Jose and Alberto fixed my toilet very fast and professionally.  He also gave me good information and tips about future projects.  I will definitely be hiring them again!

They came out extremely quickly to our synagogue, where we'd received an abnormally high water bill.  They showed us where the meter was, because we couldn't find it.  They showed us how to read and understand the meter - and how to tell if there was any water being used, which would show us if anything was leaking.  They also checked out faucets and toilets for leaks.

They were extremely professional, courteous and helpful.

I'm extremely happy and will use them again for our synagogue or for our personal residence.

Phil from Flood Brothers was incredible. They rearranged some appointments so they could come day-of as it was an emergency, and turned out they could come 4 hours before the scheduled time, which was even better. Phil couldn't have been nicer, was super clear, let us know our fix today was under warranty, and gave us a fair quote to repair some damaged pipes. Alberto is Awesome!!  Going into the basement workshop to put some tools away late Friday afternoon, I noticed water spraying out of one of our copper water pipes that feeds the house.  It was at a joint that made a 90 degree bend to go up inside a wall and was notched into a 2x12 beam that was almost impossible to reach.  I called Alberto and he arrived within 20 minutes.  Much to my relief he was able to get a torch in and undo the leaking pipe at the buried joint and replace it.  He was in and out in less than an hour and his fee was quite fair.  This is our 2nd experience and the first was just as awesome.  He will be my first call for all plumbing needs - (assuming the rates remain reasonable).

Darcy the office manager was so pleasant to talk to ,  Chris came to my unit on time and did a wonderful job, Ace plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on !

These guys are amazing.  I had a ghastly mess coming out of my downstairs shower drain.  I'm pretty handy, but this was well above my skill level, so I called Rockstar based on their reviews.  Shawn came out and was able to root out the problem.  There was no upsell, no BS, just good honest customer service.  Shawn was professional, on time, and competent.  He fixed the problem quickly, and the price was much lower than I expected.  Highly recommend.

I was in a terrible state this Thanksgiving.  Our toilet went down and The kitchen sink.  Rocket Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to respond and they responded quickly and did a great job!  I was desperate and they were heroic.

I've been dealing with a jammed garbage disposal since I moved into my new condo and haven't been able to properly use my sink. I called New Generation Plumbing on a Wednesday and they were able to send Martin over on Friday morning.

First off, the wonderful person on the other side of the phone was so friendly and honest. Unlike other plumbing companies I've worked with, New Generation Plumbing is there to serve customers and make sure you're getting what you need. They ask all of the right questions and are genuine.

On the day of service, Martin came in on time and was so respectful. He wore booties before he entered the condo and got my garbage disposal working right away! He explained what had happened and gave me a tool so I could avoid something like this in the future. He was incredibly kind and was also just so lovely to speak with. Thank you so, so much, Martin!

New Generation Plumbing is now my go-to plumber. If I ever have any issues again, I'll know who to call :)

Zorro is a man of his word. I had no hot water and contacted Z & H. Zorro got back to me quickly and we were able to set up an appointment. He came out right on time and gave me a fair estimate for a new hot water tank. The next day it was put in and everybody was gone in about 2 hours. I now have nice hot water and great showers. Zorro and Z & H have become my new plumbing company. They are professional and reliable.

Junior was awesome! He made a very thorough assessment of my problem, and offered me several options as to how make the repair.

Very experienced, professional, and just all around nice. Honest and reasonably priced, they do what they say they're going to do, and more if they can. They also stood behind their work with a generous warranty. You can't ask any more than that!

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Of course they tried to upsell... that's there job! And unless you've worked in the service industry; hospitality; for yourself; or on commission-based salary, you just won't understand. I am not a person that writes reviews normally good or bad, but I have to say that CONNIE is unbelievable at what she does. I had some issues with a bathtub install from my contractor that was not well done and Connie came to my rescue with very detailed information on what to do, how to correct it, who to call, etc... she worked for me tirelessly, even on the weekend. I have never met a person so professional and helpful as Connie is and highly recommend her to anyone who only want to work with people who have a huge work ethic.

Seriously, the facts: commercial bldg, 80 people, none of our toilets are working.  First, I went to yelp and started calling down the list since our normal contractor was on the other side of town dealing with another emergency.  Broc was the only one able to come immediately!  Second, he addressed the issue and got us up and running in no time (15 minutes). Now that is world class customer service... especially for something we all hate to deal with like plumbing issues.

A few days ago, I smelled gas in our home and ultimately, had the gas company come out to inspect. Unfortunately, we had some pretty massive gas leaks of almost a pound per minute and our gas was immediately shut off. After jumping on Yelp and looking for reputable plumbers, we found Sal's and we're SO glad that we did.

Luis and Rodrigo, the service technicians who immediately came to our home were UNBELIEVABLY informative, efficient and kind. They walked us through every step of the project and assured us that it would be resolved quickly, correctly and safely. I've honestly never been more impressed by the level of care and pride that they both took in their work -- every step was completed carefully and respectfully of our home/ belongings. Both gentlemen communicated with us in the way that a family member in the industry would, and that is certainty not the norm. We feel INCREDIBLY grateful that Luis and Rodrigo were there to help during this scary time.

Hired David to replace an old garbage disposal. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry on yelp and was very upfront about his pricing.

The job was done fast! Less than an hour to get the new disposal in.

I then asked him to check on a clog in the piping where the disposal was installed and he was able to clear it.

Fast friendly service at fair prices. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a really bad back up in my kitchen sinks and water levels were only rising. Called and spoke with Scotty on the phone who said he'd arrive within 90 mins and went over pricing ahead as well so I knew what I was looking at cost wise. Then when he arrived, he reviewed the pricing again so everything was transparent. He was incredibly friendly and professional and honest - would recommend again in a heart beat.
