I could not be happier.  These guys are great. I had originally had a different company scheduled and they never showed up. So I messaged Vuksani on yelp and got a quick response. They scheduled me for a few hours after I contacted them.  Jake showed up right on time. He was super nice to deal with and my tenant was comfortable with him in her house.  He explained what the problem was and took care of it very quickly and professionally. He even cleaned everything up nicely.   A few hours later I was messaged with the amount I owed.  I feel the price was super fair and the experience was great. I will be using them again and recommending them often.  This is the way its supposed to work. Everybody happy.  Thank you Vuksani plumbing!!

After sending Sam a few photos of our clogged outdoor drain he promptly sent a quote. He arrived and resolved the issue within 2.5 hours of my call. Will absolutely call him in the future. Professional, friendly, and efficient. Thanks, Sam!

Very disappointed with Tim Golden hands. They responded that they could do a job for us and bailed last minute. We waisted time going back and forth with the planning and then they said they are unavailable. Not reliable at all!!!!  Very unprofessional too.

I had an urgent issue with a broken shower pipe and I was able to get a quick service call to my home on a Sunday. The job was done quickly and professionally and for a very reasonable price. I will surely use this plumber again. Recommended.

Shower stopped working over the weekend, which is not acceptable when we are all stuck at home because of COVID-19. Dov answered us quickly, gave us a fair quote, and fixed it that day. He was very professional, and it was nice to be able to pay with venmo. We will definitely use him again if we have any other problem.

Olsi responded quickly and effectively to our unusual need in connection with our new faucet installation. He handled the job like a pro, and we learned that he was also able to assist us with other needs (eg, toilet and basic electrical). We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet and sink but didn't know where to begin to measure what kinds of sinks/faucets would fit. Kirill worked with us to understand what we were looking for and find options for replacements when other companies I contacted would only help us install. The install ended up taking longer than anticipated for various reasons but he was calm and professional throughout and took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it.

Amazing! Joshua is extremely knowledgeable and punctual. I called him at 3am, he answered the phone and set up a meeting for 11am. I took him no more than 20 minutes to have my drain system running like new. If you need a quality, reliable plumber- look no further. The best- highly recommend

Was in a bind with my sewer main, John came out promptly diagnosed the situation and took the time to explain my options and didn't try to rob me like some of these other companies.

Prompt, courteous and did an excellent job replacing ceiling fan. The website for the installations said that it would take approximately an hour but they were able to do it in 45 minutes.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Hired Riverside to wallpaper a small bathroom as well as change a cartridge on my shower fixture which had rusted.  

In terms of the wallpaper, they did a decent job.  It took a lot more time than I expected so in the future I would push for a flat fee on something like this rather than go hourly.

For the shower fixture, I wish they had told me this was beyond their expertise.  They fiddled around for 3+ hours and installed the cartridge incorrectly and unevenly.  They then said my fixture hardware was broken because it could not be installed on top of the cartridge (due to the way they had installed it).  A few days later I called a plumber and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes without any issues.  Luckily, they did not charge for this but I have a feeling the wallpaper job was padded due to the time they spent here.

We had used their services twice for some drainage problems in our sink and tub.  Spoke to Hassan twice on the phone and both times he came to save the day! He's very reliable and punctual and does a good job. We'll be using him again.

Have been in contact with half a dozen plumbing services in the area.   This being the only ones who were unprofessional over the phone, never wanted to actually give a quote and were a waste of everyone's time.
