Iverson Plumbing is a full service repair and rooter company. Our service area includes Rancho Cordova, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Rancho Murieta, and Sacramento County. We've been in business since 2006 and specialize in all aspects of plumbing. Whatever the job big or small we have all the equipment and knowledge to get the job done right the first time. What amazing response time from Iverson. Right I am having trouble getting most companies to just return my call let alone send me quotes. Iverson's office manager not only called me from her car to see what my job entailed but then within 10 minutes the plumber emailed me a quote. Super fast. It was amazing. I was unable to use their services because they were booked and my leak could not wait. I would totally recommend Iverson. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a quote within minutes.

Iverson Plumbing is the way to go for your plumbing needs! I have called them several times for plumbing issues (clogged toilets, tub, etc) and they fixed the issue quickly. Today I called them to fix two toilets at my husband's grandmother's home and they were there within 5 minutes! They are always so friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I called when my front yard spigot broke, sending a continuous stream halfway across my yard. Eric responded to my home within the hour. He had the needed replacement part with him, and had the problem fixed within minutes. He charged a very reasonable amount. Eric was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will definitely call Iverson Plumbing the next time we need a plumber.

Excellent from the time I called and the person taking the appoint asked a few questions to clarify my issue, through to Iverson coming out and figuring out the problem. I had a toilet smell coming from my Laundry Room.  I asked him to snake out my line, which he did, but analyzed that the problem was something else.   Problem solved.

He was nice to answer all my questions (leaking underground), pipes broken).    He was patient in answering my questions without being condescending.  It was refreshing.  No more smell!!

Amazing customer service! Reasonable pricing and quick service what more can you ask for? I'm very pleased with the service and will be recommending to family and friends in the future. They installed a clean out at my home, because my house is a little on the older side and it was a hassle getting to the root of all plumbing issues I was having. I want to thank Eric and his crew (Kelly the scheduler, who is also Eric's wife, Michael and his son) for coming out here to fix many, many flaws of the plumbing jobs over the last year. Our reviews have been long overdue. Eric came out here to upgrade our kitchen sink , Michael and his son came out to remove and install our new water heater (the neatest job done on water heater replacement ever!)  Eric and Michael also came out here to install a new utility sink in our garage and moved our washer dryer to another wall, and installed new water lines to the sink and washer. Eric and Michael came out here to unclog the older pipes also. We will definitely use them again Fast, clean and efficient service. They did a very good job each time. Thank you guys!

Had a great experience working with Eric.  We had a kitchen sink problem that I just couldn't troubleshoot, and he was able to respond the next day.  He had the problem identified and fixed within a half an hour. His rates are fair and honest.  We now have a go to service for our future plumbing needs.  Thanks Eric!

We called Iverson Plumbing due to a sewer backup that filled the tub and toilet after running the washing machine.   Eric came out to scope the drain with a camera to help locate the blockage.  The camera confirmed a major build up of roots growing inside the pipe.  During the process of digging up the sewer pipe with Eric's help, we located the clean out that had been covered up with concrete by a previous owner.  Eric was then able to snake the line and remove the root blockage.  This was all on a Sunday and Eric was determined to fix our problem.  I will definitely be calling Iverson in the future for all my plumbing needs!

You'd think with all the good reviews here they would be too busy to respond promptly but not only did they respond quickly with a reasonable quote, they came out the very next day to do the non-emergency work. They re-located a gas line so that my new range could sit flush with the wall and installed my new refrigerator (and even went to Emigh/Ace to get a part they didn't expect was needed). I'm a satisfied customer and will be using them again and recommending to family and friends!

When our sewer clogged and started overflowing we called Iverson. They responded that morning , cleared the line and provided an estimate to have a new sewer line put in. The husband-wife combo is very nice, very polite, and easy to trust in what they say. Highly recommend them if you want an honest job done.

I called around and found this company to be very fair . They were here in two hours . Eric took charge cleaned out sewer pipe and sent his camera down the pipe to verify the repair . Great service and fast and no inspection charge thanks guys .

CALL NOBODY ELSE!  Iverson is your man!  Read my story:  Late Sunday night weeks ago, no hot water. Walk into garage to look at water heater and holy @#$% a pipe had been leaking in the ceiling (probably for days) making not only a huge drywall mess but completely killed my water heater.  I called Iverson first thing in the morning - he arrived in less than a freaking hour!  Not only did he fix the leak, but he identified essentially a design flaw in the plumbing that had existed since the home was built and did a retrofit around it to avoid any future issues.  The water heater wasn't worth fixing, so he was back in a flash with a new professional series model and installed it via umbilical cords a few feet away so another company could fix the water damage.  Today everything is back where it should be, the hot water just keeps flowing and my gas bill cut nearly in half.  Iverson was fast, professional, and pricing was very reasonable.  I still haven't figured out how he fit himself in the tightest of spaces in the attic to complete the repairs.  At first I giggled at the professional water heater but let me tell you, it's not a joke.  I have shower hogging kids that can't run this thing out of hot water.  I will call nobody else again, ever.  I don't hand out accolades like this very often, so even all this time later I'm still impressed enough to tell you to take my advice and call Iverson too!

Kelly was very professional and helpful when I called Iverson Plumbing. She was able to give me accurate and very competitive pricing over the phone for replacement of a toilet, new wax ring on another, and installation of a one touch kitchen faucet. We scheduled for the very next day, and she and Eric arrived on time and had picked up my pre-paid replacement toilet at Home Depot. The work was done professionally, timely, and cleanly...I highly recommend their services!

Last Saturday (on July 5th) we had an emergency with all of our tubs and kitchen sink backing up. I must have called at least three or four service companies at 9am. Left messages but only Iverson called us back. He showed up with in 30 minutes as promised, and he determined the issue within 10 minutes. Within 25 minutes, he was done and charged me less than $200. I was very satisfied with his service and professionalism!! Highly recommended!

I could not be happier with the work Eric did for us.  We had a different company come fix a leaky pipe in our ceiling a year ago, and it was leaking again. The other company was unwilling to come out within a reasonable amount of time, and we were forced to call someone new.  This turned out to be a very good thing, because Eric came out the following day, worked quickly, and fixed two separate leaks for about 50% of what we expected.  He was honest (we ended up being charged less than the original estimate), professional, knowledgable, and friendly.  We will definitely be using Iverson Plumbing in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who asked.

I would highly recommend Iverson Plumbing. I had what they called a soft clog that backed up my showers/tubs and toilets. They squeezed me in to their very busy schedule (Thank You! Kelly!). The two young men arrived within an hour and were quick in getting the job done (it helped having an easily accessible cleanout). Jacob and his coworker were polite and wore masks for COVID compliance. The price was incredibly reasonable for being a quick response. I will use Iverson again.

Eric was on  time and did an outstanding job replacing our new sink and faucet. He even agreed to work on a Sunday at no additional charge.  He even kept in mine our new counter-tops and placed a protective pad to ensure that none of the tools scratched the surface. In addition, we had him adjust our gas line in the kitchen so that our new stove would mount flush with the wall.  Very knowledgeable, and very fair with his pricing. Kelly was happy to answer some last minute questions after Eric had left.  When the owner shows up, I know the job will be done right the first time.

We had a different plumbing company fix a pinhole copper pipe leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. For about a five minute repair they charged nearly $600. Since the ceiling was already open we decided to have all of the copper pipe and fittings replaced hoping to eliminate any further pinhole leaks in the bathroom.  But not by the same company that did the repair.
I checked Yelp and found Iverson Plumbing with outstanding reviews. I liked that they were a local family run plumbing company.
I contacted them by email and sent pictures of the pipes in the ceiling and asked if they could give me an estimate to replace every copper pipe and fitting in view.  We exchanged emails after hours and on the weekend. They gave me an exact price which was very fair and much lower than I had expected- $1520.  
Mike and his helper showed up on time. They worked very diligently for more than four hours replacing all of the pipes and fittings. It looks amazing. Many turns and twists and every  copper pipe and fitting in view in the ceiling was replaced. The job completed was exactly as promised and for the exact quoted price.

Mike is a very knowledge, honest and friendly man. We really enjoyed talking with him. He will be back next week to do some other plumbing work outside of the house.
We are very happy we contacted Iverson Plumbing. It's nice to have found a family run plumbing company that has excellent customer service, is honest and fair in pricing, and does excellent work.

Mike with Iverson Plumbing was here again today to replace a leaking water service pipe, and irrigation pipe, on the side of the house. He also replaced a very short section of old copper pipe from the previous job he did in our bathroom ceiling at our request. Mike replaced the pipe although he was right that a couple of imperfections on the pipe were cosmetic. He only charged for the parts, not labor.
We again are very happy with Mike's excellent and competent work, Iverson's very fair pricing and great customer service.
It's refreshing to work with a plumbing company that isn't out to make a huge profit from your misfortune.

While I didn't end up doing business with Iverson Plumbing, I feel they went above and beyond in answering my questions!

I sent them a message through Yelp about replacing our hot water heater. I actually messaged 6 places and Iverson Plumbing was the first to respond. The message was detailed and very helpful. We messaged back and forth and they answered all my questions!

We needed the water heater replaced ASAP... cold showers get old fast  while Iverson Plumbing was helpful and professional, we found someone that could give us a same day install and came down to match Iverson's amazing quote!

So while I didn't use their services, they went above and beyond customer service wise! Will definitely consider them for future needs!

Iverson has earned my thumbs up.  I'm new to the area and had a clogged shower.  They were prompt and fair in cost.  It took them minutes to clear the clog and they cleaned up every bit of water and debris:)  This is a very friendly company and easy to work with.  I will definitely call again if I have any plumbing problems.

Kelly at Iverson Plumbing was very professional and kind on the phone when she returned my call, making sure to ask if my plumbing issue was an emergency, as they were booked solid.

Mike, who came out to the house, was professional and efficient while working on my plumbing issue.  He explained what he was going try first, as it would be less expensive, and what he would do if it didn't solve the problem.  He wasted no time in getting it done.  He made me aware of a potential future problem with my very old shut off valve to the house, letting me know that it wasn't urgent, just something to keep an eye on.  

I was really happy with my experience with Iverson from start to finish.

Unlike Bigfoot, the honest plumber is no longer just a myth.  Eric has done two jobs for me, the second one with his wife Kelly (even the best plumbers need direction sometimes).  They advised me on what brand of toilet to buy (which was one of the two top rated by Consumer Reports).  They quoted the price up front (and that's exactly what they charged me). They showed up on time, they were clean, friendly, and efficient.  They did a great job installing my new toilet and hauling the old one away.  They cleaned everything up when they were finished and were in and out in an hour.  They even replaced a broken hose bib I'd just discovered this morning.  What more could you ask for?  I highly recommend them.

Eric quoted the price up front for clearing the roots out of a 4 sewer pipe.  This was no easy job, but he stuck with it until the pipe was cleared.  He arrived the day and time that he said he would, did a great job and charged the quoted price.  I would not hesitate to hire him again.  His is a relatively small family business--wife answers the phone, etc., but he has all the equipment necessary to do the job, and he was a pleasure to work with.

I had a water cutoff device installed as a condition for home owners insurance on my new home and Eric did an excellent job getting it done for me in a very professional manner. He was very conscientious about his work and was very good about scheduling. Very pleasant experience and the new meter works great. Eric pays good attention to customer service and that showed when he replaced my valve as a courtesy since it was old and didn't function well. Eric installed the plumbing for my water softener system and did an excellent job.  He used all copper piping and was up front about labor and materials cost, in fact he even gave me a little discount on the labor.  I had to reschedule a couple times and Eric was very accommodating.  Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the work of Iverson Plumbing.

My garbage disposal went out on a Friday night so I had to scramble Saturday morning to find a plumber to replace it. I did a quick Yelp search and found Iverson Plumbing. Eric responded back to my message in less than an hour with a scheduled time to come out. Before he arrived we went over to lowes and picked up a disposal to replace the broken one. Eric arrived 45 minutes early and took less than 30 minutes to install everything. He provided great service, broke down the cost on each item and cleaned up his work area without getting anything on our floors. I highly recommend using this plumbing service I know I definitely will if there is ever another issue.

Iverson plumbing has been great.  They saved me $900 in unnecessary repairs today.  After receiving a quote from a large, well known plumbing contractor for a $1,200 job to replace a warped shower valve that required tearing open a wall, Mike from Iverson promptly fixed the leak by replacing a minor part.  He was scheduled to do the much larger job, but the shower valve didn't look to him like it needed to be replaced.  While he was here, he checked some other things as well.   This saved me $900!  This was my second experience with Mike.  Last year he flawlessly installed a new kitchen faucet.  They use disposable boots when they enter the home to keep floors clean, and fully clean up after they are through working.  Invoices are done electronically on the spot, accurate and detailed, and are emailed immediately.  Prior to the job, appointments were set up and scheduled by Kelly, who has been very efficient, friendly, and helpful.  It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

Simply the best. I went into my garage yesterday morning only to find a pool of water underneath my water heater which I had replaced about 10 years ago. My daughter recommended Iverson Plumbing because when her drain line was clogged they were upfront about the cost and arrived that afternoon. I called them up and got a fair estimate emailed to me within 10 minutes. They just left this morning after removing and hauling away my old water heater, installing new supply lines, a new gas line, new water heater with an expansion tank attached (you need this to take the pressure off of the water heater tank when it is full, which is the right way to do it) and a pan underneath the tank in case something should happen down the road. They recommended a permit which they obtained. They were on time, wore masks and cleaned up before they left. Everybody should have a plumber. Iverson plumbing is now our family plumber.

Called for a leak in my water main - they were out in less then 2 hours, dug up the main found and fixed the leak and charged a fair price at the bottom end of the estimate I was given. Very quick, competent and neat ( yard looks the same). Highly recommend.

I've used Iverson plumbing twice in the last six months. Both times they arrived on time, did the job, and did it for a fair price. They're also extremely polite and don't leave a mess behind. The first time was a blocked bathtub drain that they unclogged in about five minutes. The second time I had a non-draining drain for my washing machine and kitchen sink. That time the Iversons brought out a machine that not only broke through the soap/grease blockage but cleaned it out so it wasn't there to start rebuilding right away. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this very professional company.

As I've never hired a plumber before, I did due diligence and messaged a few places with verified licenses on Yelp and also looked for local recommendations through Nextdoor. My research and intuition landed with Iverson Plumbing. We recently moved to our new home and had numerous plumbing issues we wanted to resolve. On the phone, Kelly was extremely nice and helpful in scheduling our service appointment and answered our questions. Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, giving us options and thoroughly reviewing our list of plumbing issues. The service and treatment received were wonderful, and I have full confidence in the work that they have done for us has saved us from worrying about further issues down the road! Highly recommend! They came out just a few hours after I called on a Friday... a clogged sink became a bigger issue when they found a broken pipe under the house... I'm a renter so they had to stop what they were doing and I then had to wait on my land lord to make his decision and he decided to have Iverson plumbing come back out to fix everything that had been found... Iverson plumbing took pictures of everything wrong to send to him and an estimate that had everything detailed! My land lord made his decision Saturday mid morning... I left them a message and they called right back and said they would be there in an hour and would take care of it! So thankful because they usually work Mon-Fri... they are quick, honest, and professional!

Recently needed a bathtub/shower valve replaced. The communication from Iverson Plumbing was fantastic. I believe it was Mike (hopefully that's right) who made the swap. I called Iverson Plumbing after the hot water connection for my washing machine wouldn't stop leaking. I spoke with Eric and they were out the next day to take a look. The problem turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. But Eric did a great job breaking everything down and explaining what was going on. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be using Iverson Plumbing for any future plumbing concerns.

I've had Iverson Plumbing come out to fix several issues for me, including a shower head, two toilets and a outdoor faucet. They have always been timely, quick, and provide a reasonable price for the work done. All of the work has turned out great, very satisfied with the service.

I would recommend sending them a message to get a quote. My only issue was that after messaging them, I got a lot of unsolicited messages from other plumbers on yelp. I think this is an issue with Yelp though - it would be nice if they gave you the option of whether you wanted competing businesses to message you back.

I called iverson twice and had work done once. The other time he describe the procedure over the phone since I didnt realize how simple it was and saved me lots of $$$. Very honest and he goes above and beyond to save me money. The time he did come out he was $100 cheaper than the other guy's estimate. He replaced front hose valve and house water shut off valve and surrounding pipes. I was very impressed with the work, all valves and pipes are now perfect. Thanks!

I had a very slow draining shower and sink and Iverson Plumbing was wonderful. I called them Tuesday and left a message, they called me back that day and we had an appointment for Thursday morning. The Iverson Plumbing Team professionally repaired a non-operational water shutoff valve in minimal time without any issues. The technician took the extra time to flush lines after main line shutoff valve was reopened to clear any contaminants that could possibly clog the valves in the future. Upon completing the task he cleaned up the work area and completed the job with no problems or mess left behind. Kelly's office management and customer service skills are finely tuned and when an earlier appointment became available, she notified us and sent technician immediately to complete workorder, days ahead of scheduled appointment. Price was very reasonable and Kelly and Eric Iverson even offered a 5% military discount. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing issues.

Very interesting experience that I was not expecting after seeing and reading all the 5 stars reviews on yelp. I felt bamboozled and confused  after my experience.

I was looking for a plumber to flush my tanklesswater  heater and let me know why my toilet was making noise. I thought it could be the flapper but wasn't sure.. I also wanted to find a plumbing  company for future plumbing needs. I  researched and received several options. Iversion plumbing kept coming up and people spoke very  highly of them and recommended them repeatedly I contacted the business on yelp and they were very responsive.

The plumber was nice, explained what chemical he would be using to flush my water heater.   The day of my  appointment ,  I moved my car to allow there to be more open space.  Once , the plumber Arrived, I opened up the garage, and let him work on  the water heater.  I usually ask questions to learn about the process and watch to maybe learn something .  However, I had been traveling and recently attended  a funeral a couple of days  before and I was tired . So I opened the garage door by pressing the garage button and let the plumber go to work. I stayed in the house and completed very light chores.

Plumber # 2 later arrived to check out the toilet. I didn't know I needed  2 plumbers and a 2nd plumber would be on the job. No worries, he assessed the toilet   while the water heater  was being worked on. The Toilet  was flushed about 20 times and I kept think of my water bill. It was undetermined why toilet was making noise by plumber #2.  The owner/ plumber #1 later came and assessed and said I needed a gasket and he would need to check in with his supplier regarding parts and measurements, and he estimated  that it would cost a couple hundred dollar, somewhere between $300-$600 approximately  .     I wasn't understanding. I need A gasket and my toilet to be taken apart ? I was puzzled.  The Toilet was fairly new, The toilet was making noise and refilling to water line every 15-30 minutes. I thought and was hoping Only a flapper was needed and I had a new one.

The plumbers left and left out of the garage. Overall, I was grateful for their time and service and finished flushing the water heater sooner than the expected time given.  I clicked the button, to let the garage door down and it stalled.  This never happened before. I clicked the button again and same thing. It would not let down. So I walked into the center of the garage and stood on a chair and noticed that the red cord was tied around the metal piece holding up the light from the ceiling.  What in the world?

I untied it while the UPS driver watched in suspense across the street and the door would not come down at all. So I called the plumber on the phone  and he denied tying the cord to the ceiling. He came back to help me manually pull down the garage door and reset it.  This hasn't ever happened before they came and since that day.  What I remember about the plumbers were that they were tall and I can easily see where the dangly cord can be annoying to someone tall.  I'm only 5'5 and needed a chair to reach it and still had to stretch my arm to touch it.  
I never heard back about the gasket. However, I was able to get the flapper changed and the noise/ ghost flushing stopped. A flapper Costs less than$6.00 at the store and I had an extra one from the toilet Manufacturer.

I was puzzled by the experience and later found out among the 5 star reviews, I missed the review where someone reported bad experience after calling them out to set up washer and dryer in new home. For some reason I no longer see it posted but still see a couple of 1-2 stars reviews among the many 5 stars.

I give 2 stars due to the lady on the phone was very nice and the water heater was flushed.

Woke up to water on my kitchen floor, and immediately called Iverson Plumbing at around 8am on a Saturday. Left a msg and they called back in about 5 minutes. Found out it was a broken water supply line, a quick fix, thank goodness! They were here before 9am and out before 930. The price was reasonable considering it was an emergency call on a weekend. Great husband and wife team, will always use Iverson for any plumbing issues in the future!

This is the second time I've used Iverson Plumbing and both have been great. The first was to replace/install a water heater and then today to fix a leak in my water main pipe going into the house. They do high quality work and do not cut corners. They even replaced a couple of things during these jobs that was not actually bid, just because they noticed it and it needed to be done. That's great customer service! The other great thing is that they give you pretty accurate quotes via email so long as you provide them with detailed pictures - none of this $50 service fee to have a tech come out.

Needless to say that Iverson's will continue to be my first choice when needing plumbing repairs.

Last night, my kitchen sink backed up. I tore apart the sink plumbing, and found no clogs. So I pulled the clean-out, dumped a bottle of liquid plumber down the line, and hoped for the best. Nothing. So, I knew a plumber call was in my future. I started calling around, using Yelp to find someone who could come out. Iverson was the first to call back, and be able to get me scheduled the same day. Mike was friendly, courteous, prompt, professional, and got the job done efficiently and expertly. He discussed with me what he was doing, what he expected to see, and how things were going. For the past 6 or 7 years, we have utilized Iverson Plumbing for most everything. (Nothing I hate more than plumbing jobs)
Each time, they have worked to resolve an issue, install faucets, hoses recommendations, and other needs we may have. But never up-sell.
When Iverson Plumbing is not available, and a must situation accrues, and we have used other plumbers, it's more than their estimate, and more (costly) parts are needed.
Their employees have all well dressed, courteous, and do not waste time in providing you with quality service.
Don't waste you hard earned money by calling some else.

In desperate need of a replacement water heater, I contacted a number of companies and wasn't satisfied with call center rep responses and next day (or longer wait) appointments. I saw the high ratings for Iverson Plumbing and called Saturday @ 5:45am thinking I'd leave a voicemail. I was shocked when owner Eric picked up. I told him what I needed and he said he'd call me back @ 7am when his shop opened. He did as promised. Eric was straight forward gave great suggestions including to down size my water heater capacity. I told him I was ready to move forward. I had a new water heater by 11am. I love Yelp! and Iverson Plumbing.  Yelp has helped me find numerous amazing businesses and Iverson Plumbing is the latest one!
Long story short: Pool guy smelled gas, called PG&E, PG&E found a leak and shut gas off to the whole house. I was left with no hot water, no dryer, and no cooktop gas. I called numerous plumbers, even ones advertising same day appointments, and no one could come out that day.  Then I called Iverson Plumbing.  From the time the friendly woman answered the phone she could sense the urgency in my voice and was sympathetic and helpful.  She contacted the tech and managed to squeeze us in. They called to notify me he was on his way and showed up and completely fixed the leak.  PG&E made it out that night to restart the gas.  Iverson made what could have been a huge problem into a mild inconvenience. After living without water in most of my home for a week, I was desperate to find a plumber who would take on our pipe leak given our circumstances with another repair. Not a fancy job for these guys, just a leaking sink. But here is the thing:

1. Tech called, stayed in touch, came early actually. He communicated all of that so it was great.

2. Diagnosed the problem in minutes. Gave me a timeline of how long to fix, and the parts needed for the repairs. Price and everything else was very reasonable.

3. I had some additional plumbing questions and potential future projects for them. He walked me through that as well.

All in all, super professional, very competent, fair, and thorough. I couldn't ask for more. I've not had an issue since the repair so the work is solid as well.

I would definitely recommend Iverson Plumbing. I tried to take some pics, but the under the sink pics never turn out well. Pretty straightforward job. Happy with the work!

They had positive reviews so I contacted them about an older outdoor hose bib that was leaky. The owner, Eric, responded Thank you for the photos.  Due to the overall condition of the galvanized piping we do not want to attempt to remove this hosebib as it may lead to other issues.  I would think a professional plumbing company would be able to offer a solution, perhaps installing a new hose bib on the same water line?  Do not recommend this company.

It has been awhile since I had had these guys come in to install our water softener, but I had forgotten to write a review for them.

These guys were very fair in their pricing, they did not mark up the price further when I had described that we had preplumbing for our water softener and already purchased a water softener.  They gave us an estimate over the phone and then when Mike came out to do a visual check and took photos and sent it to the person in charge of pricing.  The gal there confirmed the original quote.  When we had another plumber give us a quote over the phone, they quoted us over $200 more than the Iverson's.  Then when their plumber cane out to physically inspect, they quoted us over $100 more than the original quote over the phone.  So basically nearly $400.00 more!  Uhhhh....I'll go with the Iverson's!  Thanks!

So the Mike was the one coming in to do the work.  He used a welder to cut the pipes and installed copper pipes, the nice high quality stuff.  I was so very happy with their work!  These guys are very nice!  They are a family owned business, Mike is a good friend and spoke very highly of the Iverson's.

I would recommend these guys to everyone.  They are fair and honest with their pricing and have good quality workmanship.  I've had my water softener for quite some time and no issues at all!

They were fast to respond, provided a reasonable quote after sending a few pictures, they showed up right at the beginning of the window time frame  that they set and wore shoe covers in our house. They're customer service was outstanding! They worked with my difficult schedule,  were on time and fixed my kitchen sink clog fast.  I'm not even giving all the details of what they went through to get this done.
I had another plumber come out and only complained about the work that would have to be done. Nice guy but felt like a burden because we didn't have an easy setup in our older house. Im not a plumber (obviously) but he wanted to get a specialist out (more $$$) to do the work (more time and money I don't have) Rosie the Riveter company couldn't get THIS job done.
Iverson came out fixed it and left in less than 30min. My kids still don't want to wash the dishes though now that the sink works. Iverson Plumbing can you fix them too?

Eric is honest, trustworthy, hard working, and very knowledgable!  Iverson Plumbing is my go-to plumbing contractor for all rental properties and for my owned personal homes.  On a Sunday night at 6:00pm, Eric picked up my phone call and was on site to one of my rental properties by 7:15pm to clear a backed up main line.  He contacted the tenants and showed up in an emergency to completely save the day even though this is a day off for him.  I highly recommend this company!

I have called Eric at Iverson Plumbing on two occasions, and both times he was great. Both calls were were for odd things in my yard and I was pleased each time. His fees are reasonable and since he owns his company, he is easy to work with regarding payment, timing of calls, etc. Each time he seemed to fix the problem with the least amount of cost.  I had a plumber that came  out 2 days previous to calling iversons.  Quite the nightmare!!.
That would have been the third time coming out in 2 weeks , still no camera for line inspection and we were asked to rent a larger snake to clear the lines.
Needless to say I then looked for a highly  recommend company nearby.
Iverson's came out within the hour and cleared my lines , placed a camera in to see the cause of the back up.
They identified it and cleared it out and the pipes are good  to flow.. what a great relief that was.

Iverson Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing a 30 year old shower valve in my condo that I rent out. The job was no easy task, requiring soldering of the old pipes to the new valve, however Iverson was able to complete the job quick, thoroughly, and was very professional in the process. We were super impressed with Iverson plumbing! We discovered a leak in our garage water heater in the morning. As always, leaks are always very intimidating and we didn't know who to call first. We found Iverson and before we knew it, we had a brand new water heater perfectly installed the same day. Iverson made it happen, moved some stuff around to fit us in and demolished the stress we had associated with a leak. Loved that they (Mike)  showed up in a mask, booties and sanitized hands. Mike was super professional and did not try tell me the issue with my shower control knob was anything more than I knew it to be. (a leaky shower cartridge).  It was strictly a replacement thus they charged a fair price for the short time needed to swap it out.  I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

After a long frustrating process of trying to get my new fridge hooked up with a water line in my garage, I called Iverson Plumbing. I had gotten outrageous quotes from other local plumbers, Iverson came in lower and was more professional than any of the other companies I had dealt with. Eric & crew did a great job in our plumbing redesign, which included a new tankless H2O heater in the attic. No more wasting water during the drought waiting for hot water to come from the other end of the house for a shower. He demonstrated good design skills and presentation skills in helping us weigh alternatives. Eric made it easy by taking care of the complications, including bringing in an electrician for that part of the job.  Iversen is smart, thoughtful, & diligent, & I highly recommend his company.

We had Iverson Plumbing help us with our plumbing needs for our house remodel. We worked with Eric's wife for scheduling very easy to work with and professional. We had Eric install our free standing tub and faucet in master bathroom, hook up new drains to be relocated for both tub and shower. Eric and his team fixed a toilet in guest bathroom for us that was incorrectly installed by our general contractor. They also installed fascia and drain to our guest bathroom as well as new plumbing for a second sink on our kitchen island. All of Eric's team were great to work with and did great work. They always showed up during their scheduled appointment times. We highly recommend using iverson plumbing for these specific plumbing needs!

I had a leaking pipe under my sink and contacted Iverson Plumbing via the yelp app. I was able to send them photos and discuss the problem. They made it so easy to schedule an appointment to come fix the leak. It turned out the faucet needed to be replaced, which they were able to diagnose with photos while we were messaging. When replacing the faucet they discovered the shut off valve under the sink was not working so they replaced that as well (they had the perfect parts in their truck, a special two-sided valve). The repair person, Mike, was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am scheduling them to come back and do few more repairs. Very pleased with this LOCALLY OWNED family business!!!!

I was having a big time backup at a rental property I own.  All the toilets, tubs and sinks were clogged.  It is an old house that only had a kitchen cleanout, no other access points to snake out.  Iverson came out, inspected the line with a camera and found the clog.  I had them install a main line two-way cleanout at the front of the house, accessible from the lawn.  They were fast, did a great job, and got my tenants back in business in no time.  I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them for anyone else's plumbing needs.

Kudo's to Yelp and Iverson too.  I used the request a quote feature through Yelp, and quickly got a response back from Eric at Iverson who read my story and scheduled someone to go out to the house ASAP.  Eric and I continued to chat through the Yelp chat windows as I had further questions about the project, which worked out really great.  Iverson also uses an electronic invoicing system through email, which let me review, approve, and schedule the work from the bid they emailed to me.  I could also pay the final invoice right online from that system.  It was really slick and easy.

Super fantastic experience! We needed a toilet replaced in our home and I contacted IP through yelp messages. They got back to me within minutes with a fair estimate and I was able to schedule desired appointment time . They instructed me to select the toilet we would want at Home Depot or wherever you choose and leave at will call where they can pick it up and deliver for install.  

When Mike showed up , he was very professional, respectful, and clean . He entered our home with protective booties on his shoes, brought his own floor covering to work around the toilet to keep as clean as possible when removing and installing the new toilet . He was quick and efficient . He even took the time to answer some other plumbing questions we had. He was awesome.

We've had to call Iverson probably 3 or 4 times for a toilet that is very prone to clogging. They have always gotten back to us very quickly and have been able to come within a day or two. And they are just really nice people! I would recommend them to anyone!

I am selling my home and  the home inspection called for a fix on a outside hose bib plumbing leak. I called Iverson in large part because of the favorable reviews here. Kelly answered the phone, was very pleasant and easy to work with. I sent her a photo of the work to be completed, and within a very short period of time had a quote back which was satisfactory to me. We were able to schedule the work the very next day and I am totally satisfied with everything they did. Highly recommend this company, as both Kelly and Eric are easy to work with.

Reached out to Iverson Plumbing through Yelp and said average response time was 20 minutes. Erik got back to me within 10 minutes. He was very nice and responsive. Sent a picture of our problem and gave me an estimate right away. Scheduled me for two days later but kept me on a list for sooner service if a cancelation came up. Day of service, Erik called ahead to let us know he was on his way and was very informative and kind. Fixed our problem quickly and answered additional questions and gave another quote for additional work we were looking to get done. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

We are just now getting an opportunity to give a review on Eric and Kelly. We just moved into a older home with it's series of challenges. Eric and Kelly have been a huge help fixing all the necessary issues to make our home liveable! At one point we had our own home warranty send out two company's who not only could fix a simple clog but made it into a bigger issue, enough so we cancelled our home warranty. We called Eric and Kelly who came out and fixed the issue in 20 minutes... Seriously they are great and will be who we call when we need a qualified plumber! We highly recommend them!!!! Recently, a family member used a local plumbing company and while satisfied with their work felt that they up-sold something not really needed at the moment. Thus, I wanted to look for a different company to replace my bathtub diverter. While reading the reviews for Iverson Plumbing on Yelp, I noticed the REQUEST A QUOTE option; thus, I explained what I needed done and 2 minutes later the owner, Eric, responded asking for a picture of my current diverter. I was unable to take and send a picture until this morning but about an hour later Eric sent me a quote. I did not realize my request to Iverson Plumbing on Yelp would mean other plumbing businesses would see it and would message me, too; however, none of them were willing to give me a quote on-line. Once I let Eric know the price was acceptable, he said an employee was available to change the diverter today between 2 and 4. At 1:57 his employee Mike called to say he would be there in 20 minutes. Mike came wearing a mask and put on booties before coming inside; he was very nice, professional and expertly changed the diverter. I would definitely use this plumbing company again; Iverson Plumbing may be small but they understand the importance of offering great customer service by giving an upfront quote plus having a very knowledgeable yet friendly employee. One final plus was the fact once I gave Mike a check as payment, he immediately e-mailed me a copy of the invoice showing a zero balance (very much prefer less passing of paperwork during COVID-19).

Called Eric early yesterday (a Saturday morning) and he picked up immediately.  I told him a laundry list of plumbing problems that I'd been meaning to address but which were now bugging me enough (since a plugged drain had just been added to the list) that I hoped to get them taken care of as soon as possible.  He said he'd be right over, and was here in short order, diving into the list and giving me an estimate very quickly.  He moves fast, works hard, and is easy to talk to (I made sure I asked if he'd prefer I disappear so he could concentrate, but he said he enjoyed talking with his customers).  Right around noon or so all of the most troublesome items on the list were taken care of, and I realized I still had most of a Saturday to relax.  Eric strikes me as honest, direct, hard-working, and skilled.  I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I contacted Iverson Plumbing on August 19, 2019 to assess a sewer line infiltrated by tree roots. They sent a field rep out that day to assess the sewer line with a camera. They found multiple tree root intrusion areas and recommended an annual camera scope and roto rooting program as a PM measure. Eric, Kelly and Mike are professional, honest, reasonable and kept me updated via email throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend this company and have experienced first hand why they are a 5 star rated company. Kudos to Iverson Plumbing.

They came UP quickly, replace out water heater Thermo couple But made Very poor recommendation ... and that  is to Replace My water Heater unit which is not too old yet (8 years old). Mike said it Is not lighting long enough , Just 15 seconds and he is Heating an odd sound that may explode ... super scary! So I asked for a Second opinion from a different company, when he they left...Tom from Roto Rooter came and did visual inspection ... and Viola!!!! It lit UP... Tom said there's no odd sound and we should be getting HOT water in 30-45 minutes. And we did!!!! Roto Rooter saved US alot of money from these guys' poor recommendation...

Lesson learned: Always do a second opinion... its a lot of money.

When we needed a new water heater Kelly was quick to provide a professional and detailed quote through Yelp. Once we decided to move forward they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When the techs arrived they were friendly but quiet. Unfortunately they had gotten the wrong water heater from their supplier, but after a bit of back-and-forth they were able to find another supplier with an equivalent unit. The installation itself was quick and the new unit is working great.

If I could give them ten stars I would. Mike and another workmate came out to replace a faucet handle cartridge and to unclog my main line. He called letting me know when he would be arriving and was very prompt. A few days before this my warranty company sent out a plumber to replace my cartridge and it was a nightmare, and the job did not get done. Mike was was very patient and used great caution and expertise to remove this very stripped, worn, cartridge. He was very kind and told me exactly what he was doing. Fantastic customer service! While he was doing this his workmate expertly cleared my main line.
Their work ethic so impressed me that I will pay out of pocket again with any plumbing problems I may have in the future.

Contacted Iverson Plumbing to get a quote on a sewer inspection on a home we are purchasing.  They replied to my request in approximately an hour.  They went out to the property yesterday and emailed the results of the inspection by the end of the day.  Would definitely use Iverson Plumbing for future needs.

I used Iverson Plumbing one month ago for leaks in my water main and resealing shower stems.  I waited to post a review just to make sure that leaks didn't reoccur.

My experience with Eric and his apprentice as well as office personnel was professional and first rate.  We had two appointments and they were on time for both.  Within hours of the first visit, I received a full estimate providing me with two options for the shower work, and the next appointment was arranged.  During the second visit, the repairs were made quickly and flawlessly from my standpoint.

I am truly grateful to this team for their great work.

I requested Iverson Plumbing to replace an RO unit with a newer one I had purchased. I am very pleased with the work and will use Iverson Plumbing again.

Eric and Kelly arrived at the scheduled time. They were friendly and professional. Work was done quickly and no mess was left when done.

While under the sink, they repaired a couple things that other contractors had left behind eliminating some issues we been having.

We used Iverson Plumbing for the first time today.   We were so pleased with their service and the quality of their work.   It is very important to me that service companies keep in contact.   And Kelly does this magnificently.   She called me twice to let me know they were running a little late with a previous job and called again to tell me they were on their way.   One of our jobs (we had three toilets that needed repairs) needed more fixing that originally thought,  and they took care of it then and there.   In addition, they cleaned up after their work.   You would never have known they were in the house.   We're definitely sticking with them for all our plumbing needs.   Also, they get back to you quickly when you first call them.   Fantastic.

Had some slow drains and intermittent issues with toilets flushing. My home was built in 1956, it's old. I always cringe when there are issues because of its age. I got the recommendation from the Neighborhood App. for Iverson Plumbing. Eric and Kelly came out that afternoon and searched for a clean out access for my drain. No access was found, they came back out today and dug and installed an access port and completed a line clean out. They were done before I was off work. Very reasonable rate!! So happy with the results, would definately use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing and drain issues.

Excellent job.  Thanks, Mike.  We had what seemed like a simple plumbing issue, yet prior to getting Iverson Plumbing involved, we tried two other plumbing services, both of whom we have used on big projects in the past, but with no success.  But Mike got the job done.  

The Iverson process was great.  I sent them a photo of the equipment and described the problem.  When Mike came out, he knew exactly what the problem was and had the right replacement parts ready to go, and he fixed the problem efficiently.  So, they put thought into the problem *before* coming out, came prepared, and executed professionally.  Can't beat that.

I've had plumbing issues at my home on a couple occasions. My main line backed up and the first time it happened I called another plumbing company who came out and cleared it but within 2 months it had backed up again. So I called Iverson plumbing and they cleared it and it's been 8 months and  I haven't had problems since. They  did tell me I had roots growing into the main line and gave me a discounted quote if I ever wanted them to clear it for me. I also had a leaky sink that the previous plumbing company quoted me a lot of money so I never bothered to get it fixed. Well today I had a leak under my other bathroom sink and I couldn't hold off on. Plus I had a kitchen sink with poor water flow. Iverson came over promptly and fixed all three sink problems for less than half of what I was quoted to fix one sink. They appreciate their customers business and I know how expensive plumbing jobs can be but Iverson took care of me without the stress of wondering how I was going to afford this necessary service. I'm now a loyal customer and glad to have found a plumbing company I can trust won't take advantage of me.

Staff at Iverson were very kind and professional both during the initial consultation and when having the work done. Their price was significantly lower than a well-known competitor and they were able to schedule my appointments quickly. They showed up on time, were careful about protecting our wood floors, and used appropriate language around my son. (I can't stand it when someone is working in your home and talks about things that are not age-appropriate for children to hear or use foul language....these guys did none of that....again, very professional.) They had the work done in no time and cleaned up after themselves, and the price was exactly what they had quoted me. I was so glad I used them and saved almost $900 compared to the other company's quote. Iverson will absolutely be our choice in the future.

Just had a new disposal installed after the old one died.  Kelly was very helpful in describing the product, process and prices.  Technician arrived as scheduled and competed the job in one trip.  I'm glad Kelly explained the differences in the options, as we went with the upgraded disposal which is much quieter and carries longer warranty. Great all around service.

Toilet was quit flushing.  Iverson responded quickly.  Professional and straight forward in communication.   Followed masking and social distancing guidelines.  Problem was a piece of plastic from bidet attachment.  Technician even cleaned it using our soap at sink.  We will use them again.
