Love BeastBay Plumbing.  And Robert is absolutely delightful and provided such amazing service.  Not only did he fix the problem I contacted them about, but he went above and beyond to inspect the plumbing in the other areas of the house and provided me with an assessment when I told him I was planning to sell.  I am so grateful for him and will use this company over and over again.  I can't recommend them enough.

**NOTE** I am writing this review based solely on the bid and responsiveness of the company, work hasn't been done on the property at this point.

Keeping it short, I am a real estate agent and my clients needed a bid for a home that they are in escrow on in San Leandro.  During the escrow process, timing is really important so I needed to get someone out there ASAP.

I started calling plumbers on a Thursday and after leaving messages with 5-6 different companies, I didn't get a single call back.  Called JC Green on Friday morning, they picked up immediately, checked the schedule and had a plumber out for a bid first thing Monday morning.

Plumber, Jesus, arrived and did a thorough investigation of the home, including a full crawl of the sub area.  Got a clean bid and I was very happy with the responsiveness.  It will be up to my clients if/when they'd like to get the work done but from my perspective, they made a great first impression.

I had water coming from the wall after running my washing machine. It must have been a block somewhere,  Edwin helped to identify and resolve the issue. He was on time, got down to work right away and helped to solve the mystery. If I need a plumber I'm calling right away! Thank you Edwin!

I emailed 4 plumbers about unclogging my kitchen sink.  Only Expert came back to me with a straight quote.  The others had to look at it first.  I've since learned that this is to upsell you something else.

Anyhow, Paul arrived on time, was courteous and did a great job at a reasonable price.

He and his staff are highly skilled and take pride in their work.  They get the job done the right way without cutting corners.  You can relax knowing the job is going to be reliable and last for a long time.

On top of all that, they are very friendly guys.

We left Khan a message this morning and within a minute he gave us a call back and said that he would be able to come out the same day to resolve our plumbing issue.
He and his team were extremely polite, courteous and professional. He is very personable and answers all of your questions. Within less than 30 minutes our issue with the main water line was resolved.

After attempting to fix our problem ourselves (with no luck), I contacted Diamond Plumbing. Hugo arrived within 30 minutes and got straight to work. He found and fixed our issue right away and also gave us suggestions on maintenance and Permanente solutions. Very professional and friendly. What I liked best about Hugo was his honesty. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Almighty Plumbing responded to us right away on Yelp after we reached out to them with a request for work on our water heater and on one of our bathrooms.  Michael P. immediately inquired further about the project we had in mind and requested some pictures of the areas that needed work.  We corresponded with him pretty efficiently via email.  And he gave us a recommendation to replace our old water heater and provided us with a quote and price comparisons with if we decided to keep our old one.  That really helped us make an informed decision.  They finished the water heater project within a matter of days (2 days I think?) - and the new water heater looks nice.  Then they moved onto the bathroom and fixed the leaking areas and some plumbing issues in about 3 days.  Overall, we were really happy with their work, and will definitely request their service again in the future if we have other plumbing work to be done.

I had a great experience with Avalon Services. When Juan came to give me a quote he took a lot of time to explain what needed to happen and why. Scheduling was easy and communication was great from start to finish. Christian was on time, respectful, and did a fantastic job.

Our water heater failed and we had to have it replaced right away. They were fast to arrive and provided me a quote. I was back and running by the afternoon. Excellent service

We called many plumbers and Toce Plumbing was the only one to call us back and fit us in his schedule. He was really a gem and went through the whole house with my husband (not just where we had a problem ie husband tried to fix a leak that went really bad). He came back the next day and fixed all of our issues. Definitely recommend and will be callling back if we have any plumbing needs in the future. (This is our second plumber we have used since moving to Oakland and by far he was the best)

Bill is the real deal plumber.  He is honest and dependable and knows his trade.  If follow-up is needed he comes back.

Sharky's Plumbing is professional and fast!! The owner even met me at Home Depot so I purchase items on my Home Depot credit card and he hauled the items to my house.  The service was so fast and he even gave me a discount on the pricing which was way lower than my Warranty Insurance.

Great service and can't wait to work with them again.

Just had Mike come in and troubleshoot the wall furnace in our house.  Very professional and did the job as quoted also gave some advice on the malfunctioning floor furnace in our 1940s house.  Will use again in the future.

I needed a handyman to remove an old mailbox and post from the concrete and install a new mailbox with post.  Mike's bid was extremely competitive, and he kept me updated with texts and pictures throughout the process.  His workmanship truly impressed me and I will not hesitate to hire Mike again in the future.  5 stars!!

Showed up on time. Problem solving, capable handyman with appropriate tools and good knowledge. Can do positive attitude.

Ron is one of the nicest guys I've ever met.  He has come over to work on various plumbing issues several times at my home.  He is very responsive via phone call or text.  He has excellent client communication.  His work has been excellent.  He has also been incredibly fair with price (almost to the point that I feel guilty that he is not charging me more).  I would highly-recommend using Ron; he's an excellent plumber.

I highly recommend this plumber. We had a very difficult installation that involved tying in to our radiant system. It cost a lot and it took a whole day, but the work was fantastic. Mario has a few guys working with him, but we got his personal attention for our job. We thought we had a problem with the installation, so he came right to our house after I called him. The problem was not the installation, but Mario made sure we were up and running before he left.

Shedrick was prompt, professional and a skilled plumber. He fixed our insinkerator and we then asked Shedrick to replace a nozzle and he advised that was unnecessary; with that said he not only saved us some money he displayed 2 very important characteristics, honesty and integrity. We have finally found a plumber we can trust!
