Asire Plumbing is our go-to plumbing company. They are reliable, do good work, and charge a reasonable amount. If they're too busy they'll recommend another guy who is also very skilled and nice to work with. Highly recommend!

Professional company , from their top management to their plumbers. We called this company many times for a business sewers problem. They always accommodate us and tried hard to take care of us fast. Tom was The best plumber , patient and most importantly very knowledgeable . Since they showed up last to our place , problems were solved and hope we won't call for any emergency  but we strongly recommend them for a residential and commercial issues. Contacted them today to get help with our suddenly non-functioning water heater, received a fairly quick call back from Tsering who says they no longer do any inside plumbing work, they only do outside sewer lateral work now. Who knew? So unless you need a sewer lateral replacement, don't waste your time calling these guys!

After requesting several quotes on Yelp, I hired Roman of URV Projects. I needed a pet door installed. He responded promptly with a fair price. He was respectful of my home and wore a mask.  He communicated great with the options I had during the project. The project came out exactly as I wanted. I will definitely call on Roman again! Highly recommend.

We had a leak that EBMUD detected. The first leak detector company sent out a tech who spent 3 hours and couldn't find the leak. He was stumped.

Vlad came out on Friday at 10AM and within 1 hour had found the leak. He then proceeded to work non-stop until 6PM to dig a hole, diagnose the problem and fix it.

My toilet seal was broken and the toilet itself was wobbly.
Bennyson  was punctual  and quick to repair the seal and also the toilet not being stable. I am very happy with the service he provided and pricing was fair.

For basic repairs, service is good, but If you are looking for a quick response, avoid this company.

Although we had used their services several times in the past, when we had a flooded basement we were informed they don't work past 4 PM.

Requests to speak with an owner deadended with managers who failed to address concerns.

Last 3 calls to Altas have resulted in disappointment. I feel as if the last 2 quotes were a complete rip off, so I chose to do the work myself. Glad I did. Quotes were very high given the cost of the parts and the labor (I should know since I bought the parts and put the stuff in myself). No response after leaving my last message. I'm done with these guys.

We knew our house had radiant heat set up, but the boiler was old and had not been working. For 3+ years we were trying to find someone who would help us confirm that the pipes in the floor are fully functional and have no leaks. Ramnar was incredible - he came to evaluate what was in the house and what was necessary. Less than a week later, he came with a temporary boiler and set it up within 2 hours to run and test the tubes. He then used a heat sensor to show that the system was working throughout the entire house and we can't wait to swap out the temporary boiler and install a permanent one. Highly recommend!

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

Our kitchen sink faucet handle started to freeze up when trying to move the faucet.  We called Moraga Plumbing and John came out that afternoon.  The old faucet had frooze up from age.  He installed a new faucet and the cost for the new faucet and the labor was $500.  The cost of an equivalent faucet by itself was over $600 at General Plumbing.  John was very nice to work with.  Will definitely use for all our plumbing needs again.

Andy Gasca fixed my clogged kitchen sink and washing machine pipe quickly--he even rescheduled another client so he could be at my house the morning after I called. He inspected the pipe, guessed where the clog was, and snaked down a very long length of pipe. The clog was right where he thought it would be, and he pushed through until it was all clear. The whole time, he was friendly, informative, and reassuring about the pipe, and he cleaned up the area he worked in. He had the right mask for COVID precautions and still managed to smile through it--a very personable man with 16 years of working for a larger company before starting his own business. He is my new go-to plumber!

StephenG from Handyman Heroes was on time, super professional, educated us on how to handle some stuff on our own in the future, did quality work (quickly), and finished up ahead of schedule.  Would highly recommend them/him again.

A technician named Chris came out to find and repair a pin hole leak in the hot water line inside the wall behind my kitchen sink. He measured the locations of all the piping inlets and drain outlets and found that cutting into the wallboard under the sink would not expose enough of the piping to be sure to find the leak. So he removed a portion of the exterior redwood siding to gain access, found the leak, then skillfully spliced in a section of new pipe to fix the leak. He had to go into the crawl space under the house in order to solder the bottom end of the replacement pipe into place. At the end of the job he replaced the redwood siding. Fantastic work! I was so pleased I didn't even use the $20 off coupon from the Montclair Neighborhood phone book.

The owner of the company, Paul Cooper, showed integrity and honesty by apologizing for the disappointing service I had received and, without my requesting it, returned the $150 I had paid fire the inspection. I'm going to give the company the benefit of a doubt and have upgraded my rating from a1 to a 3.

Honrath and Stacey is a great company.  Their pricing is fair and they don't gouge. They have been our family's plumber for 5 years or more and they never disappoint.  They have installed our wall heaters, water heater, and new toilets, besides fixing major clogs and other plumbing issues.  They are prompt, polite, knowledgeable about their craft, personable and have a  lighthearted,comfortable manner.  They have never failed to lessen my anxiety when a plumbing problem arises and I think that the world is going to end.  They simple say, Oh, we've seen this before.  We'll have you up and running in no time!  They were even honest when it came to advising me about switching from wall heaters to central heating. Jim told me that for a house my size that it wouldn't be economical, nor would it add any efficiency, since it would heat room that I wasn't in.  I was ready to hire him to do the job, but he cared more about being honest and saving me money.  With that said, I would be extremely confident to recommend this company to consumers and businesses. They are the best!
