I have used this business more than once. Ray was our plumber both times and even remembered us. The first time was to move our sink plumbing left to accommodate a dishwasher and the next time was to fix a leaky tub faucet. They are very responsive, friendly, and reliable. Their prices are in line if not cheaper than other companies. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed my kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis filtration to be installed. I contacted AAP because I read all the positive reviews about them. Mattias came by for giving me an estimate and he explained to me what would need to be done properly. I had to wait for a few days to make an appointment because I needed to contact my HOA for the water shut off, but setting up the date with AAP was easy and they were able to come back on the day and time I requested. Mattias and Ryan came back and not only they did the great work but they were professional, friendly and polite from the beginning till the end! I am very satisfied with their services and I'm sure I'll contact them again if I'll ever need a plumbing work next time too.

Contacted Collins because of a back flow problem and they responded in a very timely manner. Michael was our technician, he was amazing and very knowledgable. I strongly recommend using Collins Pacific plumbing for any of your needs. They are fair with price, availability, and they actually cared about your problem. Would use again.

At about 4:30pm I got home from taking the kids for a walk and my wife told me she thought the main line was clogged because the toilets had backed up and there was poop in the tub.

By 7:30pm (and this is on a friday) I was all set thanks to Five Star. They responded to my quote request within minutes and sent Anthony Carlson straight over. Before he came Anthony gave me a quote. And after he snaked the main line and got rid of the clog, he ran a camera up to check everything out. And when he was done what he asked for was what he quoted.

I am extremely happy.

Fred was our second quote when we noticed our hot water heater had begun dripping from the overflow valve. The first company had quoted us over $2k to replace our hot water heater. When Fred arrived at our house, the first thing he did was check the whole house's water pressure. It was quite high and he demonstrated what happened to the pressure by opening more faucets so I'd understand the problem. He also explained how the high pressure can damage plumbed appliances and toilets within our home. He made sure that I understood the issue and gave me a quote for changing our pressure regulator. He ended up coming to replace it on a HOLIDAY EVENING because we'd been delayed in a car accident, without an additional charge. I truly can't say enough for Fred. Once he replaced the regulator, our water heater stopped dripping. We won't use anyone else!

Manny was knowledge and had the best plan to fix the in wall leak with minimal wall repair work.  Replaced and snaked the drains and returned the wall to nearly the same condition they found it.

In n Out Boom!  My shower had been leaking for months, not any more! The guys were friendly and fast (and clean!)  I have a new plumber!

We've been having problems with one of our household bathrooms for some time now, but this afternoon it got worse as water was continuously leaking from our bathtub spout. We went on Yelp to search for a plumbing company and immediately selected this one based on the location along with how Yelp stated that their license was verified. My boyfriend made the call and within less than 5 minutes we received a call from an employee by the name of Jose who arrived at our home within the same day in less than 20 minutes. He followed COVID-19 protocols by wearing a mask the entire time he was in our home, which we greatly appreciated. He clearly explained to us what he thought could be the problem and warned us of other possibilities and provided us with a price estimation. As soon as everything was made clear on his end, he immediately got to work. He completed his work within an hour. He did an excellent job! He was clear and concise, but also very humble and truthful. He also stuck to his price estimation and didn't surprise us with any extra fees. We would definitely recommend him and the company to all our friends and family!

We were out of town and needed a water heater replaced in our casita. Matt and I talked on the phone to define the job. He fulfilled all our needs in a timely manner and called when the job was done. We are very happy with his work and would recommend highly.

This is my second time using Express Plumbing and again I had stellar service at a good price. We have a short term rental and our tenant said the garbage disposal stopped working. I called Daniel at 8:15 on a Saturday and he was here by 10:30. He fixed it in no time and charged a very reasonable charge. I won't call any other plumber again.  

Ralph was my hero the other day! I was getting a new dishwasher installed by Home Depot when they broke the water valve under my sink. This is no good. Water began spewing all over the place of course. They had the nerve to ask if I knew a plumber that could come over right away, within their hour designated time slot for install, otherwise they would not be able to install the appliance. I took a leap and called Express Plumbing and Ralph answered the phone and said he'd be at my home within 40 minutes! And he was! He saved the day for sure and charged a very fair He is now in my phone for any plumbing need that should arise and I will be sharing his info with all my friends. Good plumbers (& good service) are hard to find so I'm glad to know Ralph. Thank you again!

I just had Eastlake Plumbing out at my new house and had them make some repairs and improvements. The process was easy, called in, Armondo answered and was very nice. He dispatched Eddie and Marcos, which arrived promptly and were very professional. They were in and out fast. They took care of every issue I had. (Wife created the list so it was long) These guys are the best and great prices with no up sell. Highly recommend this great company!

I left 2 voicemail messages and sent an email over a period of several days with zero response.  Even if she were to respond now, I wouldn't hire her because she seems to be flakey.  Given the other rave reviews, it is disappointing.

Never returned calls.  Had a couple email messages where they asked for a picture of my sink to replace.  Never replied to email after that.

Your Yelp response does not contain all the information nor is it correct.  You leave out that I responded to your message for a picture on 8/28 with Did you get the picture?  I also asked you to Please call me  You personally never responded.  I also sent the picture to the phone number you gave me and I have confirmation that it was received by that number.

I finally found an honest plumbing company I can trust!

Recently, the city of San Diego sent cameras down to inspect the sewers on the street.  The city left a note on my door stating we needed to our property lateral maintenanced due to tree roots, grease or other obstructions.

I had three different plumbing companies that offer free camera inspections come to provide a diagnosis and estimate.  These companies gave conflicting answers and provided quotes ranging from $600-$2400.  

Feeling like I might be getting ripped off, I did research on Yelp to find Plumbing Tree.  The excellent reviews on this site are completely justified. Plumbing Tree came and snaked my property lateral to remove the tree roots and only charged their hourly rate, leaving me with a bill under $200!!!  Plumbing Tree saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Thank you to Freddy & Miguel for excellent service.  You have a customer for life.

Area or landscape drains are the worst to clear. I know because I had 2 of them that were very difficult to unclear, I know because I tried myself to fix. I finally decided to call a pro. I called Team Rooter on a Thursday and had a tech at my house on Friday. Robert Palmer was great to work. He video mapped my drains to identify the location and clog. Once this was done he used 2 different types of hydro jetters to attack both drains, from front to back. I gotta say the service was excellent and I'll definitely call Team Rooter next time I need service. Thank you Robert Palmer for your great support.

Like everyone in construction, they're super busy, but yet responsive. Saw that they were a family local business and turned out happy with their customer service. My problem turned out to be a bigger one after addressing the main drain clog up. I made sure to pay attention to them while they explained how it could happen and saw their honesty. Love supporting local businesses, keep up the good work!

Chris was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.  He came in and helped replace a shower valve as well as pointed out other items that needed attention.  Will definitely use again in the future.

We had a kitchen sink leak and multiple faucets with hard water build up that were overdue for being replaced. Burtec was quick to send Steven out and he did a great job and was upfront with all of the pricing. We had him flush our tankless water heater while he was at our house as well. Geno also stopped in to help finish the job quicker. We will definitely use Burtec again for our plumbing needs.
