A $150 service fee for just showing up at your place to give an estimate. We didn't go with them because their quoted price was too high. Nevertheless, I had to pay them $150 for showing up.  Eventually, I had the problem fixed for $120 by another service provider.

Came home from work today to a clogged sewer!!! Called around to several places, described what was going on and received quotes from multiple places.  Local Rooter & Plumbing was the last call before I had to set an appointment for the next day to get decent price.  But once Duey gave me a quote that didn't change by business hours, I was able to have him and his partners come today and clear up the sewer!!  I didn't have to wait until the next day, lowest price, cleared sewer, put a camera down the sewer pipe without extra charge and gave me other tips.  They were a very friendly and professional crew.  I highly recommend their services to everyone looking for a great professional plumber who you can trust.  Thank you guys for helping me out, truly appreciate the service!!!

These guys know what they're doing.  Two toilets were backed up.  We had a sewer line cleaned previously by Handy Plumbing Man, so we contacted them.  Ismael came out promptly, and it turned out to be an expensive repair.

The sewer lateral, which was 58 years old, was in bad shape.  Ismael recommended we replace it, since another service would be needed soon if we only cleared out the line.  They also checked the lateral on the other side of the house, and found that it also had problems.  We replaced both lines.  It was expensive, but they said the new lines are guaranteed for 25 years.  We don't expect any more clogged sewer pipes.

I would call them again if I had a plumbing problem.

Same--day visit to diagnose my issue, which was a steady leak from my dining room ceiling. Tony, the plumber, quickly turned off the water to the upstairs toilet and stopped the water leakage. Less the 24 hours later, he replaced the toilet. Communications were prompt and clear via text, phone and email. Technician was friendly and conscientious. Service was fast and accurate. Very pleased with everything.

Kitchen sink was backing up into laundry sink in garage which was draining extremely slowly. I tried draino and manual snake but did not work. They responded within an hour or so of the Yelp Request Quote feature on a Sunday. On Monday we scheduled service for Tuesday morning and they were on time. The plumber described what was likely happening in clear detail and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He worked quick and snaked it from the vent on the roof so that my garage would not get flooded. Then the water started draining again! Highly recommend these guys as they are honest, on time, no hassle, quick, care about their customers, friendly, and have competitive prices!

Two months after the last clog, we had another one just like before.  Justin came back and unclogged it, charged less because it had only been two months. He showed me that even though the backup never got as high as our kitchen, the clog was in the common pipe for the whole house.  After unclogging, he put a camera down the pipe and showed me that there were no roots or anything obvious to cause the clog - just piles of... toilet paper.  The pipe that goes to the sewer is relatively flat, so it was probably able to pile up until it filled the pipe.

I will definitely use them again. Hopefully not for a while, though.

Had a great experience with Bueno Plumbing! They sent Kevin over to help me with a broken garbage disposal. He came on time, gave me a very reasonable estimate (which I agreed to) and had it working again almost immediately. Kevin was very thorough, friendly, and obviously knew what he was talking about - answering a bunch of questions I had for him about other plumbing issues/upgrades for our house. Bottom line, I would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Ivan's work from Patterson Plumbing and Drain.  He was communicative, informative, quick, and trustworthy.
I first emailed him with my issues, and he replied within that day.  I then called him once the weekend has passed, and he came over the same day.  Within a couple of hours, my issues with the toilet were solved, and I was emailed a contract and detailed receipt.  I was not able to be home, so the process was made easier by making a payment over the phone with my credit card.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Charles was amazing!!!!! He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done and didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. He was very promt and professional, gave him a call and he was over in about 15 minutes or less. So happy to finally have a plumber that I trust and does the work correctly. If you ever need someone who knows their stuff, he's the guy for you! Don't hesitate and give him a call you won't be sorry!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

We had main sewer line clogged without noticing until very recently.
We also don't have any sewer clean out so we called several companies to give us a quote for installing sewer clean out.

Felipe came, was very friendly and seemed very professional.
The price was also fair compares to other quotes, so we decided to go with them. After considering carefully, we decided to replace our 60-year-old sewer line from the house to the property line, along with installing two new clean outs: one near the property line and one close to the foundation.

The team came 3 days later, finished the job in one day. They took extra effort to install an additional clean out for us in the backyard. Everything was handled professionally, and we could not be more pleased.
The inspector came in 3 weeks and there were no issues. They put back the dirt and cleaned up everything right after the inspection.

We would definitely call them again for our plumbing projects !

I had a plumbing emergency this morning. Literally water pouring from my upstairs bathroom to the lower level bathroom.
I called Bullet Plumbing this morning at about 9:15 (I had used them before for a clog and they were great). They were at my house by 9:40, found where the problem was coming from, and stopped any further damage. He rushed here between jobs to take care of it.  
They returned after finishing their scheduled job, finished the work and cleaned up afterwards (the work was all done by 1:30pm same day!).
They were very polite, efficient, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Bullet Plumbing, and will use them for any future needs

My husband called them around noon, Julio was here by 3:30 (he called ahead to confirm arrival).  He showed up wearing a mask, and after examining our issue he went to work snaking and drain clearing our kitchen sink.  He even checked that the water being flushed out ran all the way to our main line.  He even spotted a point in our drainage that he says was too flat and warned us to be careful with the amount and type of food we put in the disposal.  Very helpful!  Once job was completed and my husband satisfied that it was done completely, they emailed us an invoice (w 3 month work warranty) and I was able to pay online with a credit card.  Wasn't cheap but I'm glad to have our kitchen fully functioning again.

They came on time, did a good job but, I had an issue after they completed and left. When I called back they responded quickly and sent the crew back to satisfy me a little more. I would recommend them. They did good work and very reasonably priced. Also the technicians were very cordial and friendly.
