After reviewing numerous Yelp Reviews for help with a badly clogged bathroom drain, I called CSR to set-up an appointment. Ray and Hector came to our house and were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about our issue. They even wore the shoe booties in our house! Within an hour, they had fixed an issue that a previous plumber told us couldn't be solved without major cost and having to rip through the wall. We are so grateful that I called CSR for a 2nd opinion because they were able to quickly solve the problem at a reasonable cost. In the future, we'll be using CSR for future plumbing needs!!!

We had ryan come out to fix a burst pipe at 10pm. We was very courteous and quick to do the job. Very pleasant person to work with. The work is more on the expensive side but the trade off is reliable work.

These guys are awesome. Another plumber was supposed to come but bad communication meant that water in the unit was shut off and time was running out. I tossed a request for a quote on Yelp and Aaron was super quick to get in touch, get me a good quote and get his guys out here within an hour.

Gilbert came out with a worker and was an all-star. Knowledgeable, quick, super professional. Fixed both valves, fixed our tub and was out within two hours. It's nice when a company values your time and customer service.

Tony from Core Plumbing was a joy to work with. He was very thorough in making sure everything tested out ok with our water pressure and the angle stop valve connection to our refrigerator. He was professional, friendly, and honest. He even mentioned that it still had some good life to it, but since we are in the process of getting a new refrigerator, we decided to replace the angle stop at this time.

Upon changing out the angle stop, it was discovered that it wasn't fully functioning properly and it was good timing that we changed it. He put everything back in place and even answered a few of additional questions we had for possible future work.

Justin is the best! Friendly, efficient, reasonable rates and does a fabulous job. He evaluated a bath leak and gave me good advice; later he installed a new water heater for my rental. You won't be sorry if you use him.

Tony and Eric were awesome. We just bought a new house and there were major issues with the sewer pipe - it was the original 100 year old cast iron.  They got it out in 2 days, and also tossed a bunch of junk under the house leftover from previous work. They also moved a toilet to a better location in the bathroom, and overall did a great job. When I found the master shower was clogged, Tony came back and snaked it. These guys rock, and you should hire them. They also have great local food recommendations too!

Great price great attitude, but they were a few minutes late. Overall satisfied with my new faucet.

Thank you guys for the AMAZING service! Not only did they expeditiously arrive to fix my irrigation leak (after another company cancelled at the last minute) they provided me with information that disproved an overpriced quote of even another popular plumbing company. I'll be canceling my VIP service from the other company and calling Matt and Mark again for my future plumbing needs.

Very professional and did a great job. My only problem is that when the worker had to go get a part he was gone for an hour and I actually had to pay for the hour he was gone to get that part. That really bothered me

Yay! I found my go to plumbing company! I live in an older home and had some main line issues. I reached out for a quote and had a response within minutes! Carlos showed up within 20 min and fixed the problem. He also refer me to a great contractor to put in a claim for the house insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, Carlos is a great person, very friendly and great customer service. Great service, fair prices.

Closed escrow on a property a couple of days prior.  Had not even made contact with all tenants, before first plumbing issue.  12/23 got a call about no hot water.  Plumbing tree was able to come out, but couldn't access the downstairs backyard, where hot water heaters were located, so they could not fix the problem.  Once I got in touch with downstairs tenant,  they came back out and promptly fixed the issue.

Very responsive, courteous, and professional.  I had a water main leak - Hector got to my house quickly and gave me a free estimate.  After getting a few quotes, I decided to give the business to Team Rooter because Hector was so polite and knowledgeable.  He came back later that afternoon and had the repairs done in about 90 minutes.  Other plumbers told me they were going to have to tear out the concrete water meter housing and dig up my planter area, but Hector did the job without doing any of that.  I am very satisfied.

Called in and was able to get a technician to come out the next day to diagnose my draining problem. He was communicative and on time. He was able to find the problem which wasn't the plumbing and helped guiding me to find a way for solution. I would have their phone number in my contact from now on if I ever run into draining issue. Very honest and thorough company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Showed up on time. Looked at the situation. Gave me options. And now the drain flows. All of my neighbor's tree roots are gone. Jose did a great job!!!  If there's any plumbing work that needs to be done, I'll call Burtech!!!
