Needed a tankless heater flush. Team was quick and answered all my questions. Super service and professional. Would highly recommend.

Called two handyman places to try to replace my shower handle but no response. I bought the replacement from homedepot and I thought it would be easy but it's more complicated than what I expected. Jose was friendly on the phone and I sent over pictures and described the issue. Very responsive. Freddy and Miguel came with mask and booties. Fixed everything in five mins. Handyman might be cheaper but time is money. They came to fix it right away so no complaints! Will definitely call them for my future plumbing issues

Best plumber in town!  Came within a couple of hours, and fixed it in 15 minutes. Only cost 75 bucks to fix the disposal... highly recommended he was awesome.

Max was great, professional, good price, and even fixed some loose vent with that I didn't know about when installing my new water heater. Will definitely call again for future plumbing needs. Thanks Max.

Professional and pleasant, I cannot say enough great things about these guys. When my master bathroom sink had a leak, they helped me to not only replace the p-trap, but to also complete a new bathroom vanity installation upgrade. Alberto, Skylar and the whole crew took great care of my bathroom vanity project, from start to finish. They responded immediately to my inquiry, quoted me a fair price, and completed the work within a timely manner, leaving me with a beautiful new master bathroom sink. Miguel was contacted again for a large pipe replacement and installation, a waste and drainage pipe from the main ceiling located in the garage of my condo in Marina Del Rey. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the work, the time invested, the overall fee for this work, and the after clean up that was involved in this particular project.

I am perplexed by a negative response on this review site as I cannot imagine any challenges in working with Miguel, his team and with New Pro Plumbing.  There is not only excellent communication and accountability in that you know he will do what he says he will do (and do it right and well) but there is an overall courtesy that one does not often find within the Plumbing industry at large.  I am definitely referring Miguel to anyone in my local area in Marina Del Rey because I feel the sincerity, honesty, and the results that I have seen from two major calls that he handled well & in a timely manner, are major reasons  to promote his services.

One other important information to note.  Miguel can be reached after hours which is totally comforting and does not put extra $$'s involved on calls to diagnose after normal working hours problems.  Lastly, Miguel can be reached quickly.  In the past, I have left so many messages with Plumbers and there was no return call within a timely manner.  There is a prompt courtesy here that one does not find often within this industry but there is a trust that he will respond and you can know from me that he is competent.

Woke up Sunday morning with a mainline sewer blockage. UGH! The rooter service that I've used in the past wanted too much to come out on a Sunday. Reluctantly I called the smell good plumber and they couldn't come out until Monday afternoon, so I turned to Yelp for my Plan C, and lucky for me I saw all the great reviews for Victor. I was pleasantly surprised when a real person answered the phone, and better yet, it was actually Victor himself. He arrived within an hour and had our sewer running again in no time. And most importantly, I didn't have to listen to a bunch of B.S. up-selling of repairs and services that I didn't need. Victor is just a real nice honest guy who knows what he's doing and isn't out to screw you.

This is our second time using Hermes for our plumbing services (for different issues) and we are once again very impressed and thankful for their help!

Within 10 minutes of reaching out for an estimate on a leaky sink/broken garbage disposal, I had a price and an appointment within the hour.

The guys showed up on time, put on boot covers, and had on masks. They immediately found the issue and stuck to their quote, wrapping up work within 30 minutes.

My 3 year old son (who is obsessed with tools) was super interested in their work and equipment, and the guys were so kind to talk with him about what they were doing and even let him hold an L wrench :)

While we obviously don't love plumbing issues, we are grateful to have found Hermes and will definitely be using their services again and again when we have an issue.

Discovered a leak underneath my kitchen sink at 2am today. After calling & requesting quotes via Yelp around 9am 1 of the 1st to respond was Mandel. He was cordial and agreed he could come out this afternoon which was great!! Due to some contrusction on my block, he even parked his truck and walked the rest of the way to me. Once he checked the problem out he said okaaay all done! WoW! And to top it off he was honest enough to not charge me anything as my disposal wasn't screwed on tight enough. What a great plumber! Needless to say I will be using him again for my other work!! Thank you again Mandel!!!

Flood Brothers were amazing.  At the time we needed their services my husband had just been diagnosed with early dementia and by the time they finished dealing with multiple plumbing issues he had surgery for pancreatic cancer, came home under hospice care and passed away.  It did NOT take Flood Bros. long to do the work, it was just a question of delays because so much was going on for us.  Mike, who does the scheduling, could not have been more compassionate and helpful.  By the time we were done we had seen about five members of the team and each of them was professional and great to deal with.  I can recommend them unconditionally and with a grateful heart.  These are the guys you want.

I got several quotes from competitors. Others quoted $75-$250 minimum for diagnostic. After speaking on the phone with a friendly representative at Sal's, a worker was sent out with a few hours to look at my issue for a free diagnostic. My issue was a slightly clogged outdoor drain. He recommended a procedure that would cost $500-$950. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured into making a decision right away, and he gave me some advice if some alternative solutions that resolve the problem, at least for now.

With services like plumbing one of my biggest challenges in the LA area is feeling like there is a lack of trust between customer and service provider. Although I did not move forward with the recommended procedure for my drain, Sal's understands the importance of building trust, which is huge for me. They will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing issues in my home.

Our sink was overflowing and led to flooding in the bathroom all day -- we couldn't wait for our landlord's plumber to come 2 days later so we found 911 Plumbing on Yelp, we called at 11:30pm and Art came an hour later! SO happy & thankful he was able to help us out super late at night, very professional, he explained everything and our sink was fixed in 15 minutes!! Art is a lifesaver!

We fell into working with Chris after a plumbing emergency on a weekend (it turned into a long demo and rebuild job), and we'll never go to anyone else. He walked us through major and minor parts of the job, explained as much as we wanted to know with kindness and patience, hooked us up with affordable parts sources, gave us candid advice about brands and styles, fixed up poor work by previous plumbers, and generally provided the kind of service that one rarely gets. Connie and Chris always returned calls promptly and managed billing efficiently (prices always seemed entirely fair, and they didn't charge for little extras). While I hope not to ever have another kitchen plumbing disaster like the one that brought us to American Drain Works, I'm grateful for the kind and high-quality service that they provided throughout.

Broc is an honest plumber that knows his stuff! His responses are timely and his work is thorough and fast. Cant say enough about Anytime Rooter - highly recommend!
