Searched online for main line water service. Found Scott's company. Best choice made! Needed a sprinkler shut off cap in front of building according to FDNY code. Scott's guy came, broke up the sidewalk, and was done within a couple of hours. Patched up the sidewalk, and cap was perfectly installed. No more FDNY violation!
Kudos to Scott and crew. Will use again and recommend.

Akeim is professional, knowledgeable and efficient.  When the kitchen faucet in my tenant apartment broke, from the pictures of the damage he was able to assess quickly that I needed to do a replacement instead of a repair and advised objectively on the type of faucet I should get.  Once obtained, he installed it quickly for a reasonable price.  I was very pleased with his work and look forward to working with him on future projects.

Austin Plumbing  broke my families plumbing and did not pay for the damages.  They were asked  to replace broken parts and  took no
responsibility for the damage they did. They were over 4 hours late and made a mess destroying the plumbing parts and fixture.

Let me start by saying that im not related and im not an employee of this company.  Peter and James came to my house to finish a bathroom not completed by contractor. They installed a set of frameless shower doors. Installed the toilet and also a pedestal sink. They arrived at the time they said they would. They worked together as a team through the entirety of the project and there work area was neat at all times. When they were done everything worked exactly as it should. Their prices were very reasonable for the amount of work they did. But the big surprise here is the level of quality. Its nice to know that their are still tradesmen out there willing to take the extra time to make the job come out not just good but so good that it surpasses any expectations you may have had. My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

We had a patchwork job done by an amatuer plumbler which caused two leaks under the sink.  We called Downtown Plumbing on Saturday night during Labor Day weekend and he was able to send someone out by 9:00am Sunday morning.  Not only did they show up but he was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. The job took about an hour to complete and after it was done, he trouble shot some other areas in the kitchen AND in the bathroom. I was so satisfied with the price they charged and the work completed.  I would use Downtown Plumbing & Heating again and recommend them to my family & friends.

Honest plumber. Awesome guy, we've used him a few times. He put in our new garbage disposal, fixed leaks under the kitchen sink, fixed toilets, and the bathtub faucet. His prices are MORE THAN FAIR, esp. considering we previously had Fred Smith plumbers in here who charged us a fortune and did a shitty job.

We just always use Colin now for all plumbing stuff, and I gave my neighbor his number as well. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service ! The men are efficient , very professional , quick ,  thorough , polite . My plumbing issue was resolved beautifully . I've used this company prior to this problem and will continue to do so with any / all future plumbing troubles I'm sure to encounter . Hats off to James Bond & St Michael !

I have been having a lot of trouble finding a reliable plumber / construction repairman.  Today I lucked out.  S & A Quality Pro Services did a fantastic job.  He showed up on time, did thorough and accurate work, replacing a bathroom faucet and fixing a major hole in the drywall.  I certainly will be calling him again for the many jobs in the building.  I highly recommend him.

Unreliable.  Scheduled an appointment a week in advance and reconfirmed two days before the appointment and they never showed up.  Said they would call to reschedule and I never heard back.  Wouldn't call them again.

Best supply house in queens . Almost always have what I need. Prices are very competitive with other supply houses . The help at the front counter is exceptional . Very knowledgeable staff . I don't go anywhere else but Dj plumbing supply . I'll go out of my way to get material there . Highly recommend using this supply house for plumbers and homeowners

If I could give zero stars I would.  Called at least 4 times, the customer service rep(s) said the technician would be in contact with you within the hour.  Never heard a peep from any of their techs.  Needless to say, no one ever came to service our HVAC.  Stay away from these clowns

Very pleased with the Urgent Drain service. I happened to work with Robert.

He responded very quickly to my inquiry. Scheduling and getting a quote was a breeze. Robert called in the morning of the appointment to confirm and yet again 15 minutes before arrival. This did help me with scheduling my own time.

On arrival he was wearing a face mask even though the job was out in the yard. I appreciate that.

I am the type who wants to know what is being done and what is going on. So he explained what he was doing and why as he was doing it.  He provided advice on what can be done in the future but did not push or try to sell any 'extras'.

Work was completed within the scheduled time.

Overall - I am very pleased with the service.

Terriable.  First of all they don't show up with the right tools.  He brought a drain cleaner that had nothing attached to the end of the cable - so how is he going clean out a sewage line with that?   They don't have an option to use a camera to look down the sewage line to see what the problem is and just assumed everthing is fine for whatever little work they did.  Total scam artists and complete waste of money.  Also super annoyed with calling us good people and saying how their reviews are great.  I'm sure most of these 5 star reviews aren't real customers but friends&family.

These guys rock! Definitly a Supply house for professional plumbers, but if you heed somthing done, you might meet one us there.
