Super impressed! Contacted Rishon Plumbing early this morning and they responded almost immediately. My toilet needed a new part that was tough to find and they went all around town looking for it. George showed up early, fixed what I needed quickly and was very nice and thoughtful. Definitely bookmarking these guys and planning to call them for any future plumbing needs.

I can't thank Josh and Brittany enough for helping us with a tough situation at our condo complex --  Josh diagnosed the problem correctly and thoroughly.  Provided estimate that was a lot less than another.  Willing to work under stressful situation, came back twice and got the job done without billing a penny more.   Josh was honest and forthright, no-nonsense and very accommodating.  Brittany handled the appointments and paperwork beautifully.  I would recommend him to anyone!  Hard to find a trustworthy and excellent in his craft plumber!  Thank you!

Great service! I had a plumbing emergency at 8pm on a Sunday night. My usual plumber is a M-F 8-5 kind of guy and the issue needed to be fixed ASAP. After calling several 24/7 plumbers, Max was one of five that answered or called back. He was by far the friendliest and most reasonable. He arrived within 20 minutes and was able to remedy the situation in less than an hour. He even gave me a discount on his original quote! Even my landlord was impressed and we will keep him on our list of go-to plumbers!

Philip was great! He came home really quickly and was able to identify the cause of the problem and solve it. Will definitely count with him in the future!

So happy I found this plumbing gem! I had a couple of bidet seats that I needed help installing, as well as a few shower issues. I reached out to Alberto thru Yelp, explained what I needed done, and he gave me a great quote and scheduled time the following day. On the day of, he gave me a call, let me know that he could actually stop by a little early, and arrived right on time. He and his partner were super professional. When they stepped into my house they already had shoe covers in hand! They immediately got to work, with a mat to cover the ground, and then carefully wipe down everything they finished working on.

The vintage drain on our bathroom basin finally gave out and I gave a call to Ace.  Warren was ringing our doorbell less than two hours later, assessed the situation and went straight to work.  He was fast and efficient and everything he needed was in his truck.

Joe (a very personable guy) showed up right on time. He looked at the 'leaky valve' which turned out to not be 'leaky' at all ... and showed me how to resolve the problem. He could have gone through the motions of fixing something that did not need to fixed, but he was very honest and helpful. Response time was promptly and courteous. New Pro Plumbing replaced our 14-year-old heather and did a great job.    Replace all necessary pipes and adjusted and/or fixed other minor observations.   Miguel was kind enough in pointing out correction that needed to be made and corrected them.  I would highly recommend New Pro Plumbing

Victor is the whole package and I recommend him to all my friends. He is trustworthy, kind and always gets the job done. Even when he is busy working on other sites, he finds the time to take my call or answer my texts and does his very best to come as quickly as he can to evaluate the problem. In the five years Victor has been our plumber, we have had peace of mind knowing we could always count on him. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. He always clearly explains the situation in thorough detail. He let me film him while he was giving me some instructions... so now, if I get any doubts as to what button to press for this or that, all I have to do is watch the video!

I needed a plumber after hours to fix a sewage back up issue. Mike from Hermes Plumbing came extremely quickly when I called them, quickly diagnosed the problem and called to advise me.  They were very prompt about taking care of the issue and were also very courteous!  I would highly recommend them!!!

When a company steps up to the plate, I believe it's only fair to recognize them.  That's what Rocket Plumbing did.  On 2/19, I wrote an unfavorable review after having issues with their responses.  To their credit, Brian, the owner, contacted me directly to find out what went south this time. He then apologized and asked if they could have a chance to rectify the situation.  I appreciate that kind of company, who cares about their clients and their reputation.  Long story short, they came back, replaced all three faucets and the needed angle-stops, and were willing to negotiate the cost.  We are well satisfied.  Thank you, Brian, Chris and Jose, for stepping up to the plate.

Martine and his assistant arrived at 9:08am, right at the start of the 9-11am window. Yes! They quickly assessed and fixed what was wrong with our Noritz tankless water heater, even though the app for it wasn't working. Boom! We will definitely be calling New Generation Plumbing again if we have any other plumbing issues.

Super fast and friendly, and reasonably priced to boot. Had a hot water technical failure and zorro came out the next day with his partner and fixed it.   Thanks guys!

I got a clog at my kitchen sink and I called them. Mark Flores was my technician and he came to my place within an hour and fixed it within 30 min. Really impressed. Price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

Art and Abel saved our lives!!!
Our apartment building has old plumbing that keeps getting backed up so of course my apartment got half flooded.
Management called them around 3 and they were only supposed to arrived between 6-9pm - they got here early (around 5) and did not leave till the job was done.
Both Art and Abel were knowledgeable and very nice. They knew what was going on and seemed to really care about their work and my problem unlike most of the workers who had come here before on the same issue. They fixed it and we're patient in explaining exactly what was going on.
I would definitely use their services again!

Called Connie to have plumbers come and unclog a slowly draining bathroom sink.  Came out and did the job efficiently on a Friday morning. Will definitely keep their contact info to use on future projects/problems I encounter.  Thank you.

My husband and I came home from a wonderful vacation to find our pipes clogged and waste coming out of an overflow pipe at the front of the house. It was TRULY disgusting and we could not get a plumber here fast enough. I called Broc and he knew over the phone what needed to be done and he gave me a time to expect him...not a 3-4 hour window! He also mentioned that he would try to come sooner if he could. He came on time, spoke with me first and he was very honest and pleasant and he got to work quickly. He was done within a half hour and he even cleaned up the unsightly mess which was definitely above and beyond my expectation! I will keep their number on speed dial and they will be the first ones I call if this dreadful problem ever comes up again!

Used them twice. Great staff both on the phone and in person. Both times were able to come within 24 hours of me calling. George came out last time and wasn't able to solve my issue but provided me with next steps and suggestions.
