We have used this company several times.  They are honest, thorough, friendly, and dependable.  Yesterday, George did an excellent job yesterday replacing our pressure regulator and basement sump pump, as well as fixing our water heater.  In the past, the owner (Josh) went above and beyond in sourcing and fitting a part for an original 1930's toilet, saving us from having to install a new model toilet that would not have matched the bathroom and which would have required substantial re-tiling.  Aside from the great work itself, the company uses emails and texts to keep in touch regularly about appointments, etc.  Excellent all around!!!

I called Flood brother because of an recommendation from a friend. We had a leak in our kitchen sink and could not use the hot water. Meh. Three stars is generous: they booked time online, didn't show. I called, oops, officer manger blew it. Whatever. Went with another company who came over quickly for less money.

This is our second time using Rockstar.  Nick and Marco came out this time and were great - they came out to investigate an issue where our master shower wasn't getting hot water, where the pipes had started making a knocking sound, and where hot water was coming out of our cold water faucets.  

These guys were great to work with, really nice, and I felt safe having them in my home (bonus: they're both good around dogs).  They assessed the situation, and determined we needed a new water regulator because the water pressure in our house was way too high.  Yes, it was a ~$400 part.  But, since I've worked with Rockstar before, I know they don't tell you that you need work done unless you need the work done.

They got the part the same day and installed it.  We checked everything and it was all back to normal!  From the time I called to have them out to the time they left, with the problem fixed, was 3 hours. That's got to be some sort of record!

Soo, where do I begin... I had experienced a debacle with a temperamental front bathroom toilet for three weeks  .
The only solution was to elicit the advise of a plumber. After reading the reviews on Yelp, it was clear there was only one person for me to call. Mandel was scheduled to arrive at noon the following day, he was more than prompt. He was at the house by 11:45am.
Mandel was very courteous. With his trusty snake and camera in hand, he was  prepared to remediate my plumbing woes . Throughout the process of elimination, he showed pride in his work and continued to forge forward until he rendered the deemed solution.
Mandel answered all of our questions. He was able to supply a resolve that would give us a piece of mind . We definitely would refer him to all of our neighbors!

This guys were quick! I called them to come fix a clogged toilet at my work, and they came within the hour. Nice people and reasonably priced.

Our water heater went out and when I inquired on Yelp they were very responsive. They reached out gave me a quote and had the new unit installed the next day. They even hauled away the old unit and housing it was in.

I was looking for a plumber for my to fix the valve in the shower. I only had hot water coming through.  I saw the reviews with Flood Bothers and they seemed really good; in particular one review referred to a plumber named Giulio and said he was terrific and to ask for him.  I called the company and to my surprise Giulio showed up and did the work.  My experience with Giulio and Flood Brothers was fantastic!  Giulio is courteous, honest, knowledgeable and thorough. He even beat the estimate price!!  I HIGHLY recommend them!

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

I couldn't get in touch with our normal plumber for some reason and our water heater broke so were in desperate need of a plumber. I wanted to ask around to find a plumber but my daughter showed me the yelp page for this company. I usually don't like going with someone I don't know but I decided to give it a shot because no one could take a shower. They were also the only people that offered a first customer discount and other coupons which is awesome. They came out the next day after I called, on time, and were polite. They gave us an estimate and said they could come the next day and install it (I called another plumber and their price was much more expensive than 911's). There was actually more work than they thought but they didn't charge extra!! Overall very satisfied and will definitely be using again.

Connie and her team are great!! We had a plumbing leak from the ceiling which was worsening by the day. Connie came out the same day to assess it when we called her. Lalo and his fellow technician did a wonderful job fixing the leak. They also fixed a couple smaller items around the home that we had been procrastinating on. Prices were very reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Broc called me back immediately, listrened carefully to my challenging toilet and bathtub issue and said he could come out the next morning at 8am to fix it. When I asked him what it would cost for him to come diagnose the issue, he said there was no charge for the diagnosis but if he fixed it he would charge us. Fair enough!

He actually arrived a few minutes early. He tried one simpler approach without success and then had to use more complex equipment to fix things. It was quite messy and he fixed everything and reassembled the toilet impeccably. After cleaning up, he showed us that all was now working correctly. He also repaired the inner workings of the toilet.

His charge was very fair, he was gracious and a pleasure to deal with. Hallelujah! We have a new plumber.
