This is a bit overdue but I couldn't let my day go by without taking a moment to write a well deserved review of our experience with CSR Plumbing. Ray, Huyen, Alan and rest of the CSR Plumbing crew were superb! Like many other reviews, they have earned our loyalty given their expertise, patience., customer service and fair pricing. We recently had what we thought a minor clog that turned out to be major roots in our pipes and an improper fitting from the prior owner that connected to our washer and dryer, which Ray and Huyen pointed out to us at the initial inspection. We were given several options to consider: from doing a jet flush, redoing the pipes and fixing the fitting to a 'complete' fix which included changing out our old cast iron pipes, fixing the fitting and pipe lining vs bursting. After long thought process, we decided to go for the 'complete' package. The crew worked long hours and was essentially done with the core portion of changing all our pipes and lining within a day! The overall process with knocking down concrete and putting new concrete to dry took about 3 days so overall it was done promptly. When all was done, one of his employee pointed out a potential hazard with how our pipes/lines was connected and recommended some type of spacers. I apologize I can't recall the exact terminology as this was several months ago. I asked if Ray could go ahead and help us with that as it was not related to what they were doing for us. Ray gave the okay to 2 of his employees to get back into our crawlspace to attach the separators without charging us. Although, the materials/separators were inexpensive, but for him to recognize something unrelated to what he was doing for us could pose potential hazard, pointed it out and took care of it is above and beyond what companies do these days. In our economy, people are quick to cut back or overcharge for smaller portions, but with CSR Plumbing, we felt like they were operating with customer service in mind and that good old fashioned family-oriented business mentality that is rare and hard to find in our society today. Sometimes it's the little things in life that really touch us and we were definitely impressed and touched by CSR Plumbing. We highly recommend CSR Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

P.S.. We still call Ray sometimes when we have questions about plumbing- related matters and he is always quick to respond and making himself available for us. We truly appreciate everything!

I had Collins  Plumbing install  a hot water heater a few weeks ago in my garage they did a great job outstanding service the plumber knew what he was doing I would highly recommend them to anyone for plumbing work

A slow sink was repaired by David Torres, very nice tech, checked everything and gave me an honest diagnosis. This company is quality and their techs are honest and resolve the problem. Great job David!

Fred is a no-nonsense guy. He gave a accurate diagnosis on my Air conditioning and also referred me to another company since he had stopped AC installations.
I called him back to replace my shower faucet. He did an excellent job.

We are totally satisfied with the service we have received from your company! After a long remodel of our house, we thought we were done. When the new tenants were ready to move in, we discovered a problem with the gas supply. The contractor did absolutely nothing! We called your company and the response was immediate. Hello, my name is Shayne and I live in South Park, San Diego. I hired Community Plumbing to move a gas line. When Tony and Eric from Community Plumbing arrived to move the gas line we asked them if they could hook up our sink too. They were more than happy help out. Once they started they found many mistakes a handyman we hired had made, which were obvious once they showed me and explained it in detail. They managed to fix all the mistakes that were made and get our kitchen up and running!. Tony and Eric were professional, helpful and worked very well together. Jose Came out in like 30 minutes after contacting the dispatcher about my plumbing issue. He was very professional and on point on the arrival time. Gave me a great estimate. Will use for future issues on my plumbing. The best thing about him was that he was very upfront and HONEST.

Matt and Mark are great! Both very knowledgeable in their field and friendly to talk to. They cleaned up a big plumbing nightmare at my place and got everything in working order in no time! I'll definitely give them a call for any future projects and recommend them to everybody I know :)

Daniel responded almost immediately to my after hours Yelp message and set up an appointment for the next day. He worked very quickly to replace a faulty valve and toilet wax seal. I was particularly impressed by the care he took to not make a mess, and the attention to detail. His price was fair and the work was excellent, I would definitely hire Express Plumbing again and have no hesitation recommending him.

We were tricked not treated on Halloween to come home at 9:30p to find water pouring out of our garage and down our driveway. Our water heater was severely leaking. At my sister's recommendation I called Eastlake Plumbing and could not be happier. A technician Daniel (Danny) was at our house by 8:30am (they would have come out that evening too if we wanted to pay for the after hours call). Daniel was awesome!  Super friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. You know how you can watch someone work and just tell that they know what they're doing?  He went above and beyond, making sure things were up to code, safe and stable.  He even took the time to show me how to light the pilot light if it should ever go out. The price was about what I expected. I know water heaters aren't cheap. I've heard of other places taking advantage of the situation you're in and gouging people on parts and labor and I don't feel like Eastlake Plumbing did that.  A big thank you to Daniel & Eastlake Plumbing!!  Highly recommend!

So glad I found her! We had a long list of little projects around the house that needed to get done. She responded quickly by email and showed up on time ready to get everything done.

She fixed a drawer I thought was unsalvageable, took apart a bathroom fan to remove the motor, uninstalled and installed a variety of things, fixed a sticky door and put in new locks.

Polite and friendly and charged very reasonable rates.

We've had the unfortunate luck of needing multiple plumber services this year, and we're so glad to have found Troy Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Always timely, very responsive, and amazing professionalism, all for a great price. Highly recommended.

Plumbing tree has been out to my house twice now, and I have had great experiences both times so far. David was out today to perform preventative maintenance on my shower drain and sink drain. I am so thankful for the diligence and care taken to be sure that the work is done right. Definitely worth a call!

We had a plumbing issue at my house that resulted in shutting off water to house at 10pm due to one of the water line being broke. I called late at night and got visit scheduled for first thing in the morning. Steve Johnson arrived on time and assessed the situation, restored water connectivity to house and isolated the issue and explained what is needed. Excellent customer support and service with integrity.

Our bathtub drain backed up on a weekend.  We requested an estimate on Monday morning through Yelp.  RDZ responded quickly and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. They even arrived five minutes early!  In less than  1/2 hour the drain was flowing again.  There was no pressure to expand the scope of the repair.  We are very satisfied.

Great customer service from the staff to the techs. Prompt on taking care of our plumbing needs. Definitely they will be the first ones we will be calling going forward for our plumbing issues.

They came right away but didn't find out a real reason for the leak.  I paid $95 for 5 minutes visit but now I have to hire someone else to fix the problem.  Don't waste your money to contact them.
