Add another happy 5 star review to Rishon Plumbing. I emailed yesterday via Yelp for a quote for a water heater issue. George H replied in 10 minutes and we set up a time for today.
Arrived early ( after checking in with me) and did an outstanding job. Polite, professional, clean work habits and I will use them again. Also diagnosed a faucet annoying sound issue which I can fix easily.
My new plumber is Rishon.

One of the bathroom's faucet was leaking and in another bathroom the water wasn't diverting properly. When the shower knob was turned on, water continued to flow from the bathtub spout as well. Jose responded to my inquiry the same day and we got something on the books right away. He arrived on time, explained what the problem was and fixed it in a short amount of time. Jose is courteous, professional, and a great communicator. I highly recommend Real Plumbers!

This is the second time I have used Plumber to the Rescue. Eddie and Robert were great!! We had a late night issue with a hot water heater leaking. We had a plumber come out last night and they said we needed to replace the water heater. I called Eddie this morning to get a second opinion. Eddie and Robert replaced two flex pipes and said the water heater was fine. Their honesty saved me close to $2000. Thanks guys!!

Great guy.  Replaced an old drain pipe under the house.  Reasonably priced.  Definitely recommend him to others.

Charlie came by to camera inspect the main sewer line of my newly purchased townhouse. He was highly professional and answered all of my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and assured. I did not feel like I was talking to a salesman, but rather just a plumber who spoke kindly and in a straight forward manner.

For anyone who is tired of plumbers or handymen who try and sell you on things you don't need, Charlie is a great plumber who isn't there just to get as much money out of you as possible.

I paid them $300 to fix a leaking toilet two times in 3 months.  After the toilet started leaking a third time, they quoted me over $800 with a discount to redo the drain pipe.  I ended up paying someone else under $400 to do the same job.  They are very responsive to your calls.

My husband and I just bought a condo built in 1972, and needed a plumbing inspection. Chris was there in a heartbeat and gave us helpful recommendations of how to get the place running up to speed. We ended up using a general contractor to do our plumbing with an all inclusive price, but when we found a leak under our kitchen sink, we decided to call Chris at Ace Plumbing back. Once again, he was there in a heartbeat, diagnosed the problem, and came back 2 days later with the appropriate part to fix the problem. It's clear Chris knows his stuff and so far I am very happy with the service I am getting. I've stored them in my phone for future reference.

Don't you hate it when you're sink floods and you call the plumber and he can't get it to flood again but you get charged anyway?   Well that didn't happen to me.  Free inspection was just that: free.   Whatever had caused the water to flood my counter top had worked itself out.  Jaime was able to come out a day earlier too.  I can't comment on their ability to repair anything, but they're prompt and professional and Jaime didn't try to fix anything that didn't need fixing.  If I have another problem I'll be calling these Rockstars again.

I called New Pro and Miguel answered immediately and was kind enough to fit us in today (Friday). He was punctual and so kind--very diligent. He worked quickly and efficiently.

First of all Victor came out himself. Didn't sub it to one of his guys or another company. Secondly he was honest direct and for the got thr job done without trying to upsell me things I didn't need. If I could give him six stars I would! Hoghly recommended

Our garbage disposal has been busted so we reached out and got a quick response. All I needed to do was send a picture of what we had under the sink and they arrived with a new disposal and installed it quickly same day! Couldn't have been more convenient!

We have two toilets completely backed up and a shower where water is filling up in the tub from the drain when neighbors take a shower. My husband called Rocket given the reviews and in hopes of being able to fix the problem quickly. We both work long hours and needed a plumber who could come during evening hours. Despite calling Rocket three times to inquire about having their help, my husband has still not received a call back since yesterday morning. Completely disappointed.

These guys came out to fix my broken water heater the same day, after some other vendors claiming same-day service wouldn't. They were quick, pleasant and cost-effective. Definitely recommend.

I called Flood Brothers using yelp. I like the fact that Joseph was able to give me straight answer and quote in regard to my plumbing issue by just him looking on  the pictures I sent him. Some company can't and they want to come and see the plumbing blah blah blah.

I understand that there are jobs that is hard to give a quote over the phone with just pictures due to the complexity of the issue-but not every job is like that. When I send Joseph the pictures-he knows already what to do and he gave me different scenarios and prices right away. I guessed it really comes with the experience.

I like working with people like Joseph-you feel that they are honest.
Btw-he came with mask, gloves and shoe cover.

This company was really great I spoke to Kathy it's Thanksgiving day they came at the time they said they would the price was very reasonable for emergency service and I may still have to do some work but it was really pleasant to get a company that was so professional the plumber was very polite and professional and clean I hopefully we will get them to over 500 positive reviews they deserve it they're a great company

What a pleasant experience! Everyone fears having to deal with a plumber and potentially getting ripped off. Let me start by saying that Connie is wonderful. I was referred to her by a contractor friend of mine. I recently had my master bath remodeled. My shower had been draining slower and slower for several years now. I had used draino and other assorted chemicals. They always worked for a short time and the problem kept getting worse. I was standing in almost 2 - 3 inches of water within one minute of turning on the shower. I asked the contractor (not the one that referred Connie) to please clean out the drain during the remodel process. According to them they did it. They were either just lazy or incompetent... Still not sure. After no results they informed me I needed a jetro (high pressure water through the pipes to clean it out). I called several plumbers who did not do jetros. I asked several other contractors if they had a good plumber and was referred to Connie. She spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me at around 8:30pm listening to my dilemma and what I was sure I needed. She told me just how expensive a jetro would be to get that much hose with the needed manpower to hold the hose up into my condo (don't ask!). She also informed me of her concerns because I do live in a complex built in 1980 with copper pipes. She said the high pressure water could actually rupture the pipes. She said she would like to try a regular snake first. And all other options prior to the jetro. She told me she would contact me the following day and get me into her rotation as soon as possible. She showed up at my house at approximately 4 PM. That little lady was able to clear that years old problem with a regular snake in 20 minutes, something that 2 full grown men (Clowns) from the first contractor could not accomplish. And she saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars from potential busted pipes and having to rip open walls. Any plumber looking to make a buck and not actually care would have said ok, you want a jetro... let's bust out the high pressure hose and see what happens. I am thrilled that I now have a fantastic, honest plumber to add to my list of professionals. And the kicker... She charged me less than she quoted me on the phone!

I called at 5:30pm hoping to leave a message and get him to come out the next day. Broc called me back within 10 minutes and said he'd be (and he was!) at my house by 7:00pm. He was professional, thorough and got the problem fixed in less than an hour. And he cleaned up carefully afterwards! All for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I can't imagine a better service experience. Highly recommend!
