I call David and he came to our home on short notice to help.  We had just rented our Duplex to a woman and the sewer backed up all over her house in the first few days!!!  It was awful.   Rotor rooter came and charged us $900 and did nothing.   David came and solved the problem in an hour.  He was an angel.  He charged a very decent price and gave me a senior discount!   I would DEFINITELY recommend David!!

Needed a washer replaced in the upstairs tub and a portable shower disconnected, days prior to listing our house. Appointment set for the day following first contact.  Arrow was everything that I wanted in a plumber - knowledgeable, fast, informative, and reasonable priced.  He even helped to cart the portable shower off to garage!  I so appreciated his help, along his his keen sense of humor.  Will definitely call Green Planet Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Will helped us install a new outlet, and fix 2 other outdoor outlets on our home which work great now. He also repaired an outdoor faucet which had started leaking. That was more complicated because of how it was integrated into the side of the house and needed some patching up afterwards, which he also did. It's been a little while since he completed the jobs and everything works great now. Highly recommended.

Had a minor leak that was the side-effect of a home repair job I did - non-damaging, non-urgent, but something I wasn't sure I wanted to handle myself. Found Jeff via reviews here on Yelp and called him Friday. He was here on Monday, fixed the problem quickly and even took a bit of time to spot-check the work I'd done and add a little extra fit-and-finish. And he even managed to do it without making me feel I'd botched it. :)

Top notch work, great manner. Hopefully I don't have plumbing issues in the future but if I do - I'll be calling Jeff back.

The last month has been an adventure in Why-Did-I-Ever-Become-A-Homeowner?  As it pertains to plumbing: the washer leaked, but the shutoff valves didn't work, nor did the inside whole house cutoff.  I called Hagee, who sent out a young guy.  Although he was amiable, the two trips to Home Depot for parts set my spider sense tingling about his experience-level.

The following day, I was drying out the water damage in the crawlspace, I noticed the pressure regulator was corroded and had a small drip.  Repairing it wasn't urgent, so I asked around and was enthusiastically recommended Schuerman Plumbing.  I scheduled an appointment for the following week.

In the interim, I discovered the whole house cutoff Hagee replaced was leaking.  The young guy had bolstered a weld with plumber's putty(!)   To their credit, Hagee sent him back the following afternoon and mostly fixed it.  There was still a minuscule drip - not enough to get alarmed at, but an indication that maybe I needed to find an experienced plumber.

Jim and Mark Schuerman came out and replaced the regulator.  While setting up lights for them in the crawlspace, I asked them for an opinion on the cutoff.  In the walkaround, we also noticed a minor sewage leak.  Argh.  It required parts they didn't have available, so they suggested I set up another appointment and he would make a parts list.  In the meantime, I could put a bucket under the leak.  (I also wrapped it with electrical tape.)  

They came today, fixing both issues very efficiently.  The work looks very solid, too.

Last night the cold water faucet decided it was the right time to refuse shut off. I came to Yelp to look for a local plumber, as I prefer a small and local when I have the choice.
Jay returned my call within 20 minutes, and offered to walk me through what he thought the problem might be. I told him I would rather he stop by since I have very little handygirl capacity. He was at my house within a few hours, as promised. Jay diagnosed the problem in minutes and showed me the parts I would need and how to fix it myself. In addition to being really nice and helpful, he didn't charge me a dime for his time. I found the parts and fixed it easily, which I would never have been able to do without his help.
I would definitely recommend Jay to my friends and neighbors. I will absolutely call Jay next time I have plumbing issues.

He came over on initial visit, diagnosed the problem, came back 3 days later (when we had someone at home) and knocked out the problem, fixed the issues, and was a pleasure to interact with. Both he and the lady who schedules his time were professional and a real breath of fresh air!!!!

We originally found Ben through all of his rave reviews on Yelp.  After working with him on the remodel of our home, I now know exactly why all of his reviews are 5 stars!  Holy crap, he is amazing!!  Not only is his work top notch (he fixed some major issues created by other contractors), but he is so incredibly kind and professional.  On more than one occasion, I would call, leave a voicemail, and he would call or text back within minutes to make sure he was responsive to my issue.  And even before we hired him, he wrote incredibly detailed and helpful responses to my email inquiries.  All in all, he is just a great guy and a fantastic plumber.  We will be using him for all of our future plumbing needs!

Requested help with gas water tank. Tech was courteous prompt, he did reset, however it didn't work. I called another company they ordered part it fixed hot water tank recommended to replace tank to the tune of $4000. Called another company total fix was under $1400. Huge diffrence!

Dave and his team were awesome. I was looking to replace an old stove top range and they provided exactly what I was looking for. I called Dave and his team were at my house 5 minutes earlier than scheduled ready to work the next morning. His guys were quick and easy, coming in under his estimate, which was well below other estimates I received.  I will definitely be contacting Maple Valley Plumbing again when needed.

They came out the same day that our old sewer line backed up from the heavy rains we had a couple months ago. Cannot beleive how honest they were. It is an old line that has not been used for decades. They said I could easily, effectively and cheaply fix the problem with hydrolic cement. And he did not even charge for the visit. I felt bad about that an offered to pay something which he refused. Next job I have is going to Dirt Cheap Sewer!

In 12 years of being a homeowner I never had to call a plumber before.  I had a shower control valve that wouldn't shut off water in a rental property I own and manage myself.  I was pretty sure I had fixed this issue before on a same model valve but I happened to be 200 miles away at the time.  Not wanting to leave my tenant without water until I could return the next day, I was able to get these guys to go out same day.  They communicated with my tenant when they would be late due to traffic and then texted me when they had completed replacing the cartridge on the valve, gave me the price in range I expected and sent me an invoice for billing.  My only compliant is I paid the invoice with a check and it took them a few months to cash it, no communication if they had received it or not when I asked them.  Usually the business has to hound a non-paying customer, not a customer needing to follow up with the business to take their payment.

I hired Eric to fix a leak in my main water line inside my home. He worked fast and efficient. He is very honest, did a great job and charged an affordable rate.
I would hire him again and I would highly recommend his work.

Very happy with experience.  I started calling services Friday afternoon and he was the first able to come to our aid [Saturday, first thing].  Honored his phone estimate, cost reasonable.  We have a drain that needs professional servicing every 3-5 years; he did a much better job than the other services.  AND, he recommended prevention [liquid enzymes] to prolong time before next need.  Will use again, if I need service.

This company is extremely unprofessional. My sink got clogged and it was full of grease. I asked South West Plumbing to check and they gave me several plans (hydro-jet to main line or city line) and quotes on them. I think that is too expensive so I checked with other companies. Action Jackson gave me a rough quote in the phone call and I told them my case was complex and I want their tech to check in the field and give me exact charges for different plan. And I told them the house is rent house so I will not be on-site.
I wait for quite a long time and no one called me. So I called them and they told me that my work was done. I was so surprised because I didn't ask them to start the work before talking with me. So they finished the work and it is one of the simplest solution in the plans South West provided, which is not my first choice to solve my sewer problem. And because I am not there, I have no right to pay with check but have to pay 3% more with credit card.
I tried to reason with them, should admit, I want to ask for some discount. And who won't in this kind of quote? Because I am waiting for my final quote for detail, I didn't ask anything through the phone. They rejected my request and told me that on their note I asked their service right away and I am not on-site so I should pay with 3% more. I tried to talk to the manager but got rejected. Later the owner called me, she was not tried to call to solve the argument but just warn me that they did everything right and I am only trying to get money back after work is done.
I am sharing this story here to let everyone how this company works before you quote for its service.

I had a leaky outdoor faucet and this company was great to work with from start to finish. Great communication & work. Super friendly and professional! I'll call them again in the future for any other plumbing needs.

I almost never write reviews, but have been quite happy with the services provided by Price Buster's Plumbing. I had a major sewer issue with a 1940s home, with rain water and sewage was backing up into the basement shower. I started calling any number I could find on Google. I actually received their number for another company that couldn't come soon enough, but referred me to Price Buster's.

Bo and company were able to come out within 12 hours to investigate and give me an estimate. They immediately cleared the initial blockage, allowing for the tenants to return from a hotel. Unfortunately, upon further investigation, there was an significant blockage that required excavation to investigate. His team was on site the very next day, a Saturday mind you, to start digging a 9' hole. After fixing this initial issue and installing a protective liner, it was determined that there was yet another break existed. This happened yet a third time as they worked their way through our 70+ year old concrete sewer.

Bo and his team worked very hard on my project, kept the tenants up to speed on the current status and schedule, and I never felt like we being taken advantage of. Working with his team to replace joints and line the entire line, with their 50 year warranty, has given significant piece of mind to me as the home owner. In addition, his technology and methods saved us easily $10k-$15k over traditional and antiquated sewer replacement methods.

I hope to never have another need for his company, but if I ever do, his will be the only company I call. Thanks again for the speedy and thorough service!

I had Affordable Plumbing install a new toilet in our company bathroom, and they were on-time, professional, reasonably priced, and cleaned up after themselves.  No leaks or drips, and everything works great!  Apparently they go all over the northwest and Seattle areas, so if you need the best plumber or just a new toilet, give them a call.

Note all the advertising; billboards, bus ads and TV.  I know who paid for it. And you will too. $ 4000 for my neighbor working with O'Neil. Same service at $28,000 next door with SW Plumbing!!! Honestly. And now we have water standing in the street in front of this property.

This was one of the worst experiences getting an estimate. Service tech was over an hour late and very unprofessional. We were told we needed a part that would cost $1000. Plus another $1700 in labor for what we were told would be a few hours of a job.
Thankfully we did some research on our own and found the same part at Home Depot for $110.
