I needed to have a pipe replaced under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbing businesses. Jimmy from 718 called back within ten minutes. His techs were booked for that day, but he said if I wanted service that day, he would find a way to get one to my house. I told him it was not an emergency, and he booked an appointment for the next morning. The tech, Rich, arrived on time. He assessed the job and quoted a very reasonable price. He did the job efficiently and thoroughly. He was pleasant and answered all my questions.  I now have a place to call with confidence for any subsequent plumbing issues. Thanks again.

I requested a quote at 2am for a clogged bathtub. I received a quote and time slot at 6am. Luckily, I got my troubles sorted out a little earlier than my scheduled time (which I appreciated). It took 15 minutes and believe me when I say it was the cleanest experience with a clogged drain. The gentleman came in and used the snake and left the bath tub nearly immaculate. I would recommend this company and use them again (hopefully not anytime soon).

I had sewer line backup and needed to get it addressed ASAP. L&C were super-responsive, came right away, fixed issue without gouging me. THANK YOU-hopefully we won't have issues but we would definitely use L&C again!

This review is based on professionalism and communication (which both lacked), not an actual completed service. We reached out in a pinch and was finally able to connect with someone via the phone number that they provided in messages. I called and the tv was blasting in the background, so it was hard to hear him. What I DID hear, though, was that he wanted to charge $450 to remove a cap from a gas valve. I thought that was high, but before I could say anything else, he hung up on me. Then, he texted me saying he could do $350 since $450 was too high. I don't know about you but I'm less likely to want to work with someone who (1) is clearly trying to rip me off (because we paid $150 w/ tip to a qualified Plumber), and (2) is rude. I never responded and took it as a sign to move on ‍

Look no further.  These guys are the real deal.  I put a service request in online for the office kitchen sink which had a leak and was clogged for about a week. ( Porter was getting to it).   I got a call back within 5 minutes.  Christian called me to set up an appointment for 10-12 (it was 9:15am). Dominik showed up less than an hour later.  He was pleasant, thorough and left everything clean afterwards.  He went through pricing with me for approval before just handing me the bill. They take cash or credit cards after the work is done. Could NOT be easier.  Thanks guys!

They were fast, responsive, and got the job done. I got my pipes and faucet replaced they seemed to have given a fair price. It's hard to compare since I didn't try others, but they seemed pretty good.

This review is based on communication and basic consideration from this company. I made an appointment for someone to stop by before noon this past Saturday.

On the morning of I called early to confirm the appointment. There was no answer on the phone and a voicemail was left. At 12:30 PM I called again. No answer and another voice mail was left.

Now the following Monday, I still have not heard back with an apology let alone to reschedule. Highly unprofessional company with no respect for its prospective customers. I understand things happen but the minimum level of customer service is to pick up a phone. Don't take appointments you can't keep.

We ordered a new dishwasher through Home Depot, but they said the pipe under the kitchen sink that's connected to the dishwasher would need to be replaced in order for them to install the new one.
I sent Yelp and direct-website-messages to 7-8 companies.
Most of them never even bothered to respond (despite sending follow-up messages) and 2 said they don't do that sort of work even though they are plumbers?  

WaterMac not only responded quickly, but they were able to come out to inspect quickly, and he was even able to fix it in the same trip.  The technician also gave me separate quotes for other things he noticed that could use some work, and I was able to pick and choose which ones I wanted done right then and there, and I have the quotes in my email to reference if I want to go ahead with additional service later on.

I can't speak on the price, since I got no responses from other places to compare with, but I appreciate WaterMac being responsive and communicative.  The technician Justin was also right on time and very professional.  
One thing to note is that they charge $60 to come out and quote, but if you go with them for the service too, they will put that $60 towards the bill.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Franco Belli has been an absolute lifesaver for our building. They have helped with heating issues (they can fix Triangle Tube Systems), plumbing issues and fire sprinkler care.

Talk about fast!! I had a toilet leak in my apartment that flooded my floor and refused to stop. I had an event that evening and I needed this handled like yesterday. Waterhouse came out so quick and figured out the issue while I did my makeup in the other room. Before I could take all my hair pins out, they had mopped my floor and got my toilet working in no time. I'm so grateful I was able to leave my apartment and now I wouldn't come back to soaked floors again. I'm so grateful!

STAY AWAY!  False advertising.  Advertises free estimate but charges $85 - so it's not free!  The ad is false and misleading.  Told representative to remove the false ad and she said:  we'll, we haven't updated our website.  It's called FRAUD!
If they lie about this, what else?

Shower was clogged from too much hair going down the drain.  I tried everything but need a profesh.  Rusty's was easy to text and had someone come the next day.  Service was fast, friendly and a good price.

I want to take the time to Thank you John P.  for your quick response on getting my boiler replaced. My boiler' life expectancy had come to end on very cold rainy Sunday.  I lost complete heating, frantically I had tried to reach out to multiple plumbers/companies and no one had time either to come right away or won't be available till the next evening or the week. Luckily, John called back and he tried to guide me to how to get the boiler starting again but I had very little knowledge on this. Fortunately, he gave me hope by saying he would come within an hour to check and see. Once he saw it he knew either I would continue to spend money on temporary fix instead of long term fix, he suggested replacing it entirely. Considering that the boiler was ~20 years of age. I decided I didn't want to always worry about this heating issue because past recent years I did have random issues here and there; so I might as well get brand new and have peace of mind for awhile. It was not cheap but it was definitely worth it. John and his team got to work right away the next morning and by late afternoon-my heat finally came on. And I could not be happier! My house was finally warm and cozy! Thank you again John and your team for excellent services. I definitely recommend this company for future businesses.

Had a sink pipe leaking emergency, not sure who to turn to, Nush and Marinel were able to respond to me quickly with a very professional and helpful attitude that makes me feel me I'm in good hand, they show up the next day right on time, efficiently solve the problem. I highly recommended them.

Unethical, incompetent plumber and then a defensive supervisor when I called to relay the disastrous estimate experience,
