These guys are great! As a local Realtor I can always count on them to be on time for camera inspections and take great care of my clients. They are always honest and fair and go the extra mile. Can't say enough good things about this company, their service, and employees. I first used them many years ago when we had back up in our sewer. Since then they have done many big projects for me, including placing a sewer liner in our old cement pipes.

For some insane to me reason, plumbers are super booked just before the Christmas holidays with people wanting their plumbing checked BEFORE it can get blocked up.  Let that sit in your head for a minute YUK!!!  So, I was having a dickens of a time finding someone available to unblock my kitchen sink (after an unruly albeit fun as all hell, family dinner party the week b4 Christmas.  When I contacted Flood Bros. the person who answered was so helpful ans managed to squeeze me in the next afternoon.  The plumber was really thorough, fast, and very nice too boot.  It was the best thing that happened that entire day. After two days of champagne, wine glasses and stacks of plates stacked around my usually clean kitchen I could use my garbage disposal and dishwasher again!!  Cue the hallelujah chorus.  
I will use them solely in future and def recommend FLOOD Bros.

We had a great experience with City Plumbing and Rooter. Louis (Louie? not sure how to spell his name) was professional, clean, efficient, and kept his mask on at all times. He came with booties to put over his shoes, which we really appreciated. He installed a new garbage disposal for us, and the price felt very fair. He did a great job. We will definitely be calling them again in the future! Thanks so much!

Ford's has handled our plumbing needs for some years now.  I discovered them because I needed an authorized dealer to maintain our Noritz tankless water heater.  They've done many jobs for us since then.

Today, Dino and Johnny replaced our traditional, tank style water heater.  (The house is big enough that we have a tankless on the other side.)  They followed Reilly's plan to the letter, installing new pipes and an overflow tank to bring the arrangement up to current code.  That is the beauty of working with Ford's.  It might cost a little more than a simple swap-out, but it's done right.

Dino and Johnny were clean, respectful, efficient, and masked.  Couldn't ask for more.

I also will state that this was the BEST Plumbing service I have ever had...and I am 54 years old.  Roy took his time discussing the different approaches that might need to be done on my rental drain line.  A previous plumber spent 2 hours snaking and caused the line to back up even more than when he began.  So, the very next day, Matt came out (as scheduled).  He also was a super-nice guy and explained everything to me.  He was able to fix the clog within an hour and pricing was very reasonable.  They are definitely my new go-to plumbers.

These guys are awesome! Definitely my new go-to for any plumbing or water drainage issue. They are on-time, polite, courteous, and very professional.  Their cost is fair and they do a great job.  I can not recommend them enough!!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

Straightforward pricing, friendly fast service.  Easy direct scheduling without shuffling around and without more questions than necessary, and they took care of job without complaining.  Very easy to work with no game playing company.

Our condo had some moisture issues and we found Nick and his guys through Yelp.  Very pleased with his quick responsiveness and communication, honesty, and being thorough in his work.  He took the time to explain the situation (multiple times, since multiple units/parties were involved) and gave us a detailed explanation of the issue and resolution.  Will definitely be saving this company in my contacts for future reference.

Very professional. They helped replace our swamp cooler with a more modern central air unit. As well helping with our sewage line. They worked very quickly and had the job done within a week. We highly recommend NexGen.

My washing machine started backing up due to my lack of maintaining the house cleanout drain. I called NexGen and they were able to respond within an hour. Rigo was our Technician. He immediately went to work and diagnosed our problem. He cleaned out our sewer line and within minutes, we were up and running. Rigo was very professional and knowledgable. His time management skills were a plus. He is truly an asset to your company. I highly recommend them!

Emergency Taken Care of Quickly

Woke this morning to a water leak from an upstairs bathroom that was causing damage in the living room below.  Needed to resolve the matter quickly to minimize the damage.   Called Palisades Plumbing and 30 minutes later Mario showed up, fixed the problem and now we are off to cleaning up or water damage but Palisades Plumbing did their part without a hitch.

I called at about 11 am and received a call back promptly advising me that they did have someone about 20 minutes away that could respond to my clogged garbage disposal and leak. I was thrilled... Their guy Alex showed up, friendly and kind from the first moment. He clearly new what he was doing and explained things to me as he saw my interest in what was going on. He was GREAT with my pets (which can be a challenge because not all people want to deal with them). He found the problem quickly. He did some other types of checks (to make certain that what he repaired (clogged pipe) did in fact repair the issue and I am so glad he checked because when he did... he then found that my garbage disposal was actually cracked and leaking! He showed me where and pointed out the issue. Then Bam - he retrieved a new disposal from his truck, replaced it (cleaned up the kitchen which at this point was a mess from water leaks etc...) then he was done. Friendly the entire time, concerned enough about the issue to make sure there wasn't a secondary issue (which there was) then he left saying goodbye and acknowledging my pets and remembering their names. The pet stuff may sound silly but to a pet owner that adores their animals - it just means a lot. Thank you Alex!

We moved into our first house and called Papa's Plumbing to install a toilet, kitchen faucet, and a shower head.  There was some miscommunication and Serge thought they were just coming out for a quote, but he made it possible for all of the work to be completed same-day. He also found that our home had a malfunctioning pressure regulator and no pressure release valve. He was able make these repairs at the same visit, putting my husband and I at ease in the first days in our new home. Serge is a real professional, super polite and efficient, and his crew left everything absolutely spotless. Can't recommend this company more highly and will be using them for everything plumbing-related moving forward.
