We engaged the services of Allied Sewer and Drain to conduct a thorough drain inspection for a property we were in the process of purchasing. I found roots in the base of my toilet. Keenan came by for a sewer inspection - showed me the problem areas and explained everything so clearly. He ended up digging out around the pipe and pulling/treating the roots so they don't grow back. I was fortunate to catch the roots early, otherwise I don't think it would have been as easy.

He was very professional, very fast response, and courteous. I couldn't say enough with how much he helped me out and how fair he was. I gave him a call and he was out within 2 hours. I had a leak in my front yard that he detected in minutes and got to fixing it right away. If we need anything else done he'll for sure be getting a call from me!

During a DYI fix of a leaky outside faucet we managed to break the copper pipe running beneath our home. In our search for someone to repair, we found Keenan with allied Sewer & Drain -- and we're so glad we did. He had room in his schedule and was at our home with the needed parts within two hours. It started in the kitchen! Ugh! I could use the disposal, but the other side filled up with yuck! My husband bought the tool to go down the drain, but nothing there. He took off the U-joint under the sink, Clear! WTH? Then to top it off the toilet water filled back up with what looked like dirt in it. So we called Allied Sewer & Drain. They came out within hours of our call, diagnosed the problem immediately, and cleaned the drains. He was very professional, explained every step of his procedure, and showed the problem of grease and hair in the drain. Due to the clean drains, the toilet water now flows clear again.
