Great service. Our garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced. George, who came out to install the new disposal unit, was very professional and skilled.  He even noticed that the water pressure in our kitchen faucet was low and fixed that for no additional cost. Total cost for the replacement until and labor was very reasonable.

Real Plumbers (and Jose) is fantastic. I reached out to install an RO/DI system on Yelp, and Jose was extremely quick to respond and worked to accommodate my schedule. Jose was very professional, and was immediately clear the moment he stepped through my door that he's very good at his job. Jose went above and beyond to make sure the installation worked for my use case (carnivorous plants and a small reef aquarium).

The quote for the installation was extremely reasonable, and when all was said and done the price was at the very low end of the initial estimate. Hiring a professional is always a crap shoot, but I'm extremely happy with Real Plumbers and will be calling them with any plumbing needs in the future!

I called them because of the reviews in Yelp and they were great.  We had major drain blockage.  They quoted me a price on the phone but explained it would be more if there was a main line problem and 2 men were needed.  The first guy came out, on time, and worked hard to solve the problem, but he could not.  He called back to the office and told them that we needed another team out here TODAY.  He assured me that they would come and they did.  The second crew (2 men) arrived at 6 and the problem was solved in an hour.   We had to pay the higher price but it was fair.  The guys were really nice and totally cleaned up a gross mess.  I would call them again.

My bathroom was flooded with an inch of water. Max replaced both hot and cold angle stops in my bathroom with higher quality ones- nice. He is friendly, honest and fair. He did not make a mess and gave me some pointers on drying out the blistered wall from the water leak. I told him I have anxiety about future water leaks while I'm away for long hours at work and he advised me to simply turn off the main water supply to the house...and thought to myself why didn't I think of that? I would recommend him.

I called Alberto about some plumbing issues.  He came promptly, arrived on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate.  The next day he fixed the problem, again arriving on time, and did a great job.  I had a small issue with a fitting that needed to be turned 90 degrees and he came by and fixed it the next day.  I gotta give him two thumbs up.  He came out, fixed the issue and was a great communicator.  Did exactly what he promised.  Would highly recommend and will use again if I have a plumbing issue

Our toilet stopped working over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
Dispatcher from Rockstar Plumbing was friendly and helpful and arranged to have Josh at our home Monday am to fix the problem.

Josh arrived at the scheduled time.

Josh took his shoes off before entering without being asked. He was friendly, efficient and considerate. Best of all, he educated us thoroughly about the problem with our toilet, explained everything that he was doing in understandable terms, and the cost was very reasonable.

He left the work area neat and clean.

He also made helpful suggestions to avoid future problems.

I've gone through many plumbers and was hoping to find a new one. Luckily I have stumbled upon New Pro Plumbing. Our Dishwasher got clogged up and we tried to trouble shoot it by ourselves since it didn't work out, we called in. Miguel was really attentive and took the time to trouble shoot the problem we had. Victor and his team were fantastic - I had to get my sewer line repaired and they were able to fix with a fiber glass lining at a great price. Victor personally managed the project and they were fast, efficient and cleaned up everything afterward. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend.

Rapid Action Rooter is the best! Mandel, I presume the owner was attentive and quick with his response! I messaged him Saturday morning, he replied right away, got on the phone to further explain the issue. I wanted service done the day of, so he was able to fit me in within a few hours. He sent his team Kelly and another gentleman, they cleared the drain within 30 mins! Kelly was very professional and cleaned the tub as soon and he was done. Matt and Chris solved a big problem at our house. Stopped-up line required that toilet be removed and line snaked 75 feet (close to main line). They arrived on-time, solved problem in a timely fashion and cleaned up very carefully.

My old water heaters were 10yrs old and I decided to get new ones before running into problems. I got a couple of estimates from a couple of local plumbing companies. At the end of the search New Generation Plumbing had the best customer service representative that was on top of my questions and concerns. The crew that came to review the project was the same crew that showed up on day of water heater exchange.
Henry and Martin showed up promptly at 8am and 2 hrs later the job was done. 2 new water heaters installed and working.
The crew's attention to detail was beyond expectations. They even cleaned out the spiderwebs and junk that had settled on the floor and around the water heater enclosure.

After having dealt with many plumbers over the years, who either were not the greatest plumbers in the world, were messy, charged too much as most of plumbing work is an emergency, I decided to check out Yelp as my water  heater had a small leak. Since it is located in the garage, I could take some time and look for the right plumber, hopefully!
And did I find the right plumber!
Same scenario as many of the other reviews, after initial text contact, sent pictures, received a quote and he could do the job the next day.
He also replaced the circulating pump the day after, as that was broken as well, and he did a great job on that also.
Zorro has another happy customer in me!
Already recommended him to several of my friends, he is a delight to deal with, he knows what he is doing, you can see and feel that.
He most definitely is not in the business of taking advantage of you, like so many are. Call him, you won't regret it!

Horrible service,  never on-time,  lying about their hidden charges . Charging fees just because they want so even from loyal old customers.  Bad customer service.  Patrick Flood was very rude , bad experience!

I have used them 2 times and they were very responsive, easy to answer the phone and they were able to come on the same day.
