Well this all started 15 years ago working with my dad, after my father passed away I started a small handyman business, And with a few friend helpers by my side we are here for you and ready to tackle any list or job you have!

Dave replaced the floor of a cabinet in our kitchen after a leak. He did a good job, was clean and efficient, and charged a reasonable rate.
I contacted Dave to do a stairs repair, with no idea what was in store for me. (Completely clueless) he asked if I could send some pictures and when I was available for him to come take a look, with in a few days he stopped by gave me a very responsible quote and got the job DONE! My stairs look brand new and amazing.
Dave repaired our garage door today. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job. We will call him again
Needed a kitchen sink area recaulked, Dave was in and out in 45 min and did great work. He also offered a reasonable rate compared to competitors. Communication was smooth and easy. Would call him again for other tasks.
Hired him to replace our bathroom faucet. He was fast and efficient. Reasonable price as well.
Hired him again a few weeks later to mount two TVs. The faucet he installed was a little loose and quickly fixed the problem when he came to mount the TVs.
Will definitely use him again in the future

I had a great experience with Dave The handyman. I called him about 10 in the morning and he showed up two hours later to repair my broken patio door. He was on time, courteous, clean and masked. He's a very practical problem solver and didn't give up on my confusing issue until it was solved.

Dave is terrific.....Had him do a bunch of fix it stuff around my house from doors, to lightening fixture to kitchen faucet...he even texted me when he knew he would be a few minutes late....He is polite, efficient and professional...I will use him again and recommend him highly....
Dave was very responsive to my request for someone to update a small bathroom. Everything but the shower was replaced, including the flooring, paint, vanity, etc. This is an older home and remodels can be tricky when floors are not level, etc. Dave has the experience to know how to handle unexpected issues. I will hire Dave again for our next project.
Dave and Taso did great work. They took care of exterior trim on quite a few doors and windows. They work fast and produce clean professional results. Clean everything when done. Reasonable price. And fun to have around :) Need a handyman? Dave is your guy.

Very pleased with David's service. Sent him a text with the specific details of the project - hanging of a waterproof outdoor TV storm shell and mounting the 65 TV that went inside. He responded with an estimated bid and came out the very next morning with one other guy. Completed the project in 1 1/2 hours and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!!
**Side note - he used to work for another handyman in the area. He was the guy who came out to do 3 small projects for us last summer (replacing caulking in sink & shower; replacing weather stripping on the bottom of our garage door). We were very pleased with his work then too. Glad he started his own business!
I would definitely hire Dave again. He did a wonderful job. He was on time, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and did everything I wanted. I needed some caulking done around the bathtub, he dug out the messed up old caulking and put down a nice new line of caulk. He also did some grout work and replaced an o-ring on the toilet. I have finally found my go to guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. You will not be sorry if you have him do a job for you

Was looking for someone to help with some projects around the house and could not be more pleased with the customer service and quality of work. Highly recommend.
David was the first person to respond to my request for quote.
David is a professional who arrives on time, listens to his customers and comes up with a fresh win-win solution. He fixed the stuck door problem with expert skill, replaced all the door locks, installed a new LED wall lantern and patiently cleaned up the debris afterwards. He is very accommodating to your requests, patiently answers your questions and even laughs at your not so funny jokes. His motto is Do it right the first time! which saves you money and time in the long run. He wore the appropriate PPE out of concern for the safety of his clients and himself. He has made our family life more simple and less stressful.

Seemed like a simple job so I tried to fix it myself but on a Saturday afternoon I could get this plumbing job right!
I sent out for quotes on Yelp and Dave was first to respond and set an appointment for the next day Sunday(unbelievable!)
Well mannered and efficient young man, with all the tools and knowledge, aggressive, competitive pricing and not a clock watcher. What more could you ask for.

Our front door Smart Lock deadbolt wasn't sliding into place properly, and Dave was able to assess the issue and fix it in a matter of minutes. Adjusted the level of the door, fixed the crashplate position, and now our lock works as good as new. We also brought up our kitchen faucet which had come loose from the counter, and he tightened it up for us. Very happy with his speed and efficiency, and will definitely hire him again for any other issues that come up in the future.

I'm a little nervous giving Dave an A+++ review, because I don't want him to get so busy that he won't be available to help me with all my other projects.
You will be lucky to have Dave on your project. Dave helped me repair water damage caused by a leak. He helped repair the leak, replace damaged siding, redo a section of hardwood floor, and replace damaged drywall. His craftsmanship is exceptional and his talents are incredibly diverse.
Dave was amazingly communicative, always on time, and exceedingly professional.

Texted, no follow up. I'm pretty sure he's a busy guy but a yes or no would be nice. We ended up DIY-ing the project anyways.
We had a lot of little projects that needed to get done. Ranging from installing a ceiling fan to putting up our base boards. They did a great job! Very professional. They take pride in what they do and it shows in the work. Highly recommend this team.

Our front door had cracked (split) in two, and needed to be replaced. Since it was the front door, the work needed to be performed in a timely fashion. We contacted Dave, and he had time in his schedule on the same day.
The new pre-hung door was put up within two hours (including shims and leveling, and the door latch). The next morning, the trims we're out up. The pictures show how professional and how nice the work was. The experience was first class.

We had a small leak in the shower stall of one of our bathrooms due to old silicone sealant grout needing to be stripped and replaced. I looked at the problem and decided that it was a bit above my skill level to do a good job of thoroughly stripping away the old grout in order replace it with new grout. Got in touch with Dave with some pictures of the stall and he quickly got back to me with an estimate. He and his worker were at the house the next morning and did a great job in replacing the old grout with nice, new grout, and also pointed out some unnoticed issues with the previous water leakage.

Dave responded to my request for bid and proposal right away by quoting $2500 for the job. Understand he hadn't even seen the job site at this point.
So I came back and wrote, well that's a bid but what's your proposal? What do you propose to do for that $2500? To which he agreed perhaps he should see the site. And I agreed and told him that my week was free, just name a date for the visit.
He never responded to that after more than a week had passed by.
Dave might be the best thing since sliced bread for fixing floor problems, but he's totally missing proper project management skills. He doesn't seem to know what a request for bid and proposal means. At least with me he didn't show that he did.
I do not recommend him because of his lack of management skills.

Dave was awesome in fixing and restoring rotted wood under our kitchen sink. He took the time to make sure he rooted all the issues. He went above and beyond and was very thorough.
Dave was very responsive. I needed some drywall repaired and some repairs on my dishwasher. He did a great job on both, arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. The cost was also really reasonable. I will definitely use him again.
Dave did a great job fixing our metal fence that was not fixed well several years ago. Communicating with him was a breeze, both while getting a quote and onsite. He came early, with the right parts for the job. Wore a mask and took Venmo (contactless). Charged a reasonable rate. Would definitely call him for future services.
We had a cabinet repair that was needed. Dave was able to come on short notice and fix everything for a very reasonable price. We also got the time wrong, but Dave was very nice about it and re-scheduled on short notice.
Ran into Dave at Home Depot and he was able to complete my repair the next day. Great service. Great price. Professional. Will use again.

Dave installed a new pre-hung front door for us a couple of months ago. Dave provided a very reasonable quote. He and his partner showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and left everything looking great. I was very pleased and would use Dave again in the future.
I had a front door with several problems. The handle and deadbolt needed to be replaced and the door was sticking because the house had settled over many years. It was clear that Dave has had a lot of experience with doors. He knew exactly where it was sticking and how to adjust it. The door handle replacement wasn't straight forward because it's a 40 yr old door that doesn't fit today's standard door handles. He had to drill a larger hole for the handle and another hole on the edge of the door for the deadbolt to slide through. He was well prepared with an impressive set of tools. Dave got everything to fit perfectly and now both the door and lock glide like butter.
The term handy man doesn't do him justice. Dave is a skilled craftsman.

My sink had terrible water pressure and the hot water wouldn't work at all. Found Dave on yelp he replaced my sink had everything back up and running within a hour. He was on time, very professional, and did a great job! Would definitely hire him again.
Dave is a great guy. Good honest work and didn't charge me a crazy amount. Made my bathroom look brand new. Definitely recommend him and will use him for future work
This guy strung me along even though I was willing to help get things done when he gave excuses. He is not professional and am not sure why he was high on the search for a responsible handyman.
Run from this guy! He left me hanging at the last minute and still wouldn't be any help when I offered to pick him up when he gave a weak excuse that his truck wouldn't work. I simply needed him to view the job and give a quote, and I was willing to wait until his truck was fixed to do all the work required. A true loser handyman.
I had dave come help me with my fence. Kinda a diy, it was a side wood fence that didn't open, or close. I wanted Dave to add henges and a lock, to be able to use it as a walk way to back yard. He came within a few days, worked hard and made my vision possible with a reasonable price.

My garage side door and surrounding walls were damaged due to roof leaking. Dave and his friend came to fix the damages and as well as they replaced and installed a new gutters. They are very professional and did a great job. I am very happy with their service. I will contact them again for future work.
I hired David Gallegos through yelp for miscellaneous projects at my home. David was very responsive on yelp and later text message. We set a date and he showed up on time. The work he completed was professional.
However, he stated he did not have time to finish the final two projects and he would return at a later date. I know it is hard to run a small business so I paid David in full anyway, trusting his character that he would return. David cashed the check shortly after. Later via text message David mentioned he would be a few weeks out because he is working on another large remodel.
Later on, David stopped responding to text messages once that time had elapsed. Most troubling, he is active on Yelp and responded promptly to a friend who also required handyman services - he is actively ignoring my attempts to contact.
All told, I paid David in full for projects he did not complete, and he is actively and knowingly shutting out contact. It's really unfortunate how any contractor would take advantage of a new homeowner like this. Please be wary.
David - I'm willing to amend this review if you get back to me and finish the project as agreed.
David is such a nice & calm person who was not only quite skilled, but matched up well with my personality which is always in overdrive.!
I like it when a person shows up on time, and gets right to work. David repaired a door for a very good price.
Dave did a good job with the work he did, but after that, it was so hard to get a hold of him, even if he met us onsite for a preliminary job. That's fine if you are not taking new jobs - just let us know without having to follow-up multiple times (even though you confirmed to us that you'll be coming back).
Dave was able to quickly and efficiently add an air gap for my dishwasher and add GFCI switch in my kitchen. He was responsive and professional.

Just had Dave out to replace my leaking P-Trap on bathroom sink,very professional and quick,very nice guy and will use him for any other projects I might need and his price is good,was the cheapest out of 3 estimated.
I recently hired Dave the Handyman to install a large, exterior Coolaroo roller shade for a window since my back room gets very hot in the summer.
Communication was done via Yelp message with type of project, sending a pic of the item and then pricing provided. I didn't check with other like businesses as I felt the price was in the range and wanted to have it installed sooner as it's been hot!
We did have a miscommunication on the initial date but set up a date/time the next week. He was professional and arrived on time, which I appreciate. The shade was quickly installed with him checking with me on the location, how far out etc. and done in an hour.
I would definitely not hesitate to call/Yelp message him again for other projects.

Text over some pictures of the door. After doing so he sent me a really reasonable quote, and days he is available. With in a day my door knob is updated and works amazing! He had to fix a few things to make sure it shut and locked smoothly. I'm so happy with it, he was super professional, made sure I was ok with everything before he left and ask if I had any more questions or concerns. I WILL BE CALLING DAVE AGAIN!

Reached out to Dave the handyman about a week ago. Was able to schedule an appointment and get an estimate for my kitchen sink pipes, bathroom toilet leak and redoing the caulking in bathtub shower. Had to patch a hole behind the dishwasher.
Everyone else I called was shunned because they didn't want to touch the dishwasher.
David came to the rescue. Handled it fine and efficiently. Even improved the dishwasher situation due to the uneven floors. I know many handymen don't want to go anywhere near plumbing or appliances, but David was knowledgeable, confident, and able to deliver.
Dave came on short notice on the weekend and completed two jobs at the price he quoted. Good quality and efficient! I will use him in the future.

Dave did an outstanding job! He arrived on time and wearing mask. He fixed a problematic pocket door. He explained all of our options , purchased parts at Home Depot and fixed our door. Dave was responsive and accessible when it comes to handyman services. I called him about installing my new washer/dryer, and he came out same day, and communicated with me his timeframe throughout the day.
When he got to my house, he immediately went to work and even made a quick trip to home Depot for an unexpected parts purchase. He didn't mind and was extremely calm throughout his time working. He was able to install my new machines with ease, when the install company had refused to do so. Both are working great with no issues.
I will probably be calling on him again for additional handy services in the future. Thanks for the good work Dave.

Dave showed up on time, wore a mask while he worked, cleaned up at the end of the day, and charged within the range he had originally quoted. He completed a range of carpentry projects --rehanging a closet door, replacing a doorknob with a door lever, cutting plywood shelves for cupboards, and installing a bracket over the cripple wall and the house foundation -- and did all of them well and efficiently. I've already booked him for a second round of repairs because the first round went so smoothly. Thanks to the Nextdoor neighbor who recommended him. I recommend him as well.

This is the second vendor I tried to call who doesn't clear out his message box. I don't understand how people can run a business, not answer the phone and not be able to leave a message. Guess work is good for him, I'll take my business elsewhere!
My ceiling fan broke and most places I called weren't interested in such a small repair job, and only offered to install a replacement unit. Dave was willing to take a look however. Took a little bit to nail down a date and time, but once we got that sorted I found him to be very knowledgable and friendly. Dave arrived on time and quickly figured out the problem. The price was also very reasonable. I'll definitely give him a call next time I need something done.

They are responsible they called me but I had it fixed using someone else. So don't know much about their work .
We had recently replaced our stove and when it arrived, it didn't quite fit into the space where the old stove had been. Dave showed up and quickly assessed the situation. He trimmed back the stone counter, modified some cabinetry, and safely inched the gas line over to make it work. The whole project took about 2 hours.

We needed siding repaired to a portion of our house, and a grab-bar installed in a shower. I sent Dave a photo of the damage, we spoke by phone, and he said it was something he could do. We set up an in-person meeting. Dave showed up on time, further assessed then went to get the materials (luckily we had kept the paint from when we moved in several years ago, and it was still good). He returned in a short while and did the siding repairs and painted the repaired portions, and put in the bar. Looks good.
We needed some help with doors that have shifted after years of earthquakes and Dave was quick to respond, and did a great job. We'll definitely look to him for additional help in the future!
