to solve the problem, trying to contact my landlord, and watching as the holiday crept closer....

I called several neighborhood plumbers that day and Roman returned my call quickly despite Christmas approaching.  He came, he struggled (that made me feel good -at least the problem wasn't something I should have been able to handle), and he fixed it!  

All with good humor and kindness.  Considering he was one of only a couple of plumbers working, he could have charged an added holiday fee, but Roman was totally reasonable.  I'd happily call him again in the future.  But hopefully this won't be anytime too soon!

We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid.  Luke showed up on time and was very professional.  He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve.  Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions.  He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving.  Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge.  BTW:  Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood.  BRAVO!
