I sought out quotes via Yelp. Infinity was one of the first to respond. We needed a valve replaced to properly connect our dryer. They sent a plumber over to us that same day and we had the work completed before the day was over.

The plumber that arrived followed COVID safety protocols and wore a mask the entire time. He was super kind--he even removed his shoes (without being asked) when he saw that we are a no-shoe house.

I will hire Infinity again if any other plumbing issues arise.

Very pleased with David's service. Sent him a text with the specific details of the project - hanging of a waterproof outdoor TV storm shell and mounting the 65 TV that went inside. He responded with an estimated bid and came out the very next morning with one other guy. Completed the project in 1 1/2 hours and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!!

**Side note - he used to work for another handyman in the area. He was the guy who came out to do 3 small projects for us last summer (replacing caulking in sink & shower; replacing weather stripping on the bottom of our garage door). We were very pleased with his work then too. Glad he started his own business!

Today was the 2nd or 3rd time of hiring Leo for minor plumbing issues.  Today we had sputtering water...he came within an hour,  established that it was just air in the pipes due to EBMUD installing a new water meter...took him 5 minutes and he didn't charge me a dime.  The other times he did charge us, but very reasonably... he's worth every penny,  and you won't get anyone skilled who is as responsive and speedy! :) highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would!  My experience with Selvin Plumbing was top notch.  My shower knob broke on a Saturday (of course) and I had appointments I could not miss.  I called Selvin Plumbing and he arrived in 30 min!  I wouldn't expect that every time - I think I had good timing.  Regardless, Selvin was EXTREMELY professional and fair priced.  I have nothing but great things to say about him.  When my next plumbing issue happens, he will be my first call.

Best plumbing company EVER. They not only could diagnose what my problem was after 3 other plumbers could not, they replaced and brought everything up to code the same day!!!! They were also extremely courteous.  THANK YOU general plumbing !!!!

This guys are great!!!I had an emergency with low hot water pressure since yesterday. George came to my place right on time and was able to diagnose and fix problem within 30 minutes. He was professional, polite and super nice!!!. I highly recommend these guys!!!

All I can say, is very impressive. William, the owner, arrived promptly before the promised window. He took care of the problem in less than an hour. He quoted a price and did not go above it. He provided above and beyond service doing extra work to explain where the problem was. Definitely definitely definitely a reliable plumber to go back to.

Phenomenal service. We had a pipe that broke late Thursday night after 9 pm and VRG sent someone over within 30 minutes.  Excellent communication and did the job. Highly recommend!

Our water heater started leaking so I called VIP. Vince came out the next morning ready to replace the heater.  Within 1-1/2 hours everything was back up and running.  He really did a thorough and clean job.

I gave a call to Steve due to my main line being backed up. He quoted me several prices on the phone. It all depended on where he had to unclog the line from, either from the clean out, the vent on the roof or removing the toilet and snaking from there. Each option was increasingly more work and more in price, but all very reasonably priced in my opinion.

What stood out to me was that my clean out line was angled away from the blockage, yet, Steve still attempted the cheaper method. Even after it took him many attempts, he continued until he finally got it. I feel like he could have easily gone for the vent option, which would have cost me more.

On top of fixing my clogged line, I asked him about a couple leaky spigots. He took a quick look and fixed them for me with no charge since it was such a simple fix.

Steve was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Called to give me an update on time and the best part... he is honest. Unfortunately, honesty can be tough to find these days.

Our bathroom sinks had been clogged for days and wouldn't drain.  I had pulled off the P-traps and tried to snake the pipes; no luck.  I tried Drano and Liquid Plumber; no luck.  I swore; felt better, but no luck.  I finally called Bay Rooter in the late afternoon and Israel was at my front door at 9 a.m. the next morning.  He took a look, explained why my snake couldn't reach the clog from the inside of the house, then took his industrial strength rooter to the roof, pushed the snake down the vent and had the line clear within a few minutes.  He made some suggestions on where to install a cleanout to make it easy to do the job myself and charged me a very reasonable price.  Polite, professional and helpful -- Israel has my business from now on.

Have used Luis many times on large projects a whole new sewer line to pluged sinks and new water heaters. Great work and always cleans up after himself.  No mess . Wil use him for any plumbing issues I have

During the massive rains we have had over the past couple of weeks, I realized that the water outlet giving onto the street from the rain gutter downspout was clogged, causing the water to pool near the house and likely getting in the foundation. I contacted Isaac at Twin Plumbing Solutions on New Years Eve and he was able to come ASAP that evening to help. He did an outstanding job, provided  videos (since we had to leave) and was super responsive to our inquiries. Will use these guys again.

If you are a consumer that doesn't know what the hell you are doing , you will definitely irritate the people behind the counter.     Educate yourself before going in .    It's a great company for  professional plumbers. And mechanical contractors.  
I'm not trying to discourage you if you are a  homeowner but I don't go in looking for free advice because that's not what this place is for.
