Our preschool was in a bind with a clogged toilet and our typical plumber was busy so we took a chance with mr. rooter. They charged us 3 times what we typically pay, screwed the toilet bolts too tight and broke the flange but didn't notice at the time. For a month, we had a slow leak that finally became apparent and when we asked them to come back out, they admitted that the last technician broke the flange but now this was a bigger problem that will need the floor torn up to fix, would you like a quote to fix it? No thank you, I would not like an overpriced estimate to fix the mistake you previously made. Somehow, O'neil plumbing pulled through again without tearing the floor up to fix this mistake made by Mr. Rooter. Never again

My water heater broke and flooded the garage the night before Thanksgiving. I called and got many quotes. Vortex gave me a call back right away. They had the best price and they had the availability to come out on Thanksgiving morning. They didn't charge me extra for the holiday. They did a professional job. The new water heater was installed well and works great.

They've come out twice now - first to install a toilet which went like clockwork. This time I needed them to address a leak. When the appointment window passed, I called and Tyler acknowledged that he had gotten tied up on another job but came over right away. He addressed the problem within a minute!  I was so relieved it was something minor. He didn't even charge me for coming out - this IS integrity.

Contacted After Hours Services, got a text message back quickly. Set up a time for the next day (the water was turned off, so it was annoying but not an emergency).
Will came out. Found the problem. Patched the leak, by splicing in a piece of copper pipe. Good work; fair price; nice guy!

Had a minor leak that was the side-effect of a home repair job I did - non-damaging, non-urgent, but something I wasn't sure I wanted to handle myself. Found Jeff via reviews here on Yelp and called him Friday. He was here on Monday, fixed the problem quickly and even took a bit of time to spot-check the work I'd done and add a little extra fit-and-finish. And he even managed to do it without making me feel I'd botched it. :)

I used this company this summer and was very pleased with there work. When my water heater started to leak I called them right away! They came out and replaced it same day with a great energy efficient, larger heater then I had previously. I have recommended to friends in the area and they have been happy with their work as well!

We are extremely pleased with Dirt Cheap's repair/upgrade of our sewer line.  After 70 years of operation, we were looking to replace an exterior sewer pipe.  Every 2 to 3 years we would have to get a plumber to cut out the roots clogging our sewer line.  The last time it happened was December 24th.

It was a multi year process to find the right company to do the job.  We received 4-5 bids.  Dirt Cheap had the least invasive solution, had the best warranty (25-year Transferable Warranty), and had the best price.  The workers were experienced, worked hard and were a pleasure to work with.

They installed 2 liners and replaced one long sewer pipe.  The materials were all first rate.  After installation, the team pressure tested the system and the city inspector gave final approval to the project.

This is a very ethical company with high standards.  After the dirt and original turf were put back in place, the area looked as good as before.  There is no point showing the before and after pictures of the yard, because the pictures look identical.  

I have absolutely no problem recommending Dirt Cheap for your sewer line needs.  Thank you to the gang at Dirt Cheap!!

Just had a complete shutdown of our drains. Action Jackson was here in what seemed like immediately, on a Saturday, and after about 5 hours fixed a major blockage for us at a multi-unit property. Really hard workers and very professional. I had called 2 other plumbers and they never responded, so we were very grateful.

Simple toilet repair turned in $10,000 job.
Thought I'd give them one more chance on another simple water heater supply leak and they didn't fix the leak and just wanted to replace the water heater.  Had to call another plumber who just replaced the shut off valve to the tank which was probably the issue all along.
They give fair fixed price bids, but that does no good if they can't fix the problem.

We had an unexpected leak, and in the time of Covid and contractors taking forever to be available, Price Busters came and gave us a bid in 1 day and were done with the project in 3. They worked all day to get the job done and done well. Thank you!

Great company! When our kitchen sink backed up on a Friday night, we thought we were in for a long, miserable weekend. But I called the company on Saturday morning around 8am and it was fixed by 10am that day.
Tommy, the technician, was great! He was very professional and gave us great advice and information.  He was able to clear the drain and avoid a costly procedure. I am very happy with the response, communication, and service!

I have found my plumber!  Thanks to a friend's recommendation, I contacted Affordable Plumbing (and Duane) for a bad kitchen drain blockage.  He was at my place the next day, on time (and called to let me know where he was because of traffic).  Extremely knowledgeable about his craft, courteous, clean and thorough.  Clog was gone in less than an hour, and he was very reasonably priced. I can very comfortably say that this is a fantastic plumber and very much worth your consideration when you need someone honest, thorough and trustworthy.

And when disaster strikes,Leo and Dillon are the rescuers team that I absolutely adore and love. Water heater leaked today, December 24th, guys arrived 5 pm and moved furniture, cleared the way,installed a new water heater,gave me a lot of great tips on maintenance and the proper way of reporting the damage to my insurance co.

Avoid this outfit!!!  Bear with me.   I had a downstairs water leak.  They did the camera inspection and the plumber showed me the break in the line and explained why the water was showing up on the surface of the tile.  He recommended a new 8-10 ft replacement line which would require breaking out the tile floor.  Job would be one day and his estimate was over $12,000!!!!  I got two other inspections and both indicated that there was NO break in that line at all.  It was determined that the water leak was from the UP STAIRS kitchen sink drain line!!!  At best this was a very bad misdiagnosis and at worst something more calculated and VERY suspicious!!!
