Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

After being without running water in the kitchen for almost 2 weeks due to a complicated countertop remodel, we were excited to use our new sink for the first time today. Lo and behold, once everything was put back together under the sink something was leaking.  After my husband did his best and spent most of the day trying to fix it, I was in tears and we knew it was beyond our capabilities. We have a  whole home warranty with Sears but I knew they would not be able to get anybody out here until sometime next week, and I simply could not deal without a working kitchen sink one minute longer. I called Scott McLeod's Plumbing at 3:30 on Friday afternoon;  Katie (sp?) was so friendly and helpful on the phone and Carson was here within the hour.  He replaced the garbage disposal due to a leaking seal inside, as well as some of the piping components under the sink. It was a little pricey for the hour it took ($295), but considering it was last minute on a Friday afternoon --- and now I have peace of mind --- it was worth it.  Thank you Scott McLeod's Plumbing!

During the crazy heat wave at the beginning of June 2016, it was difficult to reach anyone who could service our AC unit.  All Pro Air did an excellent job answering calls each time we called them (and we called them often due to scheduling and for their guys to come back out due to subsequent problems with the units).  The techs are extremely polite and makes conversations really easy.  Barry, if you're reading this... I'm impressed with your guys:  First Dustin then Jorge and Sal.  I just wanted to let you know that these guys represented you and your business well. Super friendly, polite, and respectful.

Will call All Pro Air again for future needs.

We needed a new water heater ASAP. They responded quickly, were helpful through the process, and were reasonably priced. Not a bad experience for an emergency plumbing issue. I'll definitely go back to them in the future.

Ben is the best I have experienced.  Being in the real estate business we are always need of a great plumber......he was the only plumber who took my emergency call on a leak from the main on a SUNDAY morning at 6am.  He came and repaired the line(which was installed by a different plumber less than a year ago) at a reasonable price.  He invested a solid 4 hours on Sunday and followed up 2 days later to make sure everything was good while my original plumber never followed up.  God Bless Ben.....my family appreciates his efforts and I have referred him to all my peers in the business.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with any company! I have to say that George, the technician who came out, was prompt in arrival, he made sure to treat my home as if it were his own home with respect and courtesy, and fixed not just the initial issues I had very professionally, swiftly and cleanly, but helped with additional problems that cropped up with ease and a big smile. I very much appreciated his services, he gave me a very economical price and gave me discounts on top of that.  Payment was easy and a receipt was sent to my email. He did give me some much-needed advice on optional upgrades that I could use in the future if I'm looking to sell my home and I am so thankful to him for introducing me to the HERO program to make my home more green and a better sell in the future! Richard and Paul came over for a free consultation. From the minute they knocked on our door they were so polite and have been the only ones to wear shoe covers! Such a small detail, but much appreciated. Richard gave me a free consultation and even gave me advice on how to fix it with my own contractor mentioning it would be cheaper. It doesnt get more honest than that. Definitely will try to fix the issue ourselves, but if it doesnt pan out, he will be the first person I call.

We woke up on Saturday to no hot water. I reached out to Cesar and he responded right away. He quoted me a fair price and had the work completely done and hot water restored within 5 hours of me contacting him. We were incredibly grateful! He and his staff did a great job and kept the site clean and professional. The price was very reasonable! I've already saved his contact information if I ever need plumbing services again!!

Ean from Make it Drain has become my favorite plumber. He shows up on time, does great work and charges a fair price. I have had him replace a shower control valve and unclog a drain. I highly recommend him.

I'd give him 10 stars if I could!! Our water heater recently broke and Vince was dispatched to come out and put in a temporary water heater. The first one didn't work properly, so he made an additional trip to our house and he worked diligently to find us a new temporary one. Awesome to meet someone who works so hard work and give so much effort! We appreciate his trustworthiness, honesty and the peace of mind he has given us. He will definitely be our first call when we need a plumber again.

Alex was great! We called him to replace what we though was a broken toilet. We had the restoration department come at the same time, and discovered we had significantly less water damage than we thought. Rene helped us with the estimate. With an estimate in hand, and the okay to fix the toilet, we were in business.

Before removing the toilet, Alex checked to make sure that it was indeed a leaky tank. To our surprise, we discovered that it was a disconnected supply line, and a relatively easy fix. I also asked Alex to check out other toilet, and sure enough, the supply line inside it was showing signs of wear and potential failure.

Very happy with the service we received. We've been using this business since we moved into this home, and have always been impressed with how the provide options, give no-cost estimates, and how they follow up to make sure the work was done well.

Janet, the person who answered the phone, actually wanted to talk to me, tell me about how the visit will go, and found a time that accommodated my schedule. Other house house service companies make it seem that calling for service is an inconvenience for them. We'll done all around.

Making an appointment was quick and seamless. Rene called me right back after I spoke with the operator within 3 minutes. Rene had an opening the next day, which he and Enrique showed up for RIGHT on time.

Rene and Enrique seemed like down to earth folks. Rene gave me a competitive rate for my tankless water heater (which wasn't serviced since it was installed it seems), and while that was going on, they looked into a small leak that was occurring in my back yard. As the extent of the damage was unknown unless the pipes were exposed, Rene offered a decent quote to start with. Rene and Enrique resumed work immediately. After diagnosing the issue, Rene called me out to see what needed to be done. Seeing as how quickly Rene was working, I asked him to finish the job which he and Enrique did.

RN & Sons works quickly and operates with full transparency. Their attention to detail and friendliness is refreshing especially when considering how difficult it is to receive decent customer service. Rene makes it known that he wants to grow a strong base of loyal customers, which is reflected in his workmanship and his pricing. I called him because my tub would not stop dripping. I asked him ahead of time what it would cost, and he kept to what he had quoted.
Turned out it was original plumbing from 1979. He came out within a couple of hours.  
He was able to take it apart without it breaking, and found the parts at the supply house he needed.
Very nice person. Very good at what he does. Very happy with the results.

So very disappointed in a business I have trusted since 2014. However, better to learn before using them to embark on a major repair that we had only discussed.

This might be the going rate in a world that I do NOT belong. However, without a doubt, I could have had this accomplished for much, much, much less. My HUGE mistake...TRUSTING Them.
Heck, I would have given it a shot myself with Youtube, or I would have called others, I even would have gone to laundry mats from now on. WOW!

My advice, seek others and if you do not, Have NO FAITH or TRUST.
