I would highly recommend and reuse this plumbing service again. I was promptly notified when the technician was running late and when he would arrive. Ken communicated in detail the process and what will be needed and what the cost would be. Was a short period of time until Ken  completed the water heater installation.

I had a leaking shutoff valve under my bathroom sink, and I reached out to Abraham - he was really responsive over text, which was incredibly helpful. I had to coordinate shutting off water for the whole building, and he was patient and understanding about having to reschedule things when needed. This ended up being challenging because nobody really knew how to shut off the water in the building, but he's incredibly persistent and we eventually figured it out. Despite a bunch of challenges, he fixed the problem on the first visit even though I was sure that wouldn't be possible. He also was really big on leaving everything clean, which I really appreciated! I hope I never have another plumbing problem (ha), but if I do, I'll text him first.

My toilet and tub was backed up. When calling plumbers, they all agreed that I have a main line clog, but VanGo Rooter was able to come out sooner and had better prices. Angelo was friendly yet professional and got the job done without any surprise fees. I'd definitely use them again!

Lhakpa was very responsive via email and provided me with clear instructions on what to do/expect on the day of the sewer lateral replacement. The other businesses that I had communicated with either didn't respond to my emails after providing me with an estimate or literally took weeks to respond, and these were other east bay businesses that were highly rated on Yelp. I quickly signed the estimate/proposal that Everest provided me thanks to their promptness and thoroughness.

On the day of the job, I met up with Tsering in the morning around 8:30am before I took off for work. His workers were all there and were in the process of blocking off a portion of the street. He gave me a call around 4PM in the afternoon to let me know that the work had been completed and I received an email shortly after from Lhakpa with a copy of the EBMUD sewer lateral certificate.

Lhakpa/Tsering took care of securing all of the permits and EBMUD testing and made the process very seamless. Their hard work is appreciated and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

They did the job and the toilet was unclogged. I was also charged $200 more than the original quote. Apparently it cost more for them to snake?! Also , the plumber didn't bring a shop vac to clean up the backed up feces and toilet paper. I ended up having to use my own. Do not recommend these guys, and will not use them in the future.

Replying to your response...my dissatisfaction is exactly as you spelled out. You don't offer the service to clean up raw sewage and claim to be a plumber. My money would have better spent going with a licensed plumber, not  an outfit that does a half the job. Best of luck to you.

Sewer Master recently completed a sewer lateral replacement at my home.  Vincent and his team were thorough, friendly, efficient, quick and competitively priced.  Highly recommended!

Wonderful and quick service for detection and repair of a slab leak. Fixed in a matter of hours and incredibly kind and personable.

Service Star Plumbing responded in minutes and were able to fix our problems at a great rate and in little time. Will definitely be going to this service again if needed in the future!

I chose this company because it is Diamond Certified.  What a disappointment.  I called to have an earthquake valve installed and  multiple lines from my gas meter cleaned up.  When the plumber arrived he took a look and said they hadn't scheduled enough time to do the job so he would write up an estimate and send it to me.  Two weeks later, no estimate.  I called them, and they said they hadn't sent it because they didn't have my e-mail (they had my phone number).  When I got the estimate it was more than double what my other estimate was AND they billed me $145 for the estimate. They are up front about charging for estimates and their travel time though.  Never again.

Super Mario  8353 was awesome. He and his partner, Hugo, tolerated my dementia addled mother while they worked and everything. They even printed and posted the 24 hour water shut off signs for me (I didn't have access to a printer with the COVID-19 restrictions on non-essential businesses. As always, Atlas Plumbing does a tiptop job.  I highly recommend them!

We bought a new to us home in rural Vacaville with a very nice HVAC system that had a small issue that turned out to be just a maintenance issue I was not aware of. Ramnar returned my call and came out right away in the evening and did a full service check up on our system and even corrected an issue caused by the solar company that inspected our attic for a solar installation. Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

John was terrific. He came to install two barroom faucets and was timely in his arrival and completed his work  within the time he had estimated.
There was an unknown complication with the existing plumbing which he fixed for us at no charge. He is a likeable dude.

Vince is the man! Comes through in the clutch every time. Always willing to show a new homeowner the ins and outs. Very prompt and informative as well. Handyman heroes and Vince in particular are me and my wife's go to for our house needs. Used him for three jobs so far and have nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get handyman work done on their property.

Our home in East Oakland was build in the twenties. We love our home and have over the last 19 years made some improvements, except the water piping. We have a pending estimate with Ocelot Plumbing that we will start soon but in the meantime, we have rely on Ruben to trouble shoot our shower piping and other small quick repairs. I appreciate Ruben--the owner of Ocelot--for being able to assist our home plumbing fixes even before embarking on the big overhaul or our home plumbing. No job is too small or too big for Ocelot Plumbing. That's for sure!

While I wasn't happy with my original repair, Albert Nahman Plumbing reached out to me and sent a second plumber (thanks Mario) who took care of the problem at no additional cost. Now I have a functioning faucet again and I'm thrilled with the final results.

After reviewing plumbers in my area, Honarth and Stacey got rave reviews from many of their clients.  After trying other plumbers, I decided to try a new one with good reputation.  Joey and Jordan came promptly and efficiently fixing things on my list.  They were cordial, helpful, and skillful.  I feel so good about this company and their work.  Their rate is reasonable and I am so glad to find a good plumber in my neighborhood.  Highly recommend them!!!
