Top of the line plumbing service. I can't recommend them enough. They installed a new water heater, replaced my regulator and installed a new shower valve all in less than one day. They came out the day I called to see the specifics needed for my job and were ready to go the day after Christmas! They had very fair pricing and were patient and willing to explain what they were doing and why, plus they're nice guys on top of it. They are definitely my go-to plumbers in the future. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

Had my disposal replaced, project finished in the same day called for help.  Gloves, booties, mask on through out work, I do not care though.  Work looks good so far.

This was one of the best first time interactions with a plumber I have ever had. Eddie and his partner showed up when they said they would and did everything that they promised to do at the price they said that they would do the job at. Plumber to the Rescue. I usually don't have best experience with plumbers in general but these guys were great.

Today was the first time in a year I didn't wait by my washing machine during the drain cycle. I actually forgot to listen to it draining. Three times this year between January and September I called a local plumber to fix the back-up in my drain. Three times it was fixed but the fix didn't last longer than 4 months. That is why I waited to write my critique of Max and A-1 Rooter and Plumbing. I wanted to know that the fix actually lasted.

My drain system usually waits for a weekend, holiday or both to back up. So when it backed up on a Saturday in September, I called the local plumber. Fortunately, he was unavailable. Why, fortunately? Because I could not wait for the local plumber and started looking through Yelp for another plumber and found Max. He was able to come out immediately and I told him what the other plumber did. I was taken aback when he did something different. He looked around the properity, located  the sewer drain, opened it up and found about two feet of tree roots from a tree that no longer existed.

I am so happy. The drain is fixed and it cost less than even one visit from the former plumber.

Brendan, Mike, and Anthony were responsive and did a great job assessing the issues with my clean out valve. They helped me select the right service (hydrojet) and got the clog in my kitchen sink resolved quickly.

Charlie's Rooter Service unclogged my mother's kitchen sink drain (old house/plumbing).  They were prompt and professional.  We are completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

These guys are A+ professional. Did everything by the book. Cleaned up after themselves. Pulled the permits and passed inspection. Fair price. Solid work

I recently needed to have a toilet replaced and searched for plumbing companies on Yelp that were local to my area.. I came across Ace Plumbing and read the reviews which were current (not years ago) and were amazed at all the glowing reviews.  Gave them a call and Chris showed up a couple of hours later..  discussed the purchase of a new toilet which Chris said he would do and that he would return in the morning with a helper.. showed up on time and removed old toilet, installed new and sealed it, cleaned up area and took the old toilet.. was done in 1 hour.. very professional and thorough.. I will only use Ace for all my plumbing needs.

Totally 5 stars from me. Sal was my technician. Called and he showed up within an hour. pipe was leaking underneath the sink. Service was excellent. Can't ask for any better. Great company.

Miguel was contacted again for a large pipe replacement and installation, a waste and drainage pipe from the main ceiling located in the garage of my condo in Marina Del Rey. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the work, the time invested, the overall fee for this work, and the after clean up that was involved in this particular project.

I am perplexed by a negative response on this review site as I cannot imagine any challenges in working with Miguel, his team and with New Pro Plumbing.  There is not only excellent communication and accountability in that you know he will do what he says he will do (and do it right and well) but there is an overall courtesy that one does not often find within the Plumbing industry at large.  I am definitely referring Miguel to anyone in my local area in Marina Del Rey because I feel the sincerity, honesty, and the results that I have seen from two major calls that he handled well & in a timely manner, are major reasons  to promote his services.

One other important information to note.  Miguel can be reached after hours which is totally comforting and does not put extra $$'s involved on calls to diagnose after normal working hours problems.  Lastly, Miguel can be reached quickly.  In the past, I have left so many messages with Plumbers and there was no return call within a timely manner.  There is a prompt courtesy here that one does not find often within this industry but there is a trust that he will respond and you can know from me that he is competent.

Mike was great to work with! We had multiple issues for which we placed a claim through our home warranty. Mike was easy to communicate with,  worked with my wife and me to schedule a convenient time, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. He talked to us about what our issues were, helped us understand them, and quickly fixed them on his first visit to our house. We will be going to him with all our future plumbing needs!

Mandel and his team are the best. My husband and I moved into an old home and we needed quite a few updates and one of them was piping. Our pipes were probably almost original to the home from the 30's with a mixture of some copper and they were also small. Mandel assured us that he could take care of the job with no problem and start within the week. Our entire water and drain system was redone including adding updated hookups for our washer, dryer and fridge. Our water line from the street to the house was updated to copper and enlarged. Mandel and the team also properly vented our dryer from the crawl space to the opening and changed our kitchen faucet! Whew! That was a lot.
He's very knowledgeable and explains the process as he goes along. I'm a novice so it was helpful. Will absolutely work with Rapid Action Rooter Again!
P.S. I forgot to mention that the teams were very professional and hard working, no one wandered off and Mandel was always reachable.

I recently worked with Brian from Rocket plumbing and he helped me with some plumbing issues I had.  He was very helpful and informative in letting me know what I need to do in fixing my plumbing problems.  If you need a good service plumber, Rocket Plumbing is the company you need!

Hands down the best service ever. They show up on time and do honest work. Instead of insisting on a replacement they did a repair on my bathroom faucets which was a relief.

I've used them on a big sewer repair before too. I can't say enough about their quality of work.

I had to replace my old water boiler. I called and left a voicemail (on New Year's Eve!) and Zorro replied via text within 10 minutes. He asked me to send several pictures with the problem. He said the heater needed to be replaced (which I agreed with since it was leaking from all 4 of the flanges on top) and gave me a quote for everything included. I asked his thoughts on replacing the old boiler with a tankless heater and he gave me his professional opinion. He gave me a quote for a tankless heater installation with everything included. He also told me that I would be able to get a rebate from the Gas Company for the unit mentioned in the quote. I was planning on getting a few other quotes but everyone else was on a break due to the holiday. I decided to go with Z&H because of his prompt reply and quick turnaround. Zorro and his team arrived right when they said they would and completed the job in 5 hours. They left everything super clean looking and took away the old tank and the metal enclosure (which I did not expect). I think they even swept up! Very professional and efficient. Very happy with Z&H Plumbing. Thank you Zorro!

I had this company come out to do a basic shower drain unclogging. They told me that because of the shape of the drain, it would cost $1200-$1500 dollars and they'd have to replace the pipes to get a normal snake down the drain.

I wanted a second opinion before spending that much money to clear a clog and low and behold, the next company I called was able to snake the drain in under 20 minutes for a reasonable amount of money without mentioning any other issue.

These guys are either trying to rip off their customers or don't know how to do the basics of their job. I'd advise going elsewhere.

Just had to call them again....GREG...was the most helpful....since it was late at night, he told me to send pictures and helped me over the phone for almost 45 minutes....AND KABOOM, my heat is back on....These are the nicest and knowledgeable guys....do not hesitate.

Connie and Lalo were friendly, expedient, and communicative throughout the appointment. She gave my family an easy fix for a toilet problem that has been reoccurring for over a year now. We definitely recommend her and will be going to her for any future problems.
