Great company. Very fast fix. A toilet in our home was spraying water from a hose EVERYWHERE, and they had someone out to us in 20 minutes(where as other places were giving me a 6-hour time frame). I'm so grateful they could fix the issue before permanent damage was done. Thank you!

This is my first ever Yelp review and I decided to write my honest review for After Hour Services.

My kitchen sink has been stuck for more than 12 hrs. I tried different methods for 5 hrs but still couldn't get it resolved.

After Hours Services exceeded my expectations in many ways-

Responsive: Will replied my request for quote under 10 mins, and replied my text and call fairly quickly.

Professional: Will got things done in under 30 mins. In addition, Will was very thorough in examining andexplaining the issue. What I love the most is that he cleaned up the area after the issue was fixed.

Transparent pricing: he's honest and it's a flat fee and very reasonable price. I got different quotes and his is the most transparent.

On-time: he was on time, which is a very big factor for me.

Overall, I recommend Will and After Hour Services, with passion.

Had my water heater start leaking on me last night, got ahold of Dave this morning and told him what was going on. Sent him a pic and he was out in about 3 hours. Friendly, quick, I was back and running in no time, would recommend.

We had an old pipe that leaked and when it wasn't an emergency we were looking around for plumbers. Jose was the first one replied to us at Friday 8pm. After comparing between some bigger companies we feel Jose and his team, perhaps not with the fanciest equipment, is the only one who cares about our small business so we have decided to go with him. And suddenly the leak escalated to a burst and we had to shut off our water completely and moved out of the house for the weekend. Jose shared our urgency and rearranged for us to get the pipes replaced as soon as possible, sending people working on Sunday for the prepping, so that we could have water on Monday. We really appreciate his responsiveness, communication, flexible and quick scheduling and the job was well done.

If I could give Wezee's ten stars I would. My toilet wouldn't stop running. The estimate from Southwest Plumbing almost gave me a heart attack. $628!  And he recommended we replace the entire toilet. Cost? $1018! He was shown the door and I called Wezee's based on the reviews here and so glad I did. Zach was awesome. Polite, professional, and knowledgable. He fixed the tank items that weren't working and only charged me $202. That includes going to McLenden to get the parts. Zach is my new plumbing go to guy. I would never hesitate to call Wezee's in the future.

My toilet was running, I sent Otter an email and they responded right away and had an opening the next day , they showed up in the window time frame , we're polite and courteous, and professional. Evaluated my issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Had my toilet repaired within the hour. I highly recommend them. They are also a local company to maple valley which is important to me.

Had a great experience. He did both leak finding and repair of the water line. He explained the problems clearly and made sure I understood and agreed with the findings. The time quoted was accurate and the clean up job was fantastic.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

He came ready to go. Started work immidiately and was able to complete the job inna timely matter. Explained exactly what he was doing. I will be using him in then future for any further needs.

I'm not sure why all the other reviews are not currently recommended so I hope this one shows. I was in need of a plumber sooner than later because I had a leak, a slow drip, made worse when I touched the area. I had to shut the water off at the street because the builders plastic valve did not do its job!  What to do?  

After many calls, most said 2-3 weeks, Todd called me back that day. He said he could come over the next afternoon, Friday, but I was leaving town so we agreed on 7:00am Monday. He showed up bright and early, replaced the cracked brass shut off then replaced the builders plastic shut off as well as repaired the faucet to the front of the house. It took about three hours total.

I watched him work the whole time and learned a lot. He explained what he was doing as he did each step. I learned that CPVC is a quick and easy builder thing to do but not necessarily the way it should be done.

Anyway, if you need a good plumber, call Todd.

They fixed the issue efficiently and left everything spotless. I highly recommend them!

I am really impressed by Hristo and his crew. They did a very complex job - several separate jobs actually - repairing a poorly done irrigation pipeline install, digging a new hole and then installing a water flow meter. It was not something usually done, and ABV plumbing came for 3 separate appointments and got it all working. What I am really impressed by is the attention to detail and the passion for their work. Well done!

My under mounted sink was falling and every plumber I called insisted I could do it myself. I'm fairly handy, but I hate taking a chance on plumbing (or electrical). Vortex was priced similarly to other plumbers, but they knew exactly what to do to fix my sink. They came out, took the sink off, stripped down the old adhesive, and reattached it. In 24 hours they were back to remount the remaining plumbing. With that, all was well.

However, after my sink was reattached I noticed that it was still leaking. The caulking wasn't done well. There were still gaps where water could get through. I chalked it up to the caulk settling, emailed Vortex about the issue, and they were back within several days to reseal my sink.

Except, even after this second time the caulking had gaps. This was pretty frustrating. After doing a great job attaching the sink, they couldn't get the easiest part right. I sent a subsequent email and just told them I was disappointed. Sent a photo of the remaining gaps and told them I'd fix it myself. After $600 to fix my sink, I shouldn't have to buy caulk myself, but during a pandemic I really didn't want people to keep coming in my house to fix something easy that should've been done right the first time.

I would just want to say, Thank you so much! We were having a serious water pressure issue, awhile ago our hot water heater hot hose got a pin hole in it and we didn't know until our besetment was complete flooded! As I tried to shut the water off, and get the hose replaced. When I turned everything back on I guess I didn't turn the valve far enough and had been living with bad water pressure ever scent's. So I got tired of it and I asked my son-in-law for a recommendation of a plumber he used a few weeks earlier, he gave me tech city's number. Made an appointment and today was the day... Can you even guess what it was, yeah yeah.. I didn't turn the valve all the way back on.. Feeling pretty stupid, They were so kind! Turned the valve and did some checking and didn't even charge me, Who dose that any more? Thank you guys, 5 star's and a hug to boot!!!

Called West Side Plumbing (our go-to) and within 48 hours we had a frozen hose-bib replaced and back in action.  Joshua was great, and is a great part of Austin's team.  West Sound has moved our water service, configured and installed a 5 stage whole-house filtration system (thank goodness for no more sulphur smell or taste), installed our tankless water heater, and have been great about keeping track of what they previously did so when we call them out for small things, they already have been briefed and are very fast to enhance our system or fix a problem that inevitably comes up with owning a 30 year old house with a well.

Great team, and the only team I feel completely comfortable with leaving the garage open to etc... True pros!

Contacted Ryan to replace the leaky hose bib in the back of our house.  He had already replaced the hose bib in front and did a great job.  Rather than replace the faucet, which would have been difficult and expensive, he recommended I replace a part which was available on Amazon for $10.   I was able to replace the piece in 5 minutes saving me hundreds!   Alpha will be our family's go to plumber from now on.

Great service and knowledgeable. They always tell me upfront what I will be paying and even then save me some money. This the company to call.

Horrible experience. Charged outrageous money for an inspection. Would never go back. Normal fees for an inspection run at $250. these guys charged me $650 instead, saying many things that are not working (which in fact isn't)

Well, we started with what I thought was a simple kitchen sink drain clog. Wrong! Fortunately, Mike was very determined and methodical in addressing the problem - not to mention how patient he was with me and my frustration. Eventually Josh joined in the effort and Kyle arrived to put a camera in the line. Once the clog was identified as being caused by an improper remodel installation 25+ years ago, they had to remove some sheet rock to make the repair and install a cleanout to make any future clogs much easier to fix. Eight plus hours later these guys were finished, cleaned up and I had my kitchen back. Thank you, Allred's and your good specialists!

I couldn't have been happier with the job that Hunt's plumbing completed for me yesterday. Their estimate was much better than Hart's plumbing, and was a fair amount for the work being done. Carlos took the time to go through the locations of the waste pipes with me, and caught a couple items I didn't think of. They were able to get the pipes in the exact locations I needed them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
