Needed plumbing work done and Mark (the owner and Master Plumber) was very responsive, efficient, and was on-site for all the work doing most of it himself with his son (also a plumber) assisting. Definitely a great company and person to deal with!

I have had to call Algozini twice over the years and both times it was a wonderful experience, or at least as wonderful as problems with your toilet can be.  They returned my call quickly, came to my apartment in a timely manner (today even earlier than they estimated), and handled my issue professionally.  All the while explaining to me what went wrong in a kind, non patronizing way.  If you need a plumber, definitely call these guys

Great service from my first call to the follow up text to ensure the new part was working. After speaking with plumbers from several other companies, who discouraged me from getting an adjustable air vent for my radiator, Strato understood my problem and  provided a quick and easy solution. He was communicative and punctual. I will be using Harris for all my future Plumbing needs.

They were open at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night. They were here quickly and were efficient in doing the job. They were good people and upfront and clear about the process. They helped me fix a serious issue that would have rendered my bathroom useless. They were good, helpful and out in less than 15 minutes. This is that quintessential good plumber you tell all your friends about. The owner's name is Scott and he is as professional as they come. If he doesn't answer your call directly, he will return your call well within 24 hours if it isn't an emergency and within minutes for emergency calls. I have been using him since 1996 for various plumbing jobs and just this past month I gave him the business of converting our old oil burner to a natural gas one. He personally came for the estimate and even measured our radiators to put the perfect sized boiler in. He and his staff had the entire job done in 2 days. We were out of heat for only hours. I recommend this plumber for all your plumbing needs for people in the Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, Montclair and surrounding areas.

First to respond. I received a quote the same day I emailed pictures that was requested. They were on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. They replaced my expansion tank on my water heater. They rerouted the water line and hung it correctly. They found a small leak on my water heater and fixed it. They replaced the fill valve on my toilet and installed a bidet. I mentioned a leak on my spigot outside. I was told the leak was from the packing. He repaired it. He could have said it required replacement, he didn't. Most important, they are on time, professional and are very nice people. They took their time to explain things. I had some questions and they answered them. I paid less then what I was quoted. They also give a military discount. I recommend Safehaven Home Services. When needed I will use them again.

Is it possible to give them zero stars?? I would not recommend this company. Unless you enjoy overpaying, sitting around waiting for techs to diagnose a problem multiple times, wait another day for parts, have them not fix your problem etc. If that's the case, this is the company for you....
Update to this review-After 4 days of trying to get a problem fixed I was just told that the part alone was over 4 times the actual cost-that's some mark up! I called an actual plumber and got the job completed for less than half the cost roto rooter quoted. From the rude manager, john, to the dishonest/lying plumbers, this princeton branch is awful. Don't waste your time or money!!!

Great job replacing an old malfunctioning 'floodgate' that failed me the night of Hurricane Ida.  Excellent professional service and reasonably priced.

They fixed my problem (simple clogged drain--was a non-emergency and they came several days after I called, which was fine) and everyone was very nice and professional.  But after I got the invoice I called around and they were by far the most expensive.  I paid it because, in all fairness, price was not discussed beforehand.  Unfortunately, on that basis, I wouldn't use them again, including on the brownstone we're gutting.

Moved into an apartment a few months back. ALL the pipes in the bathroom were leaking, the toilet was put in so poorly that I though it could never be fixed.  FINALLY the landlord sent Watson's over. They were on time, fast, efficient,and professional. They did an amazing job. The plumbers they sent, Ivan and Errol are SO nice, and so smart and I can not say enough good about this company and their employees. i HIGHLY recommend them.

The customer service is horrible.  Incredibly overpriced ($275 to snake a toilet bowl) for a service that did not fix the problem.  The plumber claimed to have snaked 10 feet and later admitted it was at least 2 feet less than that.  Toilet broke again 2 days later.  Plumber was supposed to come back on a Friday, but had a family emergency.  Didn't bother calling to let me know that he would not be showing up.  Showed up the next morning 45 minutes late.  Blamed me for flushing things down the toilet despite the fact that I purchased the toilet paper he recommended and have flushed minimal amounts.  Wanted to charge another $175 to rebuild the toilet ($20 for parts).  Incredibly unprofessional and refused to spend more than 30 seconds looking at the toilet and diagnosing the actual problem.  Will NEVER call this place again.

This company is working by my apartment building and as they were loading pipes on to there cart they left it unattended and it dented my vehicle.There supervisor was standing there with them they just walked away and pretended like it didn't happen luckily for me another company was working there and told me what happened and now they don't take my calls and refuse to pay for the damages they did to my vehicle.
