Was a little worried in the beginning, since my technician Felix I thought may not be able to get water out of washer. But I called Vickie and she reassured me things would work out. If not that day the following with a different technician. Pleasantly, to my surprise within some time..... My technician Felix managed to get the washer up and running! So yes this a WOO HOO rating, because the Lord knows I can't drag my family's clothes to the laundromat each week! Thanks again & great work!

Raymond Porras was one of the best technicians we've ever worked with across any service we've had to our home. He was on time, extremely knowledgable, worked with us on a solution for our home, and was all around so courteous! Would highly recommend this company, and if you can, ask for Raymond directly as you won't be disappointed!

Also, the office staff are incredible. When I was going to schedule the appointment, they promptly picked up the call, were kind, quick and had an invoice / appointment reminder sent before we even hung up. This kind of customer service is so rare these days.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. Irresponsible. Promised to come by today to install my EV Charger. No show. Didn't even call to cancel the appointment. Liar. He said he left a message on my voicemail. I never received any call or voice message from this company.

While Yevgeny has not yet done any work for me, I have consulted with him about fixing a leak in my garage. I was blown away by his professionalism and thoughtfulness; he took the time to visit my house unbidden to look into the matter and then provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. When I next reached out to him several weeks later, he patiently answered all of my questions and elaborated on a few alternatives. With the knowledge I've gained, I feel much better about the problem.

I had two light switches that weren't working right, one not working at all, the other inconsistently.

Richard came and figured out both quickly and fixed them and went above and beyond to make sure they won't have issues for a long time. My lights work great now. He was at my house for just over and hour. Would be glad to recommend him to others.
