Best A/C Installation in Seattle WA
Luminaire is great. They seem to always be able to fit into my schedule and have always been able to take care of what ever electrical issue I am having. One time there was a hiccup with a job and they stayed on it until it was fixed...maybe the most impressive thing. I would definitively use them. Good job guys!

I pinged Merv via their webform at 9:55pm last night regarding a GFI that kept tripping taking out numerous outlets. less than 10min later I got a text saying one of their schedulers would contact me shortly. At 8am I was pinged again asking if today at 4pm worked (it did) and has an estimate for parts & labor (very reasonable - cheaper than most just to come out).
Electrician arrived (Pasha?) slightly early, masked and gloved. He replaced the GFI, but it kept tripping. 45min of detective work later, he identified the faulty outlet outside (original from 1987, so not weather resistant resulting in oxidation of the outlet) and replaced that too with an up-to-code outlet. for 1hr of work, and replacing 2 outlets (one with weather shield too), the overall cost was quite reasonable. And all that given next day service.
Well done Merv Electric! would definitely recommend.

We are really happy with the work done by Vets Electric. Dave visited out house on three occasions and completed a great number of tasks in our older home. He was personable, professional, and proficient. In each case the work was done quickly and cleanly. We will definitely recommend Vets to our friends and family. Great high-quality work!

Don't trust them! The guy came to our house and said we needed to change all the ceiling fan rated boxes that didn't needed to be changed at all! We had it already rated for ceiling fans. This sucks because we almost spent $800 for nothing! Be careful!!

Not only the boat experience was amazing and the boat was clean and spacious, but when our friend dropped her keys at the dock into the water, the crew did everything they could to get the keys. Finally, someone jumped in the water and got the keys for us. Thank you!!! Thank you!! What a great experience!!

Great service by these guys! Friendly, fast and affordable. Had pendants and a chandelier put up in my home. They even ran to Home Depot to get extra parts I needed and took my old lighting fixtures to the dump for me. Would hire Milestone again for sure!

Seth was great. Reliable and reasonable. Sometimes that's hard to find in an electrician. Would highly recommend.

The Linder technician BJ installed a new outlet to prep for mounting our TV over the fireplace. He was fast and the outlet looks great. He also provided information regarding how to measure and size a new TV in the future, and how to determine whether the new outlet would be covered. We also talked about the new LCD lights, and he had a great tip to get more light out of the can lighting system in my family room. He offered to check out any other lighting 'projects' for me, and made sure I had his card if I needed to contact him at any time in the future. He did a great job!

We had one large chandelier and a second light fixture mounted. Adam was prompt to arrive, was very professional and took the time to show the varies length if the chandelier before we finalized on a height. He was also nice enough to teach us a basic dimmer replacement step by step. The quoted price for the job was very competitive as well. Will definitely use 24/7 electric co again.

If you need an electrician, call David. He is honest and competent.
I have known him for 20 years. He even tells me when I I don't need to do some work that I think needs to be done -- even though it means he doesn't get a job!

Justin came through on wiring up my new heat pump and I couldn't be happier with the work. Very clean install from the panel all the way out to the heat pump. I really appreciate that he is always available for questions if something comes up. I will definitely call Justin back when I have any future electrical needs around the house!

Pete, the owner of Galaxy Electric & Solar, came to see if we needed to replace our leaking dishwasher. Within 5 minutes he fixed the problem and saved us the cost of a new dishwasher. Very honest business man and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I was looking for a professional, no hassle, honest local electrician and after reaching out to half a dozen local businesses John responded the quickest and provided the best quote. All other quotes were way out of range for the install and some required an initial visit - even though I provided photos, location and other specific details.
The job was to install a 50amp receptacle panel box Nema 14-450R 125/250V that I had purchased. It was not a big job, and all that was required was an additional breaker, while the box was to be installed right next to the breaker box about 3 feet away. All I did was provide photos and John was able to come out the very next day without an initial visit.
He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, quick and above all honest. The install took about an hour and I now have a trusted local go to electrician. In short, speed, value, and workmanship rocked.
If you have a residential electrical job, you have to consider going with John and Sparks Electric!

Called at the time they were scheduled to arrive to cancel for the day. Said they were running late but there was still plenty of day to fit me in. I rescheduled telling them I would have to leave the house by 1 that day so they scheduled at 9:30. I called by 11 when they weren't there and they said they had it scheduled for 1!
When they did finally come I had two really big problems. They had me sign an invoice for $225 at the beginning of the appointment and a few minutes later said they needed to add another wire and it would cost more. I said sure and they had me sign an invoice that said $275. I assumed that was the total with the $50 added for the new wire. He didn't say AN ADDITIONAL $275. The guys were there for barely an hour and it coat me $600??? I was so surprised when I got the invoice the next day.
And worse yet, we left the house at the same time and I didn't get the chance to notice that they left two large gouges in my 100 year wood stairs. I left a complaint by phone that night and asked if they had filed an accident report and have not heard back. Stay away from this company if you value your time, money and house.

I asked for an estimate multiple times which the owner promised but did not deliver. Instead I sent the owner a list that was a summary of the items we discussed which he had estimated 2-3 days to complete. After insisting on the cost before the project started, I received a rate in a text message which I multiplied by time estimate to come up with a cost.
After 2 days of work by two electricians sent by the owner, I received an invoice equivalent to cost of the entire project. At this point the lights were blinking and could only be shut off at the breaker, the fan was not working properly, and most of the work was still incomplete. I called the owner to ask why he was billing for the entire project. He said you can just pay it - we will get it done. When I said I shouldn't have to pay for the entire project before the work is complete and explained the problems so far, he said it's ok just pay part of it.
This led me to believe my understanding of the cost to complete the project and the rate was correct. I paid my estimated time they were at my house and thought the balance would be for the rest of the project. Instead, I got more invoices, the work wasn't getting done, and eventually needed to be fixed by other people.
Before hiring someone else, I requested an estimate for the remaining work and clarification as to how subsequent invoices were calculated got no response. I asked the owner in email if he could come on site to help finish up the project and got no response. After finding even more problems in my house (cut wires hid in the wall mentioned below) I asked the owner to call me multiple times and instead got numerous text messages. He promised to call me but never did.
Finally, I sent him a letter explaining the problems, sent a check I thought was fair, and hired someone else to finish the work. He refused to cash the check and put a lien on my house.
I hired two different electrical companies and below are the problems they found with the work.
Line voltage electricians:
* Unable to locate a permit in the city's online records.
* Found the dimmer at Living Room was the incorrect type which caused the lights to not work properly and at times not work at all. Replaced Dimmer and tested.
* Found the Electric Hot Water Heater Circuit was on a 20-Amp Circuit Breaker, code requires this to be on a 30 amp breaker to provide sufficient power. [TR: Electricians on site from Parker Electric told me on site the breaker did not need to be upgraded. The owner sent me a quote to upgrade the breaker after I hired someone else.]
* Found incorrect supply voltage at fan. Fan was supplied with 240v which caused the fan to fail. We re-wired fan for correct voltage of 120v and replaced fan.
* Found existing wiring to be fed from 15-Amp Lighting Circuit. Code requires a dedicated 20-Amp Circuit for Bathroom Receptacles. Corrected and tested.
* In addition, they completed all the items from a list I sent to the owner of Parker Electric after he came to my house to document what we discussed, which he said would take 2-3 days and was not anywhere near finished in that time frame and most of what was had to be re-done.
These are the items documented by the low voltage electricians:
* Her exhaust fan for her rack was installed backwards.
* The new DSL line was terminated different on both sides so there is no way it could work.
* And I found spliced speaker wire hiding behind a 2 x 4.
* In addition to the above three items, the subsequent electricians quickly installed the boxes with banana plugs in the wall as I originally requested and never got from Parker Electric (in fact, I gave up after so many attempts and agreed to something I didn't want just to try to get things working). The new electricians got the stereo equipment working in less than one day the way I wanted, which Parker Electric didn't have completed after coming to my house four times.
I am very happy with the work done by the subsequent electricians.
