Best Water Heater Leak Repair in San Jose CA

I called Sam a week or so ago and asked for advice in purchasing a toilet and a quote for installation.  He was very helpful.  Toilet was delivered Saturday, they were able to get me on the schedule for installation Monday.   Everything was taken care of within an hour or so, site was left clean and they checked out the dishwasher for me as well.  Would give 6 stars if it was an option.

Our hot water stopped working so I called EJ Plumbing, as we had a very positive experience with them in the past. Everything step of the process, from making the initial call, to the technician coming out and completing the job, was absolutely top notch.
Samuel arrived with Marcus and the they did a Fantastic Job replacing our 15 year old water heater. They came fully equipped for the job and even had a 50 gallon water heater in their truck.  Sam is very professional and extremely knowledgeable, and he is such a nice and congenial guy.  You can tell right off that he is honest and he goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. And he takes the time to explain the process and is very patient. Marcus was wonderful as well. They both take price in their work and it shows.
We now have a brand new water heater that works perfect....and the hot water is much better than before. (And the price was very fair.)  Sam even fixed an accessory pump that is attached to the water heater. He replaced a part and now it no longer makes the loud humming noise that we used to hear throughout the house when we ran the faucets/shower on high.
Bottom line- I cannot recommend EJ Plumbing enough!  We will definitely use them again. They are The Best!  =)

I highly recommend using Handy Rooter & Plumbing! My kitchen faucet was leaking and I had purchased a new kitchen faucet that needed to be installed. When I called to make an appointment for a kitchen faucet replacement they were able to squeeze me in on the same day, despite having a booked schedule. I requested for a quote beforehand and there were no changes made to the quote when I had to pay. Trieu was able to install my new faucet within 30 minutes. I am very happy with their service - very honest and very professional!

We called Marco the owner, in desperate need of some minor help, with installing a water pipe from the source to the refrigerator. We had done most of the work but for some reason the water wasn't coming through. Marco asked me to text him some pictures, and he helped me over the phone. He was responsive and attentive! Keep in mind this is a Saturday late afternoon. With his help, we replaced the saddle valve and voila it was working! Yay, he saved us a couple of hundred dollars if we had hired him to come out. So I believe he was very ethical and I trust him for future plumbing issues, as he could have maximized his profits but didn't. Like other reviewers said, I got good vibes from him. What great service and I was not even his customer yet: now that's the kind of plumber anyone would need.

Excellent service!!! I called for a leak repair under kitchen sink and they accommodated our need and fixed the problem.The technician was conscientious, courteous and knowledgeable. United Plumbing stays in our contact list for our next project soon.

Not sure if it can get better than this.  They were ready to go out to my home within 2 hours of calling them to fix a water heater which stopped working on Friday night.  

Their price was cheaper than the other nearest quote by $500!  They were clean, professional and were able to communicate well in English.  Their price was more than fair and I would use them again without thinking twice.

We've used Crown Plumbing for several plumbing projects around the house over the past few years, from replacing our water heater to fixing a leaking dishwasher. They are always timely, courteous, and responsive. I appreciate that every repair person who we've worked with has taken the time to explain what they're doing and why, and what things I might be able to do on my own in the future. For 2 long years I have been fighting against the power of nature, a 50ft redwood and a 30ft oak tree. Clay pipes were the standard for sewage lines up to 100 years ago. while these have proved sturdy all the way back to the days of the Roman Empire, they have not held up well to earthquakes and ROOTS. Given the severe root infestation of our line (between our house and sidewalk ~45 feet) , I have used a friend of the family to snake our line about every 3 months for the past 2 years.

I have finally decided to replace the entire 45 foot line using a trenchless technology (H&H Company review coming shortly) with a Polyethylene pipe, with one-week left before the project kicks off, of course the line backs up again. My plumbing source was not available, so I gave Drain Master a shot. Edward Sylvester is the sole proprietor of Drain Master and does all the work with one apprentice. He gave me a $125 quote over the phone (which is very reasonable considering the length of the line and the slope of the incline to the house), he came promptly as promised and cleaned-out the line within 15 minutes and the final bill came out less than the phone quote.

Just got a repipe done by WQP. We went with them after getting an estimate from another company that was significantly higher for a PEX repipe. [WQP only does repipes in copper]. The representative from the other company gave us a hard sell. Marty Jr. from WQP was much more professional, didn't do any sales pitch and gave a much better price for copper, nonetheless.

I was a bit wary of the process, as I have a toddler running around the house. But the plumbers that came did a neat job on the pipes [according to the building inspector] and were pretty sanitary in their work. I expected to look at the old fixtures and pipes they ripped out laying around, but they had already been taken outside. The plumbers were very punctual in arriving and leaving for work each day. It took the better part of a week to complete the job, but it's certainly better taking more time, than doing a one-day hack job.

There was a small plastic part that was broken on one of the fixtures that was installed. The plumber said another person would bring that part the next day when the final work was done. Generally there's a 90% chance the next person wouldn't have the part, or wouldn't know anything about it. But I was pleasantly surprised when he did bring the part. That shows good attention to detail. The building inspector also mentioned that some companies overlook the electrical grounding aspect of a repipe [which WQP did not]

The sheetrocker did a good job. In the bathroom, you couldn't even tell the wall was cut into, which I suppose, is the sign of a good sheetrocker.

We had a toilet that kept running. My husband tried to fix it, but it wasn't working. We turned off the water to that toilet and called Santos. He came by within a couple of hours of my reaching out. Turned out the water was just too high in the tank (no idea how that happened on it's own). But Santos showed me how to lower it...flushed it a few times and we were good. He didn't charge me for the visit and did it with a smile. I continue to be impressed by Gomez Plumbing. I'll be calling you again next time I need a plumber. Thank you Santos! You go above and beyond!

After the job was completed they left no mess and did a great job.

This was the first time we hired Bueno Plumbing and Rooter, and it won't be the last. We needed our shower to be snaked, a faucet and water filter replaced, and an exterior valve and line replaced. I was able to get on the schedule very quickly. The company owner, Kevin Bueno, was right on time for our appointment. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable bid. The time sensitive work was completed the same day and the rest of the work was scheduled for the next day, at which time Kevin and his crew were in and out of my house within 2 hours. It was amazing to watch them at work. They were a highly skilled and coordinated team, with strong communication skills.  I give this company my highest possible ratings!

We called Northstar Plumbing to help us with a couple leaks we found around the house that needed attention. Man, they came through, Anthony was super responsive and I'm so glad we could communicate through text- very convenient! Both of the leaks we had were quite difficult to access, but they did a great job. I'm thrilled with the result, we'll be coming back with any future plumbing problems, these guys are fantastic!

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.
