Outstanding work by Forrest and Mishka installing a new Rinnai tankless water heater for my mother on Bainbridge Island.  She is a very discerning woman, and has great confidence in the work West Sound has provided at her home.  They were professional, courteous, thorough, detail-oriented, and  we look forward to having them back for annual maintenance on the system. Their work was clean and efficient, and Forrest explained in wonderful detail everything we needed to know about the installation, and the system function and care.   West Sound will always be our first-call for plumbing related issues.  Thank you!

I contracted West Sound Plumbing Service over a year before these photos were taken (the permit for our project got caught up in some red tape that held it up). Austin patiently worked with us over that time helping me get everything set up for his plumbers that would be doing the job. After getting approved, our plumber, Forest (and Josh on the last day), spent an entire week working with and around me doing this fantastic installation!

Thanks to Austin, Forest, and Josh, my project is now now past one of its major hurdles!!

Called West Side Plumbing (our go-to) and within 48 hours we had a frozen hose-bib replaced and back in action.  Joshua was great, and is a great part of Austin's team.  West Sound has moved our water service, configured and installed a 5 stage whole-house filtration system (thank goodness for no more sulphur smell or taste), installed our tankless water heater, and have been great about keeping track of what they previously did so when we call them out for small things, they already have been briefed and are very fast to enhance our system or fix a problem that inevitably comes up with owning a 30 year old house with a well.

Great team, and the only team I feel completely comfortable with leaving the garage open to etc... True pros!

I contacted West Sound to get a bid for total repiping of my property along with installation of a new water main line. Jessica was very helpful and prompt in replying and scheduling an estimate. Austin came out to my home at the appointed time and did a thorough review.  The quote Austin provided was competitive, and I got a strong sense that West Sound would be providing professional and competent service. In this case, I ended up doing with a different plumber because of scheduling (the other company's bid was around the same cost but they could fit me in around some travel time).  I would not hesitate to call West Sound again in the future if I needed a big or small plumbing job done.

If I could give Joshua 10 stars, I would. He did an amazing job! He was on time, professional, had all the answers, all the fixes, just a really amazing guy. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing job done right!

Had noise in our pipes in the mornings, they said they would send our best guy.  This person shows up, doesn't look at the water heater or check the pressure, walks around jiggling toilet handles, ends up saying I dunno what it is and then charges us over $500/hour for nothing.

Called a friend who is a contractor (not even a plumber), he came out, immedicately noted the pressure tank on the water heater was out of date and that there was silt in the tank, replaced the pressure tank and flushed out the water heater, problem solved, and for less than Mr I dunno charged to do nothing.

Another pin-hole leak in the ONLY original piece of copper piping not already replaced by West Sound Plumbing!  Thankfully, West Sound Plumbing had had the foresight to install isolation valves in our hot water system.  We isolated the leak and called West Side Plumbing.  Austin and the team were in full emergency mode.  They were getting seven calls an hour.  Pipes were freezing and breaking everywhere.  

The snow was six inches deep; the temperature outside was 22 degrees; the roads were treacherous; and the trucks at West Sound Plumbing were not equipped to drive the icy hills of Poulsbo and their greater service area.  

NO PROBLEM.  The guys at West Sound Plumbing jumped into their personal all-wheel-drive vehicles and started making emergency runs to their valued customers.  

They arrived this morning and had my leaking pipe fixed in a jiffy.  

Who does this kind of stuff anymore???

We've now used this company twice. Several months ago our water heater stopped working. Our warranty company assigned another company who couldn't fix the unit for several weeks. They ordered parts and put us on the back burner. We called West Sound and they fit us in immediately. The technician found the problem immediately and had the part to fix the problem. He was done in 45 minutes and I have to say, he was outstanding. The other plumber orders unnecessary and incorrect parts. WSP technician had every part he would have needed to do the job.

Today we had water coming through a light fixture in our downstairs master closet. After trouble shooting, found a leak under the sink in a bathroom upstairs. Once again, West Sound was available and sent a crew within an hour. Josh and his partner examined the leak and fixed it immediately. It was something I could have fixed but after cleaning up the water leak, it was nice to just have Josh fix it.

My wife and I are truly grateful for the customer service from the office and for Josh and his partner for the quick fix. We've used a lot of plumbing companies here since 2003 and have to say, West Sound Plumbing is the best we've used.

The faucet in our kitchen sink broke and started leaking badly. The folks at West Sound Plumbing were out quickly to look at it, and Josh was back quickly to replace it once they had the replacement faucet, getting it done around my schedule. Really pleased!

Not long after they fixed out faucet, we called West Sound because our disposal stopped working. Forrest was out to our home quickly and fixed the issue in short order. Easy, no fuss, will call them again.

Ramon and Caleb did an outstanding job getting into my tight crawl space very knowledgeable and  even though they had an issue with the bad part they worked the problem and got the job done.Great job.

I was calling around to various places in the area about installing a new toilet. I had put a lot of thought into the toilet choice, but learned upon arrival that most places wanted a huge lot of money, almost the cost of the toilet itself, to do the install. I learned this was because we had chosen a one-piece design, and so it was heavier and thus more difficult to move and to install. After searching for a solution and weighing the option of doing it myself, I got a callback from West Sound with an offer at about half of what the other places wanted, and so I decided to use them instead.

One thing that surprised me was the speed. When I got a call back (after approving of their pricing), they were ready to come out within 30 minutes! I didn't realize they would be that fast, and couldn't account for that as I had existing plans, but still, nice to know they can be very prompt. Asked them to come out the next day instead, and so a young fella came out the next day, was courteous and professional, and installed the new toilet without much fuss. Also hauled the old toilet away for a fair rate. I have no complaints, everything worked out well.

Multiple-time repeat customer of West Sound Plumbing and they always do a great job. Thanks Josh and Caleb for a great job today working in a very challenging space under my house. They had a great attitude and helped me understand what had gone wrong. Will continue to use them with confidence!

West Coast Plumbing, and particularly the plumber who installed my new kitchen faucet - Forrest - was fast, friendly and competent.

We called needing a washer shut off valve replaced.  That afternoon Joshua came out and did the repair.  Very professional and nice.  He answered all our questions and did a good job.  We were very pleased.

Long story short: please triple check with the associates who run the office that your work can get done on a time frame that you can live with.

They have multiple associates at their location with with no knowledge of plumbing that can not communicate properly about plumbing jobs and how to complete the job in a timely manner. I had an evaluation of a leaking wall and broken temperature knob in April to work with my property management company to make the appropriate steps to fix my bathroom. The next time I heard from the plumbing company I was told they were going to come fix my bathroom within the hour on September 25. This is months longer then an appropriate wait time. I was willing to change my day to get the repairs done. Within the hour I was called told they can not do the repairs today and that my day can go back to how it was thank you.

I have used West Sound 3 times in the past few years.  They are so great to work with.  There office staff is super friendly and helpful.  The technicians also very friendly and very skilled at what they do.  I love knowing that if I have another plumbing issue, I can call them, and they will take care of me.  I definitely recommend the West Sound Plumbing crew!

Life saver!  Noticed there were water stains on the baseboard on the shower stall wall and moisture on the tiled floors.  It was weird because this is a recent Bathroom Remodel done a year ago.  

Called West Sound Plumbing and Dawn was able to schedule a technician on the same day!  WOW :-)  

Tom came to the rescue; he was thorough and checked the shower head, the shower neck, then found there was no grout around the shower trim.  The water must've been seeping behind the shower trim into the wall.  He checked the water meter, we did a test - No broken pipes and No water leaks, so that was excellent news.  

I highly recommend West Sound Plumbing.  Very courteous, listens to your concern and treats you with the outmost respect.

First of all Dawn really made every effort to get a plumber out as quickly as they could. Josh was our plumber, he was on time, professional, and kept our expenses down not trying to sell us anything extra. We would highly recommend West Sound Plumbing.

This is the second review in a month for West Sound Plumbing. They came to fix  leaks in our master bathroom  and needed a part and had to come back. The first time were 2 of their plumbers, Ramon and Caleb.  This time it was Ramon by himself. I have nothing but good things to say about these 2 individuals.  They arrive on time, remove their shoes so they don't track dirt into the house, and are always very professional.  This time Ramon took care of the problem in no time flat.  I got their name thru my home Warranty Program, American Home Shield, and am I glad I did.  They are the best.

Ramon was great knowledgeable and courteous.  He helped with a clog upstairs and was able to find the main issue to the septic tank.  I called the Septic company and he worked with the Septic company over the phone and discussed what he had done and found which was amazingly helpful!  If I could give the give the guy 6 stars I would!  Making the appt was very easy with the gentleman that answered the phone and Ramon was right on time and made his work quick and efficient.  Absolutely recommend West Sound Plumbing.

My freeze proof hose bib (out door faucet) froze due to a hose being connected to it and the lack of a bib cover (there were none available in town at the time) of course.
Caleb and Ramon from West Sound Plumbing were assigned the job. They showed up on time, masked, (the entire time they were on site) were polite, respectful, and very professional.
They performed the necessary repair in minimum time, cleaned up the mess (not much of one anyway), gave me a review of what they did, and installed a thermal cover on my new bib. We talked about a hot and cold outdoor bib I have and I was advised on how best I could protect it from freezing.
I'm very please with the whole process from Jessica and Dawn the young ladies that answer the phone (a wonderful voices for the company, they are polite, respectful, and very professional too; to the Repair crew!
The estimator, Josh came by a day early (but not without checking with me first (thank you Jessica!) and looked over the job. We talked a bit and I got educated on hose bibs!
In between Josh's visit and the repair team of Ramon and Caleb we again contacted West Sound Plumbing for an estimate on a tank-less water heater. Austin, the estimator came by; again on time, and looked over our needs and gave us an education on tank-less water heating, options and requirements. Austin was very polite, respectful, and very (I'm sensing a trend here...) professional as well. The estimate was received on time, easy to understand and competitive too!
We're very pleased with West Sound Plumbing; from the first call to the last it has been a refreshing experience.

We had an issue with our tankless water heater today and the company that installed the heater said they could not come out for almost four weeks to even look at it.  We called West Sound Plumbing, a company we had never used before, and talked with Austin and explained the problem.  He took the time to talk me through what turned out the be an easy fix while on the phone and we again have hot water.  We will be using West Sound Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.  Thanks Austin and Happy New Years!!

I called West Sound to do the dirty job of cleaning out a 2 drain line in my crawlspace that was 1/2 full of 20 years worth of gunk from the kitchen sink.  Ramon from West Sound came out and did the work with great professionalism and stayed in constant communication with me about the best means of going about the work and the cost to do so.  I've worked with another plumbing outfit in the area before which was not a positive experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by West Sound Plumbing Service.  For sure I will be using them again next time!

AWESOME!!! West Sound Plumbing showed up quickly to provide us with a quote on our project. Unlike some, they told us what had to been done and even gave some examples of stuff that we could do ourselves to save money. When they came back for our project, they were done quickly and professionally. Austin was amazing and so professional. Hat's off to West Sound Plumbing!  It's difficult today to the find QUALITY service I received from West Sound.  This company more than delivered.  Not only did the Crew arrive when they said they would, do the work they were contracted to do, leave the work area clean and devoid to left over materials etc. but they are warm and friendly.   Austin is delibert in his actions ensuring quality work.  He and his team installed new gas lines, met  with the City (managing the permit process).  Austin also was aware of the aesthetics of exposed pipe lines working to minimize negative visual.  When asked to return to extend the lines for an additional outlet (fireplace insert) he came without hesitation and, again, delivered the goods.  Austin is extremely knowledgble and has offered his expertise on other projectts I have.  If you are looking for a skilled plumbing team call West Sound Plumbing,

These guys were fantastic!  They showed up in the allotted timeframe to a work order that was somewhat of a guess. We had a leak and upon initially scheduling the appointment and when they got here we had figured out it was something different and they rolled with it beautifully. I had a few extra little jobs that they had time for and they happily jumped in and got them done. We had what was a simple garbage disposal replacement. Caleb was our technician and he was amazing. He arrived within the time stated.  As the replacement job progressed, Caleb found more issues and without a second thought, he made not just one but two trips to the hardware store. The job was complete and Caleb was so friendly and professional and so knowledgeable when he needed to troubleshoot. We really appreciated him and if we have another project which I am sure we will, we would love to have Caleb come and help us. I had a rather unusual problem with my main drain line under my slab to the stub out. A long piece of drain snake broke off in side the drain line and was catching all the debris from the toilets in my house and blocking the drain line from draining all into the septic tank. The drain. Line had to be snaked every week to keep it clear but would plug up constantly. After dealing with it for 6 months and resigning myself to having to jack hammer the slab, ( to reach the pipeline containing the broken snake)I called West sound plumbing and Austin came out to see if he could help. He was positive and encouraging and worked hard at trying to hook the broken snake and pull it out of the clean out   which he eventually was able to do after working well over 1 1/2 hr at it. His persistence was so appreciated and I would highly recommend his company .

Ramon was thorough and completed the job in a timely fashion.  He cleaned up after himself.  We were very pleased.

I have used Westsound plumbing several times over the years and cannot overstate just how WONDERFUL all of  these people have been at helping our family of nine.

One freezing January night in 2018, Austin literally dug and worked in a waist-high pit of sewage-filled water in an effort to restore water to our home. I will always be grateful for his above and beyond service!!

This company has its act together. The tech entered our home wearing a mask and was exceptionally courteous, professional and accommodating. He installed all 3 new toilets in less than 3 hours and his work done well and cleanly. He took special care to ensure that there were no leaks and that all toilets functioned properly. I will use this company  anytime in the future when plumbing work is required. These guys are clearly the best!!!

Just have to tell everyone out there that we had a great experience with West Sound Plumbing today.  It was an emergency situation in which we were unable to use any water in our house.  

They were out to our house on Bainbridge less than two hours after we called them, and fixed what we thought was an unfixable situation.  

Christian, Cody and Austin were super polite, professional, and sympathetic to our situation.  I will never use another plumbing service.

We called Westsound Pluming and they came out the same day to repair our hot water heater. We were very pleased with Austin the owner and how the great service he gave us. The price was fair, fast and efficient. He also gave us excellent advice about another project. He is very informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

West Sound Plumbing was selected by our home warranty company when we called needing a drain snaked out.

The tech they sent (Steven) refused to snake out the drain, insisting that the drain pipes were sagging and that the pipes (under the house and extending into VERY inaccessible locations) needed to be replaced instead.

At our insistence, the home warranty company sent another plumber (Mitchell Plumbing).  He snaked the drain, which of course fixed the problem, and said it was by far and away his easiest job of the day.

Not sure how West Sound comes to have these glowing reviews, but I wouldn't use them even if *they* paid *me.*

We moved into a house that had been empty for quite some time. The inspection report flagged several worrisome things, so we were anxious to have an expert come over and look. Dawn was incredibly helpful, and scheduled something for the same week. Steven called ahead of time to give me an ETA, then showed up exactly on time. His analysis of the house was thorough, and came with a lot of explanation, which is something I needed. The work was done expertly at a very fair price. West Sound will always be the folks we call when we need help.

Let me start by saying that i have a background in construction and sub contracting, and have very high standards for craftsmanship in this area. Additionally, i own two rental homes and deal with plumbers regularly.

I had an absolutely awesome experience with west sound plumbing. Fast response for a quote via austin which was accurate. I supplied a water meter that was missing parts. Instead of half assing the install, Cody and Aerol left and found the correct parts, still completing the job in the quoted time. It was clear that they would not be willing to be a part of poor craftsmanship or shortcuts.

Their scheduling via Dawn was superb and met my very specific schedule. Throughout the install they answered all my questions and were especially polite and professional.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job. Their price was fair but not cheap. Well worth it for the quality! Cody and Aerol were hands down the best plumbers i have have ever worked with. They will be getting future business from me.

We have been dealing with West Sound Plumbing though American Home Shield since August. Our hot water heater was having issues with staying ignited, you could press reset and have hot water as long as you were using it. They had been out 4 times, replaced many different parts and still could not fix our radiant hot water heater (this supplies heat and hot water to our house). The last time they came out to fix the water heater they fried the computer board and left us with no heat and hot water for over a week and told us that the water heater needed more repairs and parts that totaled around $500.  We had a different company come out, they were able to get our hot water heater working perfectly in just over one hour. The computer board was in fact not fried, the flame rod that West Sound stated needed replace suddenly worked perfectly. No new parts were needed! The new technician stated the zone relay switch was never plugged in, the water valves were shut off, and we needed to flip a breaker switch. The only reason that I gave West Sound Plumbing two stars is because the technician, Jerry, was always very nice.

West Sound just fixed my outdoor leaky facet.  They got here quicker than expected due to a cancellation and really fixed the problem.  I paid Budget Rooter plumbing $250 only 5 weeks ago to fix the same problem.  Budget would not stand behind their work and wanted another $375 to come out and fix the problem again.  They said, Good luck with finding another plumber who would do it for less.  Well, I just did.  West Sound did it for less and were lovely to deal with.  They promise to stand by their work and I will call them for all my future plumbing needs.  Do yourself a favor and call a reputable plumber - West Sound, for your plumbing needs.

I had West sound plumbing go out and investigate a leak reported at my rental. They were courteous and efficient in getting out there. They diagnosed worn gaskets between pieces on my three-year-old toilet purchased at a box store. (Toilet was top rated when purchased) Because they didn't stock these in the plumber's truck, I paid for him to stay on the clock as he drove out and purchased them. It then became an expensive repair.

I would never use West Sound Plumbing again.  They did shoddy bathtub installation work for us.  The tub was not installed on the ledger board, not installed level and squeaked as we stood in it.  When we called them on it, they blamed the tub and charged us to remove it and install another tub.  They also did not read the written instructions they had in hand (I gave it to them) to install a tub faucet valve correctly.  The instructions described how to reverse the valve stem to reverse the hot and cold water inputs (what they do to accommodate back to back tub installations).  Instead they cut a hole in our garage ceiling to reverse the pipes and even left us the 30x20 hole to patch.  They also charged us for this mistake on their part.  All they had to do was READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.  Avoid them or watch them like a hawk as they like to blame others for their mistakes.

Without a doubt, our service provided by west sound was.outstanding.  I've used another well known plumbing service for years ... but west sound plumbing surpassed R on all counts. We will use west sound for all future repairs.   Cost was low, service was high, and on time.  This is what all contractors should do.
