George is great! I always smell gas from the water heater since moving into my new house. I get one gas leak detector from home depot but nothing detected. George came on time and found out the spot with soap water - which is an old way but very effective, and fixed it very quickly with reasonable price. I never smell gas any more, thanks George!

Jose picked up the phone- on a Saturday! He is  professional, articulate & genuinely concerned. He suggested I text him a photo of my leaky bathroom faucet. He gave instructions on what kind of new faucet was needed, so I immediately got a new one at Home Depot, and he arrived exactly when he said he would to install the new bathroom faucet & fix the leak.

He even found a 2nd leak underneath (an obvious one I was unaware of) and made me aware of it. He was able to fix both issues on the same day & within the timeframe he said it would and made it all happen within a reasonable quote.

Jose suggested I save money by scheduling the repair on Monday or a weekday, considering that weekend rates are generally more, but I appreciated that he made me aware of that & allowed me options for time & financial commitment. I went for the weekend rate & it was worth the immediate attention and professional care... and the peace of mind!

These guys (Eddie and Cory) fixed a stopped drain that some other plumber had screwed up, cleaned up a giant mess afterwards, and were completely reasonable with their quote. A+

You're going to love Alberto and his crew.  We were having some issues with the sump pump, and had been told by others that the engine was burnt out and needed a full replacement and line rooting.  

Albert came to the rescue - literally same day, he and his crew were on-site, on time, professional and precise.  He immediately diagnosed the issue, confirmed it with a few tests and adjusted the line - at no charge.  (Turned out to be an electrical issue).  

Let me tell you something - in my line of work I come across a variety of trades and handy people, from electrical and air to plumbing and security.   There are hustlers and then there are guys who just get it done.  Alberto isn't in the profession just to take a few bucks off you. My kitchen sink backed up at night and I really needed it fixed. Ace Plumbing responded to my Yelp quote request within minutes, and a plumber was at my house within half an hour. He fixed the clog quickly and the price was very reasonable for after hours work.

We had our sewer line and a connector to the main LA line replaced by Victor about 3 months ago. He was very reasonable, not the cheapest but a very fair price. You get what you pay for and Victor's service was worth every penny. He was on time, finished on time and stayed within his estimate. His crew was very friendly and efficient. I recommended Victor to my neighbor and he used Victor to replace his sewer line just this week. It's hard to find a good plumber. I went through 3 different services until I discovered Victor. We called Flood Bros. based on their great reviews online for a sewer line inspection and we were not disappointed.  Jerry was very responsive.  His guys came out to the house within a day or two, performed a sewer line inspection using the snake with camera, found two significant cracks (separations) in our sewer line.  We quickly set up an appointment to have the cement driveway saw-cut, a large 6' x 3' hole dug, a section of the sewer line removed / replaced, the rest of the sewer line was then coated with a plastic sealant to protect against further cracks and deterioration.  Jerry's technicians (Shane & Willie) were both great!!  They did yeoman's work on a hot summer day.  Everything was completed in a single day.  I was very impressed with how seamlessly their entire team at Flood Bros worked together.  There were several different teams, each with a very specific purpose and design (i.e, cut and dig; remove sewer line & replace; then coat inside of line with plastic; finally fill in the hole and cover with cement).  Great job all around.  Thanks Flood Bros!!

Our water heater recently died and we no longer had hot water. We called Sal's plumbing and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call. They confirmed we needed a new water heater as the one we had was over 15 years old and I knew it was time. Sal's gave us a very competitive quote to replace the water heater and we went ahead and had them replace it.

Sal's plumber, Dominic was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing the water heater and completed the job in a timely manner. We will be calling Sal's Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I had bathtub faucet drip and a toilet that wouldn't stop running water, and it got to a point where I had to call someone, so I quickly hopped on Yelp and found 911 Plumbing Services. They sent over George the same day, giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was 45 minutes away, and 45 minutes later George showed up on time like promised! He was quick, courteous and honest. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced, and said that it would unfortunately be a few days to order it in. In the mean time, he fixed my toilet problem.

A few days later, I got a call to schedule something for the next day, and Greg and Vic (I think) showed up to pick up where George left off. They were also quick, courteous and efficient. They just seemed like trustworthy people. They did a good job on the toilet and faucet. The toilet started running again since George fixed it, but they explained it was probably because of some debris preventing a seal on the gasket when the pipes were flushed. They removed the gasket in front of me and there was a pebble there, just like he suspected. These guys are pros.

Honest work for honest pay. I even used the Yelp coupon for $25 off. I highly recommend them. You're in good hands with George and Greg.

I had two other companies come out to look at a thing, and the quotes they gave just didn't seem right. Connie came out, looked, and took out only what drywall was necessary to diagnose the problem. She then showed me exactly what was wrong, explained why it happened, and what they were going to do to fix it. I said, ok, and then they fixed it... at a lower cost and less time than the other two companies. 10 / 10!

Our shower drain was clogged on a Sunday evening. I sent a message through Yelp link requesting an appointment for the next day. Received a text back within an hour and was given a 11:00am appointment for the following day. Broc was here at 11:00am as promised. He was polite and professional. He was able to remove a drain cover that another plumber had said was permanently rusted closed. Broc snaked the drain and was out of here in less than 30 minutes. This is exactly how a small business should be run! Provide excellent service with speed and integrity.

He's fantastic and has learning from plumbers and master plumbers for years; he knows his stuff and solved my clog fast; he verified the clog was cleared, left no mess, was right on time, and amazing. I have a single family residence and I knew the old clay sewer line was at least 50 years old. I had Armando visit the house and he gave me a very fair price for a 100 plus foot sewer line, and an additional liner to the middle of the street. The job started when CARLOS came to the house and supervised the job from start to finish. At the end of the job they were working in the rain, but this company is so well equipped they had tents, lights, heaters, and every tool imaginable. CARLOS is knowledgeable, fast, a gentleman, and exacting. He was able to run the job and all the trucks and men that came to do the sewer line, and another truck that came to do the lining. Wish I could give 10 stars.
