Had a sewer backup at one of my rentals in Santa Monica. Cold dark and rainy night. Not only did Max show up on time, he tried to no avail for 3 hours in less than optimum conditions to snake the sewer line . Did I mention he was under the house!!!  Had to return next day as my tenants baby had to go to sleep. Showed up first thing Saturday morning and in less than one hour discovered a fitting that was installed by a previous plumber incorrectly positioned.
Not only is he concerned, caring, knowledgable and personable, the price was fair if not cheaper than most. I enjoyed meeting and talking with him and feel fortunate to know I have a new go to guy when plumbing problems arise.  I have him on speed dial. You would be wise to do the same.

Joe and Sal (Salvador) came out and I THOUGHT I needed an entire new faucet put in (which I had already purchased at home depot) along with a new hose bib out front for the yard.

I'm not even kidding when I say it took Joe and Sal 10 seconds to fix the hose (there was ONE bolt I didnt try tightening already that he found), and he spent literally 1 minute to fix the original leaky faucet after saying lets see how good my ingenuity is, then spent 4 minutes looking in his truck.... 1 minute later and bam, sink fixed.

if there was 10 STARS I would rate them that. It literally shocked me. my father and I are pretty handy, and we both tried fixing for hours what took Joe and Sal mere seconds to fix. I've never been more impressed with any service company as much as I was with Rockstar Plumbing, all because of Joe and Sal. They showed extreme professionalism, but also spoke to me like I was just a dude hanging out with them. it made me really comfortable to have them at my house.

I'll never use or recommend ANY OTHER plumbing company to anyone EXCEPT Rockstar.

I've used New Pro Plumbing a number of times and I've found Miguel to be honest and very good at what he does. He's conscientious, shows up on time and will take the time to explain things to you even when he is very busy. Furthermore I've recommended him to my friends.

My eight-year-old son decided to use too much toilet paper in our toilet - and we ended up with a horrific overflow situation in our bathroom. I found Paul from City Plumbing and Rooter on Yelp and asked for a quote.

Paul was very responsive to my initial message on Yelp, and was able to come to our home that day to fix the problem very quickly. He gave me a written quote and the price was competitive.

Additionally we asked him to replace two toilets seats that had broken - and he did that quickly as well.

In addition he checked our water heater, water shutoff, gas shutoff, and water lines to make sure that they are in good working order. I thought that was going above and beyond!

Paul was polite, courteous, and did an excellent job with our repairs. We will definitely use Paul and City Plumbing and Rooter again!

Boys showed up - fixed my once a year issue- then put in an outside drain $500 less than another friend had quoted me. Finished same day and even cleaned up. Recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

We had a major back-up on Wednesday night. Terrified that we weren't going to be able to use our toilet or shower on the fourth of July, we contacted a few 24 hour plumbers. Non-stop Plumbing & Rooter was the third place we called and right away we knew we were in good hands. Ruben assured us that he would come out within two hours to assess the problem. Less than two hours later (right around 1am), Ruben showed up and got down and dirty to fix the issue. We were beyond relieved that we would be able to relieve ourselves again.

Not only was Ruben competent and helpful, he is friendly and a delight to work with.

Alex was able to arrive the same day that I called. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to resolve it promptly.  I am thankful for his honest service and will be contacting him again for any future services.

Thank GOD I have finally found a plumber.  I reached out to Tip Top and heard back almost immediately.  They asked me to call in to schedule a service appointment and when I did, they told me someone could be at my place not only TODAY but someone could be at my place in less than an hour.  Naturally, when Josh arrived, the issue I was having decided to go on a lunch break and I swore to him that I wasn't crazy.  He said this always happens and to reach out to the office or to him directly if the problem persists.  While they didn't have anything to fix, they still didn't try to sell me on a product or service I don't need (like most other plumbers have) which I sincerely appreciate.  I have already saved Tip Top in my phone as my plumbers and will absolutely use them again.

Very fast, reliable, and reasonable! Sergio came and cleared my clogged kitchen sink in minutes! I highly recommend them and will call them again for any plumbing issues I may have.

My drainage was all backed up so I called Free Flo Rooter on Yelp.  Josh arrived as time promised and his crew started running a rooter on the whole house cleanout pipe.  After a few attempts , finally Josh and his crew were able to run through the blockage and then ran a camera in the drain and discovered due to some cracked pipes , tree roots were growing inside the sewer line.  So I hired his company to do a spot repair.  They're fast and efficient.  Within a few hours , they dug a 6-7 feet deep hole and replaced the problem section.

Josh and his crew seem quite knowledgeable and reliable throughout the work.  I'd certainly be confident to recommend them to anyone.

Daniel and Gateway Rooters overall are a bunch of honest and trustworthy guys when it comes to not just Plumbing service...but home and customer service...all of them put on booties and clean up after job is done...even cleaned places they did not touch!!! Daniel couldn't of made much money with the price he quoted !?!  Saved me a bunch of cash and most importantly time....since they are a complete full service plumbing company.....So if you need repairs...replacing....or all new...or just minor service call....Give Dan and his guys a call....

Received a quote a while back for my home in the south bay.  They wanted to charge ~$3600 for minor work on my furnace, but I got the job done for $1250.   Other quotes were all in the $1500 range. Crazy high pricing.  There's a reason they have all those special coupons.
