I am very pleased with the service we received! Our water heater broke so of course we had no hot water. J.R. arrived within the estimated time, very nice and courtios, tried to fix the issue but our water heater was too old. It was late in the day but he made arrangements to install a new water heater that evening. He explained what he was doing and why, which I appreciate. He and his assistant did a great job and left the area where they worked very clean. When I have issues in the future, I will call them again!

Finding the right plumber is almost as pleasant as going on a diet. But these guys (Dmitry specifically) made the whole process, from booking to billing, super easy. Give them a chance to solve your problems for you--you won't regret it.

I had a really bad experience with these guys. Very similar to A S. review. Their plumber came and immediately doubled the quote price for a clogged kitchen drain. I was like whatever since he was there. An hour later, he couldn't fix the clogged and will return tomorrow and will charge me more. He then asked for the full repair cost. I told him I can't pay him since he didn't fix my problem. He was adamant that I should pay but I told him you will be back tomorrow to fix the issue and can pay then. After talking to his boss, we agreed to a contract and then I will pay. A S. Posted his review an hour later and I felt these guys try to hustle me. I knew then these guys will not step foot in my home. I ended up calling SJ main and drain. Their plumber fixed my clogged within 15 minutes and charged me half. Stay away from these guys.

Kiet did a great job. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my bathroom tub drain clog issue. Hard to image what accumulates in the drain over the many years. Everything was done in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Kiet for future jobs.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink not draining any water.  We reached out for a consult and the owner replied within minutes of our request on a Saturday morning.  He and his assistant were at our house by late morning and had the issue resolved within 30 mins.  He had to cut into our pipes in order to get to the clog.  They snaked our pipes and now the drains are running smoothly again.  It was quick, smooth, and they cleaned up everything afterwards.  Highly recommend for plumbing issues!

I work in the water industry, and I have seen many plumbing companies come and go, but Water Quality is still around because of their top customer service and delivery of quality services. Looking for any service provider can be difficult because you never know what you will get.. this is not the case with Water Quality. Top service every time, prompt and on time, and always a friendly ear to ask questions to!

I called Wizard Plumbing after our horribly clogged bathtubs started backing up with sewage. Not only did Mike and Sam fix the issue, they took the time to show me the various pipes under the house and explain what was going on with them. As if that wasn't enough, they then cleaned the sewage out of the bathtub, which truly made my day. HIGHLY recommended!

Kevin does a great job. Quality work. He is a good listener and will take the time to explain the work and answer any questions that the customer might have. 5 stars for quality work and fair price. My front water service was a nightmare of previous owner's mishmash of galvanized steel and PVC. Another plumbing company had tried to remedy the system by adding some copper piping and a ball valve. The result was unsatisfactory. My relationship with Mission City Plumbing did not start smoothly. I got canceled due to an emergency on another job. Tino kindly rescheduled me for the next day, Saturday which I think would normally be a day off. He analyzed what was going on and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. BTW his price was significantly lower than another company popular on Yelp. Definitely worth giving these guys a call.

Hai is great.  Have used him for several projects now and he has been nothing but conscientious, honest and professional!  My new plumber of choice.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

We had a great experience with Charley's Plumbing. We were moving into a house and needed a washer and gas dryer installed. As we were in the process of packing, we did not have time to meet someone in person to get a quote leading up to the job. We were able to send a number of photos to Charles and he provided us a competitive quote. The quote was provided via email and detailed what would be included which I really appreciated. He was very responsive, quickly answering a number of questions leading up to the job.

We moved on a Friday and Saturday morning Charles and an associate showed up as promised. The job included installing an exhaust booster fan for the dryer, installing a new gas shut off valve, connecting the washer to the knockout drain box, etc. They completed the job in a few hours as planned and were sure to test everything after the work was done. They were sure to explain everything they did and everything we needed to know about the new booster fan. I would definitely recommend Charley's Plumbing!

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

Paul did a great job to mount the blinds. He was very quick and though he could come in the promised time, he kept us updated on the changes in the scheduled time.
I've recommended him to couple of my friends as well.

I highly recommend Alex and his awesome service! Our toilet backed up in a bad way late afternoon on a Saturday. We called Alex and he was able to come over quickly, assess the situation and find a solution. Apparently blocked toilet pipes don't necessarily have straight forward solutions. After some brain storming Alex figured out a way to solve the problem, ran out for supplies and had the toilet flowing again within a few hours. Next time we need a plumber we will be calling Alex!

I heard about this place from a friend and called gladiator, they sent a very professional man by the name of Brian. My water bill had been extra high so we called them for a quick look. They found a leak under my house and didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix it. I love that they fixed it. But was more impressed by their professional attitudes. I contacted Pipe-Thru for re-routing a small part of my gas line in the kitchen. Got prompt response from Jose. he came onsite to my place, gave me his solution, then got the work done quick and clean. Definitely recommended.

I called RPS on a Sunday evening when my hot water faucet in the bathroom would not turn off.  I shut the water off at the valve under the sink and took the handle off to see if I could fix the problem myself by replacing a washer or O ring.  This faucet had some kind of cartridge that I had never seen before, so I decided to call in the experts.  Angies List rated RPS with 5 stars as did Yelp.  Bernadette was very accommodating on the phone and said she could have some one out first thing the next day.  The technician, Joseph Salazar and his assistant Isaac showed up the next morning as promised and were very polite and professional.  They diagnosed the problem and gave me my options to correct the issue and the price quote for each.  They completed the job in a very short time period and  gave me the senior citizen discount that I had requested.  I am very pleased with the job they did and will definitely use this company again
