I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

I had a leak in an original cast iron pipe in my house which is over 100 years old.  They were able to replace the leaky section by making two small holes in the wall of a closet on my first floor and one under the carpeted hallway floor (no damage to the carpet) to replace the leaking section of the pipe.  A carpenter they sent will be making the small patches.  I'm relieved that they didn't have to go through the tiles in the shower or anyplace that would be expensive to patch.  They identified the source of the leak and repaired it quickly and didn't leave a mess behind.  I highly recommend this plumber!

I was very pleased with the promptness and thoroughness of the service I received. I found Cj and his assistant, Eddie, to be competent, honest and caring. Best of all, the dispositon of Mr. Carmine, owner of the company, is a rarity. I guess you can see this plumber has a very good bedside manner!

I have been using this company for my residential plumbing needs for a year.  Every time they are responsive, on-time, professional, and reasonably priced. Each plumber that has come to my home has been patient and willing to explain the work that is being done. I highly recommend this company!

We called Joe senior, to get an estimate for installing a pedestal sink and to fix the faulty dripping Flushmaster for our toilet. We made an appt for 2 days later.
His son Joe junior came, with an assistant, on time, to do the work. The old sink removal was very difficult as it was cemented to the tile wall. The two man team proceeded methodically to demolish the sink and base, removed the remnants, then installed the new sink and faucets. Later, they dismantled the Flushmaster to see that the problem needed a new piston which b/c it was an odd size, they didn't have it on the truck and needed to order it. When it came in about ten days, they came right away, replaced the piston and solved the problem. They didn't even charge for the second service call, only for the piston part.

There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

Our hot water went out this past Saturday without any warning. Since it was 9pm on a Saturday we didn't have all that many options for a speedy (or cheap) repair.

One company quoted us $350 and wouldn't guarantee a fix. Seemed like a lot considering a new tank is probably the same cost. The second company told us $169 for the first hour but it would take him a few hours to arrive. Also he said he wouldn't necessarily have all the required parts since his shop was closed and it was the weekend. Disappointingly, the 3 other companies we called which advertised 24 hour service,  didn't answer or call back.

With these two lackluster options we decided to wait it out till the next morning and prayed for a hot water miracle.  When we didn't have any luck, we hit the phones again. After 3 more duds we came across Billy.

Nice guy right off the bat. He apologized for not being available (it was Super Bowl Sunday but he had tickets for a Broadway show...hilarious!) but gave me helpful advice on troubleshooting without any hesitation. Actually, what he told me was far better than the stuff I got online or from the manual, and long story short, his advice worked! We had hot water 30 mins after hanging up the phone.

Billy saved us hundreds of dollars and heaps of time, all while being a good guy. That says it all. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Oh my God...thank you Igor and Five Star Plumbing! I am helping my sister with a slew of repairs that she needed in her condo and have been coordinating from another state, a hard enough feat when you're dealing with contractors who either ghost you, overcharge you, or completely fail to communicate. Some of them have been all of the above! Enter Igor and Five Star Plumbing to save the day. Igor was a great communicator and showed up when he said he would, both for the estimate and for the work (a fact I appreciated as I was asking friends to be there on work days to meet him for me). He took the time to advise me on what faucets to purchase and what would and wouldn't work with her setup. He made suggestions but was not the least bit pushy about them. His cost was reasonable, he was kind enough to pick up the things I ordered for a charge, and he texted me updates as well as photos when he was done. I can't say enough good things or convey my appreciation sufficiently after what I've been through with other contractors. Five Stars gets six stars in my book...the sixth for being a dream come true. Thank you!!!

2 men know their business.  Had bathroom pipe problem, knew exactly what to do. Cleaned up after job and oh yea very good character. Down to earth.

I was in desperate need for a plumber when my shower and tub got backed up.  I was nervous to call a new plumber but having not lived here long I needed to! Luckily, someone I had met recommended them and I'm SO glad they did. The whole crew are compete professionals and got the job done quick. Word of mouth is GREAT, and I will definitely be calling them for my heating and plumbing needs!

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

Really did an excellent job with the minor work and repairs I needed in my UWS apartment. Great customer service and communication. Their pricing is very fair and they work diligently. I highly recommend.

Called for leak in kitchen sink and they showed up within 1/2 hour. They sent Ryan and he did great service and came well prepared. Had parts available and also was wearing protective mask while working inside.

The owner and his team helped us avoid a huge flood in our basement apartment. The team showed up at 3am and stayed until the job was done. Highly recommend their services!!

Their driver (whomever it is that drives a Porsche with the company information detailed on the side of the car) is completely reckless. His driving was so dangerous that I took the time to look this company up. Just this past Wednesday afternoon he was weaving in and out of city traffic and creating his own lane with the vehicle. I do not know what kind of company would have such a volatile driver representing their brand, but alas I can only speak to the taking behaviors and aggressiveness of this individual. However, since he is a representative of their brand, I personally would not seek their professional (plumbing) services.
