I am highly satisfied with their knowledge and customer service. Huyen came out and did his best to explore all options for the project I wanted. After the appointment, he said he would let me know if it would work or not in a few days. It only took him a few hours to call me back and let me know. What expedient service though the project would not be feasible. Bummer... thanks though CSR !

Well I meant to do this the last time but never did so this time around I'm going to get it done before I forget again.
First off their isn't much around the house I can't do myself. But Plumbing is one I have learn to leave to the professionals. I really dislike not been able to do this stuff myself.
This is the third time he's come out to the house in the last year. He's a straight shooter doesn't try to up sell me, digs in and gets it done. I don't write reviews but I took the time for this guy.

Really responsive. James did a great job with the work and communicating what was being done and talking me through the mechanics and what might be causing any problems while not being salesy.

I had a broken shower knob on Sunday and I was able to schedule service quickly. I really liked the scheduling function on their website: easy and able to see all available dates/times to fit my schedule. The team arrived to fix the issue was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for getting the job done.

Friendly and efficient, my new favorite plumbers! I called because Lowe's wouldn't install our new washer because the taps behind it were leaky. Justin arrived the next day after my call and quickly replaced both taps with shiny new ones. He also looked at a leak under my kitchen sink and replaced a washer to fix it.

Fred's clearly knowledgeable, punctual, a straight-shooter, and takes pride in his work.  We'll be calling him for all our future plumbing needs.

Manny and his team of TL Premier Plumbing have helped me with plumbing work in Bathroom and plumbing needs in my kitchen remodel. He was always responsive and provided quality work for the entirety of my plumbing projects. I will definitely continue to use his services!

These guys did a great job! Eric and Anthony were really nice and knowledgeable. When I wanted to watch and see how everything was being done so I could learn, they showed me and explained everything. They were on time, professional, and super friendly. They replaced my shower head and faucet about two weeks ago and I have had zero problems. They also told me I could call them if I had any questions or issues with any of it. Plus they are dog lovers so they get extra points with me :)

Could not be happier with the service that Discount Plumbing Team provided us. We had a minor problem with a shower and Omar came out right away, diagnosed it in thorough detail so I could understand it and then fixed it in no time. He was very friendly and even followed the strictest health protocols to protect me and my family while they we here. I would recommend Discount Plumbing for any plumbing work you may need.

I had a leak somewhere on my property that was costing me an arm and a leg for my water bill. I had a recommendation from friends for another plumbing company who not only didn't show up at all twice in a row, but once they finally showed up after a cursory look around the property said they couldn't find anything and that I needed to call the water company.

Not ready to do that, I called Matt Farmer at Armstrong and he came out....ON TIME...spent a couple of hours on the property and finally found the leak! He then got the parts and fixed the leak in record time!  He explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. A few hours later he was back to make sure that everything was fixed properly and that the leak was fixed!

If you are looking for a company that does a GREAT job, is on time and is reliable I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Armstrong!!!

From the start Mike has been very knowledgeable, friendly and helped me with my plumbing issues. Mike navigated the red tape with my home warranty and worked with my schedule. The work Mike performed on my shower was professional and top quality. I was very pleased. Because of Mike I will definitely refer Express Plumbing to anyone I know in need of work.

Today was my 3rd experience with Eastlake Plumbing and every time I have had excellent service. I first used them in 2008 and again in 2009 and would not use anyone else. It is a good feeling to have someone you can trust and feel comfortable with in your home. I would highly recommend them!!!!

I had a bathroom back up situation in one of the units that I manage and Thomas came out to handle the situation same day!
He kept me updated throughout the whole process which was much appreciated. He snaked the line initially but was unable to clear the clog fully due to the angle of the pipes and where the clog was sitting.
He returned the next day, just as he said he would to clear up the situation. He had to cut into the wall of the bedroom to access the piping.
He was very thorough and professional.
I would love to work with him again for future plumbing issues!

I have been doing contracting services for 30 years and I am very selective when hiring another contractor. What I look for in a contractor is punctuality, knowledge or their trade, honesty and lastly price. With Home Leak and drain I found all of this.
After a thorough review of our situation, Omar determined a section of our main drain-line was in need of replacement. (Did not see that coming). He and his team worked on a Saturday, committed to the time and budget, to get the work done right. Could not be happier with their work and would recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have.

Steve Johnson was our plumber today and was awesome. Fast, professional, great mood, wore a mask and social distanced. He fixed our leak under our sink last minute on a Saturday morning! Great service and affordable!

I came to help a friend who was having plumbing issues at her moms  house & they called RDZ to assess the situation. Apart from their professionalism & commitment to see the job through Sal, Juan & Marino made sure that even if they had to stay all night the job was going to get solved & they did exactly that.

You have to really appreciate  & respect small business owners that go out of their way to make sure that their clients are 100% satisfied with the work done.
