I called Sam's Plumbing Services because i was without hot water.He answered my call right away set up an appointment for the same day.He came on time looked at what appeared to be the problem with the hot water tank.Explained everything in detail.Replaced the part with ease.I will definitely call him again for any other plumbing issues.

Arrived on time. Job is done. Came with a new student. Work is quite slow. Most of time is sitting on floor directing the student to think, learn and work. The student did 90% of work. The job including cutting the drainage pipe under kitchen sink and installing a new pipe from the kitchen sink to the drain pipe took one hour and 15 minutes. Charged for 2 hours of labor. I paid for the time of student practice.

One of the few genuinely helpful and intelligent quotes I've ever received on Yelp. I had a heating problem that I had to reach out to a bunch of people for quotes on ASAP. I described it thoroughly, and Michael was the ONLY person who responded with any ideas or knowledge about the problem--everyone else just replied with an 'interesting, give me a call' or 'hi id love to help' with no quote whatsoever. What's the use of the Yelp quote service if the people don't actually give you a quote? Ridiculous. Anyway, don't hesitate to contact Michael--this guy is the real deal.

Artsem is quick to respond and helped me fix a bunch of small things around the home. He showed up on time and did a great job. Fair pricing too. Highly recommend.

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

Had a great experiance with Kirill! He was the first company to respond to my emergency inquiry and was able to come the next morning bright and early. I was able to get a fair price quote for my shower repair through the chat by messaging a picture of the issue. Can't get more convenient than that. Super prompt service and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. Definitely going to use Kirill for future repairs!

$95 to come talk a look at a clogged shower, wouldn't give me any sort of estimate over the phone. $375 for a snake that he said would take 20 mins. No thanks.

Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Excellent plumber, extremely reliable and quick! I had a leaky kitchen sink, I was able to explain the issue over the phone and with a simple picture via text he was able to identify the problem. He was at my home within 30minutes and fixed the problem in less than than 40 min. I would highly recommend this plumber, he was fair and upfront with  pricing. Only fixed what needs to be repaired unlike other plumbers who try to upsell you and tell you you need more than you do.  If I ever need a plumber again he would be the first person I call.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

Called another company for an emergency of two radiators leaking water badly...they could not guarantee same day service...saw the reviews for this company and called them-tbey showed up 2 hours later and got the job done...and theyvtake credit cards !
