Searched online for main line water service. Found Scott's company. Best choice made! Needed a sprinkler shut off cap in front of building according to FDNY code. Scott's guy came, broke up the sidewalk, and was done within a couple of hours. Patched up the sidewalk, and cap was perfectly installed. No more FDNY violation!
Kudos to Scott and crew. Will use again and recommend.

Find another, more professional plumber. Sadly, they don't respect your time. I used them once before and they were fine. Tried a second time and had a morning appointment scheduled far out in advance. I was told they had a bigger job so they needed to move me to the end of the day. I obliged and rearranged my schedule. Was given a window of 4-7pm. Called to confirm at almost 6pm and was told they needed to push me again until between 7 and 8pm. Got the runaround -- and he said, what do you want me to do? Come another day? Star Cities, I've already rearranged my schedule for you. I have a job that I left early to meet YOUR schedule. Don't ask me to do it again. You wasted my time. Never again.

Had a problem with the toilet and tried to fix on my own with no luck. I called them and they called me right back and came within an hour and quickly fixed the problem. I highly recommend and will be using them for my other jobs in the apartment building

Outstanding service ! James and Pete faced a pretty difficult job tracking down an in-wall leak as well as a few other pipe leaks along the line. Very difficult to get to. They weighed all available options so as to do minimal access damage to walls or bathroom tiles. They were able get access through a small hole in the boiler space avoiding any damage anywhere else. There pricing was definitely reasonable. They'll be the first i call when needing further work in the future and I'd recommend them highly to anyone needing plumbing services. Plumber they outsourced the work to this past saturday, think his name is George from his heavy accent. Called Friday for Saturday morning, we agreed on 12. 1pm rolls around and he's still a no show, i call him up and he basically forgot so he shows up at 1:30pm. Does the work, and i called the main line Saturday to leave a message to call me back so I can pay the invoice. Its Monday today, stepped away from my desk and i come back i see a missed call from the plumber and he's yelling and cursing via a voicemail saying that they tried to reach me all morning to settle the bill both him and the company, which i didn't receive any calls but the one call from him, basically straight lying. Would not use them again

Honest plumber. Awesome guy, we've used him a few times. He put in our new garbage disposal, fixed leaks under the kitchen sink, fixed toilets, and the bathtub faucet. His prices are MORE THAN FAIR, esp. considering we previously had Fred Smith plumbers in here who charged us a fortune and did a shitty job.

We just always use Colin now for all plumbing stuff, and I gave my neighbor his number as well. Would definitely recommend.

Samir did an outstanding job painting my bathroom walls. Samir offered great value for his service and was responsive to all my questions. I was also impressed that Samir was able to relocate the towel rack and repair the wall as if the towel rack was never there. Overall I highly recommend!

Our toilet was backed up on a Friday afternoon and with the old, problematic plumbing system in our home we new we needed serious help. The plumber arrived in  about an hour and he was excellent but it turns out we needed a more intense snake that would go through the main sewer connection. The second plumber came with the snake and dealt with a design flaw in our plumbing system that we were told couldn't be fixed. He was able to finally snake our drain properly for the first time and our plumbing has been great ever since. They were a very professional, knowledgeable team and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!

They provide exceptional and quick Backflow testing at a competitive price.  Tom went above and beyond to resolve additional issues arose after the testing. He is courteous and walked me through step by step to get the work done. Highly recommended to anyone who needs Backflow testing!

I was at first a bit intimidated by DJ Plumbing. I walked in soon after opening on a weekday, and was the only one there not belonging to one of the numerous plumbing trucks outside. Everyone else was coming to pick up a long list of items they had ordered ahead of time, using jargon and shorthand for each item. I had a plastic shopping bag with a broken pipe I couldn't tell you the width of.
I was helped quickly, though, and was NOT treated like the idiot I am. I left with the item I needed, a wrench for the job, and had my sink drain fixed minutes after getting home. Everything was relatively cheap, too.
You know how they say that you know you're at a good Chinese food restaurant when you see Chinese people eating there?

Great company to work with! We had a sink and shower that had been clogged and hired Racso Plumbing and Heating for the job. They were very quick to reply to messages, offered a really affordable price, and the sink and shower were fixed very quickly! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Rob is the man for all your drain and sewage needs. Called him and he was able to take care of my emergency same day and on a Sunday ! He diagnosed the issue right away and performed hydro jetting to clean the 30 ft of backup found in my home, which has so far worked like a charm. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and explained to me very well what was going on. Thank you Rob!

AE was recommended to me by a contractor friend who has been buying from them for years. I went in to buy parts for a project in which I have to build an inflation system (balloon that inflates and deflates) so I was looking for valve part options to facilitate inflation and deflation.

The men working there were willing to help me and showed me a few part options. The first man (the owner I think) gave me some switch valves (plastic & metal) and then another man brought out a bike pump valve and a ball valve. I ended up buying the bike valve for $3.

They said they did not sell any small pumps (smaller than large bike pumps they were selling).

They accept returns with 25% restocking fee within 30 days.
