We had two toilets that needed to be fixed in a pinch on a Saturday.   Dorjan responded to my request and we set an appointment.  He arrived on time, was very communicative throughout the process and fixed all of our issues!    He was very professional and kind.   I would recommend DC Piping & Heating, Dorjan and his entire team for any of your plumbing needs.

Our basement was flooding when we ran the washing machine because there was water coming out from under the bathtub of the bathroom on that floor. We assumed the worst but knew it was something that needed immediate resolution so called these guys the next day. They came out the same day and assessed the situation and then the boss came out and immediately figured out it was the sump pump. There were also some other things my mom (who had been hosting them) mentioned needed to be done as well. The boss wrote out the invoice/contract and the guys came the next morning to do the work and when they said they would be there at 9, they were there at 9. Every time they came and went they were always right on the dot, which already is a huge pro! I hate waiting around for people who don't show up when they said they would. Then it turned out there had been some miscommunication (you could argue fault on both sides so not blaming them AT ALL) and some more work needed to be done than originally contracted. No problem, they came out and did another work order and did the additional work that same day between other jobs. They always stayed long enough to check their work (for example, waiting for washing machine to discharge water to make sure it wasn't flooding). They were respectful, professional, and I think fairly priced. Plumbing work is never cheap but all things considered I think all the work they had to do was well worth the price. I was nervous about having to call for professional help just by looking on the internet, but as usual the internet is always right!  Just kidding, but since I did rely on other reviews to pick these guys wanted to add my own. I'll happily call these guys again next time I need them!

Andy's Plumbing & Drain Services were incredible. They will be the only one I call for my plumbing needs in the future. Very pleased with All Day Plumbing. After using handymen on 3 separate occasions to fix a dripping outdoor faucet and a faulty toilet with unsatisfactory results, we decided to try a licensed plumber. Glad we did because both faucet (with newly installed indoor shut off valve) and toilet are in working order. All Day was recommended by the man who installed our boiler and who we have used for 30 years. Glad we asked him.

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

Great job hanging a mirror on my  brick wall!!! Michael was super professional, with lots of experience. Really appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was satisfied with the tilt of the mirror.

I called them to repair a constant leak in my bathroom tub & a drip from my bathroom sink faucet. The plumber that came to do the work said he was only able to saw off the shower faucet and replace. The handle now jiggles on the replacement part, but he did do the job. However, the sink went from dripping every 21 seconds, to 14, to now at least every second. I called them when I noticed how much the frequency had increased, and they sent the same guy to look at it again. He said he replaced the washers and was not sure what it was - probably would need to replace the entire fixture. Have you ever heard of a plumber that cannot stop a leaky faucet? Further, the $300 bill I received did not breakdown parts, labor, and the individual jobs, which I find upsetting. I'd like to know how much I paid for the issue to not be resolved. Now that I have a constant drip, I got replacement parts from the manufacturer. I have called and left three messages with no returned call. Guess I need to find someone else and throw more money at this.

Joe at Brooklyn's Best AC is the man!! I called him on a hot day this July from my office, where our terrible old AC unit had finally broken. My coworkers and I were sweating it out and I asked Joe how soon he could come and install a new one. He scheduled me for the next morning and walked me through how big an AC unit I'd need. Maybe he heard the desperation in my voice but the next morning he showed up with one guy to help him and they banged out the AC installation so fast we were all amazed. They know what they're doing! They even took the old AC out to the curb for us. Super satisfied with Brooklyn's Best AC.

Fabio has been servicing our hot water heater,  and gas boiler and furnace for years now. He's always very prompt at replying and comes in ASAP to check, diagnose and give us the best options to fix the issue. Recently, we had to replace our gas boiler.  We met with Fabio and was quoted a fair price. Osvaldo and his assistant were very professional and courteous, and they did such a clean, professional installation. They also addressed all of our questions and concerns. I contracted Harry to build 3 radiator covers for my apartment. The entire experience was AMAZING!!!! Harry was on time with delivery and always on time for our appointments.

The best!  Rates are a little on the high side but certainly worth it when you consider the quality.  The two plumbers who showed up were clean, careful, pleasant and professional which is important as you are letting them into your house.     I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs you have.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

Skilled, Respectful and Fast! A leak that needed immediate attention was resolved in 20 minutes when a licensed plumber from Ariel Services showed up at my apartment door and fixed the problem right away.  I called them on referral from a friend and am very grateful that I did! I highly recommend them; no job is too small or too big.

Recommended by building, showed up on a Friday to give an estimate on a small job - replacing kitchen sink cutoff valves -  but now it's almost a week later and no estimate. I can't speak to their plumbing work, but the fact that they can't get us a simple estimate on time is enough for me.

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.
