Incredible service!  George and John are super efficient, fair, and friendly.  I had a water heater replaced, and they were so professional, honest, and focused.  I plan on using them again for all my plumbing needs including getting new faucets installed!  What a pleasure utilizing their services.  Highly recommend!

I had a leaky water heater and called Real Plumbers.  Jose promptly returned my call, came out to look at my heater the same day, gave me a quote, and returned two days later with a new heater, installed it and took away the old one.  I definitely plan to call him again with any future plumbing issues.

Max is awesome and fixed our shower in a couple hours. He's super responsive and hard working. Best, he gave us a reasonable quote and then stuck to it, even though the job ended up being a little more complicated than anticipated. It ended up being $1000 less than one quote and just a bit better than another one.

I contacted them for a non-urgent issue. They came the next business day at noon to provide a free estimate and had the issue fixed by 1pm.

A previous handyman told me that the issue could not be fixed. After a few months of tolerating the problem, I decided to get a second opinion. I was expecting it to be a costly repair.

The person I spoke to correctly identified the issue over the phone, but they still sent someone out to survey my shower and provide a free estimate.  Once he assessed the issue and I agreed to the price, he went out to get the part and returned for the repair/replacement. It was much quicker and cheaper than I was expecting. By the time I moved my laptop and charger to my living room, Brandon had fixed the issue! This was a few months ago, and everything is still holding up. I wish I would have called them sooner!

I hired Charlie's rooter service to come out and clear a clean out drain pipe behind my washing machine that was clogged with roots that were growing inside the pipe. This was back in early June. They came out the same day I called, charged a very fair fee of $65, and they were done within half an hour. I had hired a different company to come earlier, and they couldn't clear the drain pipe, so Charlie's really came through. I highly recommend them!!

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

My kitchen sink backed up at night and I really needed it fixed. Ace Plumbing responded to my Yelp quote request within minutes, and a plumber was at my house within half an hour. He fixed the clog quickly and the price was very reasonable for after hours work.

We just bought a new house and the kitchen sink started backing up immediately.  The first time we used our home warranty and after making us wait 3 days someone finally showed up and snaked our sink.  When we had another problem with the kitchen sink two weeks later, I didn't want to wait so I looked on Yelp and found Rockstar.  Matt came out that same day, diagnosed what the problem was and gave us a great rate on fixing it once and for all.  He came back with his partner the next day and within an hour I had plumbing under my sink that was professionally done and working properly instead of the homeowners special that we had previously.  Thanks guys for a job well done and we will be calling on you for all our future plumbing needs.

I don't have many complaints about the service, work, or experience I had with New Pro. Miguel was very friendly, was able to come out and help same day, and was respectful while in our space.

The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the prices were significantly inflated. I believe he raised prices knowing that a company was paying for it and that I, a 25 year old woman, wouldn't question his prices. Because of the situation we were in I just approved the price because I needed the leak fixed asap in order to not leave our tenants stuck with no kitchen use.

I then had him do a sink replacement (I bought the sink already) and he charged me $599 just to install it. I paid begrudgingly since I already awarded him the job. Then I had him quote a bidet hose switch out and he wanted to charge me $1549!! At this point I was angry at the audacity. I had another plumber bid the job and told him what New Pro was charging and his mouth dropped and he laughed... hard! He said he understands raising prices a bit to make money off of the job but said he does not even see how someone can get away with what they were. He bought the parts for me, and replaced 2 of the hoses for $550 total.

Looking for an honest, skilled and knowledgeable plumber? Victor is your guy. We were told by another company that we needed $14K worth of sewer pipe replacement and decided we'd better get a second opinion: boy, are we glad we did. Victor and his assistant put a camera down through two clean-outs to show us that our pipes are intact, and the recommended repairs are unnecessary -- and there was no charge for his assessment. While he was here, we asked him to take care of another unrelated plumbing issue that a couple of other guys were unable to fix: correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it -- and wasn't going to charge us for it until I insisted. I spent some time chatting with him and he's a really good guy. Used to work for the big plumbing companies, but was put off by the unethical behavior he witnessed that's a problem with the commission-based pay structure they employed. So, 10 years ago, he went off on his own. He and his assistant have clearly worked together for a long time -- a smooth and efficient team, and like I said in the beginning, trustworthy.  Can't recommend this company highly enough. They've earned all my plumbing business moving forward.

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

My garbage disposal wasn't working properly and my sink was clogged. Mandel was fast to respond to my call. He showed up right away and easily fixed the issue. I certainly recommend him.

We had a leaky shower and wanted it repaired ASAP. All the other plumbers we called said it would be days to weeks before they could come.  Jose with Rocket Plumbing came out the same day and did a great job.  Very nice professional young man.

I requested a quote via Yelps messaging system and Jake R. refused to properly engage in the system and answer even one of my questions, like a simple cost range scale for the type of installation that I was requesting, instead, he kept insisting that I have him on site. This is the worst way to run a business and definitely not a way to get clients.

Called these guys after reading such great Yelp reviews.  Did not disappoint.  Zoro returned my initial call promptly and gave me a free estimate.  He came out to fix my water heater's pilot assembly early in the morning so we would have hot showers before work!  Very friendly and professional.  Will use again in the future (though hopefully not anytime soon, lol.)

Election results night and we get a clogged drain thats connected to the garbage disposal. We called up 3 other companies prior to Floor Brothers & quickly realized it should be the first number we should have ring. Anthony was amazing coordinating our appointment and Tracy drove cross town to assist us even though it was past 8 pm . Tracy was very professional , effective at diagnosing the issue and providing options for the fix ! Got the drain cleared and we were back in business.

Still the greatest. Called again for a quick drain clearing. Such great technicians, handled it quickly and courteously, and helped answer some questions on another plumbing issue. Vic and Ash were fantastic, so helpful, fast and efficient. A great plumbing team and highly recommended!

2 days before Christmas and my garbage disposal backed up kitchen sink!    I texted and got a response within the hour that they would help me out the next day.    Connie and her team are most efficient, professional and friendly.   The office let me know she was running a little late and that was so helpful.   When Connie and Lalo got there they got right to work and were organized, super clean and explained everything really well.   I also had questions about my bathroom faucet leak, and hot water in the shower and let me just say that Connie took extra time to help me out with all of it.   She tried to find a part for me online but the piece was disconnected,  she then showed me other options for faucets...we went down to the water heaters and she checked it all out and gave suggestions on what to do.    Connie was amazing!    I appreciated the time,  the explanations and her demeanor which was professional and instilled confidence.    They left everything super clean and I am back in business!   I will definitely continue to work with Connie and give her my highest recommendation!!
