Best Electric Inspection in Seattle WA

Luminaire is great.  They seem to always be able to fit into my schedule and have always been able to take care of what ever electrical issue I am having.  One time there was a hiccup with a job and they stayed on it until it was fixed...maybe the most impressive thing.  I would definitively use them.  Good job guys!

I highly recommend Daniel for his customer focus. Of the half dozen businesses I contacted late in the evening, he was the first to respond.

Daniel was busy and unable to come in to take care of an outage on a number of outlets. He suggested it may be a simple fix and asked me to try a few tips over the phone, which worked. He also gave me ideas on how to fix a programmable light switch which I was able to do on my own. Daniel saved me $$ and got me up and running. Thank you!!

After reading the other review here I called them up to clean up some wiring in my 1954 rambler.  The guy (Larry I think) went out and promptly created a work order with itemized parts, and scanned and emailed it to me.  The went out and did the work in advance of when it was scheduled (with my permission).  The work came out great and at the estimated cost.  I had them do some follow-up work to remove a junction box and re-splice some leftover wires, and they did it really quick and for much lower cost than expected.

Bob is outstanding.  He checked our circuit breakers then I asked about adding an outlet in our  walk-in closet and  another light box in my man cave.  Expecting in gettiing a bid and making another appointment to install .  He said I can do it now which saved us both time  and money.  He was very professional and quick. Very knowledgeable, timely, and assisted with the permitting process to help facilitate the project. Even before I had contracted them, they were helpful with decisions that needed to be made. When the project was scheduled, they arrived on time and completed the project. Completed within schedule and within estimate. That's all one needs.  The project was located on Bainbridge Island, have already recommended them to a neighbor.

I called Dickson in a panic... I am having a wedding at my house in less than two weeks and had power loss in part of my house! I had called several other electricians and none would be able to assist me for several weeks. Liz was able to get someone out the next day and they fixed the issue in 30 min or so! They will be my first call next time!

When our house was painted, the crew removed the outside light fixtures. When the fixtures were replaced, one would not light. The initial installation was not the best. The person I hired to do the job was not as knowledgeable as he claimed. This was my opportunity to have the fixture installed correctly. Dan called before he arrived and he arrived a little early. He went right to work and worked quickly. He found some wiring issues and corrected those. He attached the fixture to the wall snugly the way it should have been in the first place. The light lights and the installation looks good. Maybe best of all, Dan spoke to me (a woman) as if I actually knew what I was talking about. What a refreshing attitude!

I was referred to Wildcat Electric by my real estate agent for replacement of the electrical panel in my home. Brian gave me a very reasonable quote; told me exactly what to expect. These guys are great. They installed a wall oven for me. They really went the extra mile because the oven didn't fit perfectly into the cabinet. Rodney and his assistant got out some carpentry tools and made it work. Way beyond the call of duty for an electrician. They also got the whole job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

I had a leaking roof on my front porch. Called Pinnacle. Steve & Cam responded found the leak in no time,  and did an excellent repair. I wouldn't even entertain calling another roofer. This company is the best. It was a small job and they didn't hesitate to respond. I will use them from now on. I won't even compare prices.
