This company has it together!  I had a serious leak problem, they responded to my emergency with courtesy and professionalism.  I was so anxious that the job was going to cost an arm and a leg.  Much to my surprise the charges were below my expectation and quite reasonable.  I will definitely call them in the future. Their card went directly onto my refrigerator door.

I set up a consultation to look at my toilet and leaky valve. And they were 2 hours late for this.
Upon determining what work needed to be done, we set up a time to actually perform the repair. Because I live in a complex, I needed to alert my neighbors in the rest of the units when the water was going to be shut off. I relayed this to the plumber and he assured me that the time could be met.
I followed up on the day that the repair was supposed to be made and it was as if they had never received my initial request.
The plumber called and said that he remembered speaking with me during the consultation but the voice over the phone did not match the plumber that did the initial consultation. Overall, i don't know if I can trust them

Our master shower had been backed up for a week or so and the plumbers we reached out to had didn't the availability to do the job, so I turned to Yelp. I posted the job last night and by 8:30 am, Handy Plumbing Man reached out saying they could send someone immediately. Ray and Dorian showed up 30 minutes later, quickly assessed the problem and went to work snaking our shower all the way to the Maine line, and pulled out enough hair and gunk the size of a child's arm - yuck! They were packing up just as a few other plumbers responded to my request. Very thankful this was handled so well and so quick. They were informative the whole time, letting us k ow what they were looking for, what their next steps were, etc

Great  service!  Called Tuesday at 4pm, they were out Wednesday at 9am.  I needed a new faucet installed, but didn't have one.  They brought me a replacement!  And fixed the cold water shutoff I told them was broken, too.  They were here for about an hour, did a great job, left everything clean and tidy, and for a very reasonable price.  I'm extremely happy with the whole process.

I dreaded having to find a reliable plumber to fix my backed up sinks. Victor not only replied within 10 minutes, he arrived within one hour and fixed the issue soon after. His quote was comparable to the two others I received, and he knew exactly what he needed to do. I feel so happy I now have a great plumber. A million thanks, Victor!!

Santos arrived on time and replaced my garbage disposal at the price he quoted me over the phone. He made sure there was no water leakage after the installation and even replaced the P-Trap fixture without charge as he thought it will eventually break. He felt he was very honest, professional, and friendly. I will use his services again in the future.

We called Wizard Plumbing and had Mariano come to fix our clogged kitchen pipes the same day.  He showed up on time, was professional, neat and had the job finished in about 1 hour.  Great service.  Will use again.

Owner, Kevin, is a very competent, friendly, patient, honest, and responsible plumber. He knows plumbing. He goes out of the way to explain the problems and the solutions. Kevin fixed my bathroom tap for me (by replacing the cartridge). After the job, they give coupons for next job.

His staff, Jimmy, is also very friendly, competent, responsible. In the second job, Jimmy flushed the hot water tank for me. Well done!

Great work by Ivan.  He took care of all the clogged drains (3 in total) and it took just an hour.  As others have said, Ivan is very personable and explains all the options very well.  5 stars!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Charles was amazing!!!!! He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done and didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. He was very promt and professional, gave him a call and he was over in about 15 minutes or less. So happy to finally have a plumber that I trust and does the work correctly. If you ever need someone who knows their stuff, he's the guy for you! Don't hesitate and give him a call you won't be sorry!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Jose was very professional and prompt in responding. His price was also the fairest out of everyone that I contacted. Jose will be our new plumber in the future. Highly recommend.

Mike did an awesome job of replacing the drains. He was nice enough to workaround my schedule and worked Saturday so can't ask for more.

I called today and described my problem and Shane promptly replied and came to my house and fixed my plumbing issues. Shane is a good man with honesty and I would reccomend his services to anyone.

I had Eduardo come out and descale my Rinnai tankless water heater. Eduardo was very informative and professional. He went through the method of cleaning and any troubleshooting issues that may arise. It's an easy process, one that I will hopefully be able to do on my own in the future. It was really great that Eduardo was able to walk me through the steps. Overall, I am pleased with the service, company and work. If I ever have any future plumbing needs I'll definitely give them another call.

If you're a resident plumbing service. Please keep it residential. Take on a job too big for yourself. Took my money, left a mess, all the plumbing wasn't up to code. As soon as Rooter Hero found out that the job is done incorrectly. They vanished, no reply, no calls. Gabe... supposedly the region manager. We are reporting rooter hero to the State board. Unethical work and scam for big projects.
