Best Septic Tank Repair in Riverside CA

Called A&A Friday am talked with August about getting the septic pumped. He was very nice and knowledgeable and we went over all the prices.  He sent out Jason the same day. The lids were already exposed, so he was able to get going ASAP.  He was very knowledgeable about the system and went over the pricing before he started just to make sure I was aware of the different prices. I will totally use them again and will recommend them to anyone.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

I used this company for my plugged sink. They gave me a quick comparable with others quote, showed up promptly and unplugged the pipes. Technician was clean and courteous. It's been a couple of months since their service and everything works great.

Great service. They showed up early to appointment and were knowledgeable and efficient. I really appreciate their honesty and reliability. I would trust them to do the right thing if there was an issue during a job.

In addition to being able to get a technician out within a week for my issue, they added a second shut-off valve for a secondary pipe on my main water system when replacing my pressure regulator, which sure seems handy for making repairs to the sprinkler system without shutting off all water to the house. They included this without increasing the price on my original quote. The team showed up on the early side of the appointment window and got the work done quickly, but with worksmanship that appears quite solid. I'll likely be calling on them again for future work.

DO NOT CALL!!! Absolutely horrible service! They failed to show when they promised, then failed to show up after rescheduling, and then had a quote more than double everyone else's. Terrible company to deal with....find somebody else no matter what it takes!!!!!

UPDATE (7/26)
I am very impress on how Brennan and Randy went above and beyond to correct the issue with the leaks. This went from a one star rating to a five star rating because of their willingness to correct the problem and putting in the hours needed to get this project completed. Hubby was impressed with the customer service!

I called on Thursday (7/23) to schedule an appointment for an estimate and a plumber showed up on Friday (7/24) to provide us with an estimate as requested. The price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes we received. We needed a plumber to work on it right away as we needed it completed before having new concrete slab poured on Monday (7/27). The estimate was to replace our water pressure regulator valve and hose bib on our main copper line.  After the plumber left we noticed two small leaks and reported it directly to the plumber who came out later onthat evening and attempted to resolve the leaks. On Saturday (7/25) my husband noticed the ground was saturated around the area and found the original two leaks plus a new leak that would of ended up below the new concrete slab. Again my husband contacted the plumber directly regarding the 3 leaks found and the plumber stated that he would come out to repair the leaks but he failed to show up or contact us that he would be unable to come. I ended up calling the office on (7/25) regarding the 3 leaks and a 3rd attempt to get this problem resolved. The receptionist didn't feel their was any urgency in scheduling a plumber to come out first thing on Sunday (7/26) even though we expressed our urgency to have this resolved before Monday (7/27). Instead we where provided a 12pm to 2pm window for Sunday even though we stated that we needed this fixed right away. At this point my husband does not feel confident having new concrete slab poured over a potential leaky pipe and has asked our contractor to delay the new concrete slab until this can be resolve which he and the contractor are not happy about pushing the job out.

I will be providing a follow on Sunday in hopes that this can finally get resolve and we can finish our remodel. Keeping my fingers crossed!

The professionals at Rush Plumbing are reliable, extremely knowledgable and ethical.  Their team came out as scheduled and assessed my tankless water heaters that were failing.  They guided us to work with the manufacturer on a warranty for one unit which ended up saving us nearly $800.00.  Both units are now installed and working great.  I fully recommend this company and will definately use them again.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air over the holiday weekend. We contacted Veteran's Choice based on recommendations and reviews. They lived up to their reputation. Josh arrived early and diagnosed the problem immediately. He repaired the unit with parts on his truck and was on his way in about 40 mins. He was very friendly and professionally.

Excellent. Gave multiple options. Listed pros and cons for each along with the price and estimated longevity. Prices competitive.
Crew showed up in time, cleaned as they went, communicated and Elle's us inspect when they were done. Highly recommend.

JR came out to my house to fix a broken valve on a shower faucet today and I had to share what a great job he did. I had contacted several plumbers, or should I say, left messages for several plumbers with no response. The dispatcher at Easy Rooter told me they were busy but that they'd get out by 7 PM. That made sense as it was already 3:30 PM because the visitor who broke the faucet didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. JR got to the house around 6:00 and identified the part. I said it was late and he could come back the next day. He had noticed that my elderly mother lives with me and he said he wasn't going to leave us without water overnight.   JR went and got the part and wrapped it up even though he didn't finish until 8:30 PM. I'm telling you this company and this technician were great. It was fast, fixed right and warranties for 30 days. Hats off and 5 stars to the team at Easy Rooter. Thanks guys.

Richard and his crew were great. The condo I bought had a small gas leak outside and the gas had to be shut off. I was taking cold showers in late December! Up until then I could occasionally smell whiffs of natural gas outside, but couldn't quite pinpoint from where.

They came out and assessed the work required, giving me a range of pricing depending on the different scenarios from best to worst case.

Once we agreed on a game plan they started work. They worked with my HOA on potential issues that arose and were able to handle anything unexpected.

After the work was done the gas company came out, verified the work, and turned the gas back on. I won't ever take gas service and hot water for granted again!

Our water heater started leaking unexpectedly (of course) and ended up needing to be replaced. We got several estimates and Cesar not only gave us the best quote but responded the fastest. He was able fit us in the next day. He and his team were on time and got our water heater replaced and up and working quickly. Thank you, Cesar! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!

Quick response, easy to make a appointment and they were punctual. They did the sewer inspection during our escrow process and gave a written report after. They gave a verbal report at the time of inspection and even ran the camera through a second time so that I could see for myself.

Our main drain backed up and he was able to quickly show up and take care of the issue right away. Very Professional and honest, his prices are very reasonable and did not try to upsell. He is definitely going to be my go to plumber from now on.

After having been quoted $1300 from another company to hydro jet my drain line I called The Plumbers Connection and they quoted me a drastically reduced price. They were not able to come out that day to do the hydro jetting, but they sent Joe over to clear the stoppage so that my family could use the shower, sinks, and toilets. Next day they came out, on time, and cleaned out my drain line. Being that I'm a former carpenter, Joe gave me some tips on some DIY tasks that I could perform.

Adrian and his team get it done! He is very detailed and cares about the outcome of his work, not to mention is super reliable and professional.
