After my roommate dropped a bunch of Q-tips down the toilet and attempted to flush them down, we had a clog that vigorous plunging could not save us from.  (Apparently, she thought it was just paper so it would wash away like TP, but ... it didn't.)  I called My Plumbing Doctor and they were here in the time frame they specified, were in and out in a flash, and charged me the $89 they quoted.  I am happy to put this plumbing problem in the past fairly painlessly.

Max is great.  He services my tankless water heater, and I find him reliable, trustworthy and fair.  I would call him for any plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone.

I had a chronically backed-up bathroom sink and after trying to snake it myself, I decided to seek professional help.  I called the number listed in Yelp and Chris answered right away.  He said he was nearby and he got here in less than an hour.  He made quick work of the clog and cleaned up under the sink, too (something I'd been putting off.  A fair price and great service, you can't do better than that.

These guys are fantastic!! Hired them to inspect a home we were purchasing. They are thorough, experienced, professional and take their time, no rushing like typical plumbers. They thoroughly explained exactly what they were doing and furthermore, were totally honest with us regarding work that

These guys were great!  I originally called a different plumber who was incredibly problematic, so I looked under plumber on Yelp and was lucky enough to call New Pro. They made an appointment for later in the day and arrived right on time.  The plumber was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and carried off a difficult job in record time.

Victor was amazing! Super efficient, smart, and was able to explain the root of the issue to us perfectly.

Jerry and his awesome team did a great job lining half my sewer and pipe bursting the other half all within one day! They went above and beyond my expectations by putting in a new clean-out valve, clearing a clogged sink drain, and offering to carry in my groceries and while I didn't take them up on it, I thought it was very nice. Thank you Thomas and Jose for taking care of my plumbing.  They replaced really old pipes that were disintegrating and put new pipes. It was a major job and they did great.

They are very responsive. I have had them do work for me twice. I had another estimate for installing 2 faucets that was three times as much as 911. The previous company even had me send pictures so they knew what they were dealing with. 911 was on time and they were very polite and explained everything so i knew the cost before they began.

We had a plumbing emergency and called Anytime Rooter.  Broc responded right away and he was at our house in Santa Monica within 2 hours as he promised.

He used a special camera and a viewing screen to show us the problem area. Explained all the process and hydro jetted the tree root that was clogging the pipe.

Broc was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. On top of that, they were neat and tidy. They hosed around our front garden to make the area clean after hydro jetting.

I will absolutely recommend Broc to everyone. He is not just an amazing plumber but also cares about what he does and he is a great person.

Wife just texted me and said the technician (s)were amazing. With all that is going on right now. Nice to have good people to help in times like this (we only have one bathroom!). Carlos And his crew were absolutely awesome to work with. I can't recommend him enough! The company as a whole from Nicole in the office to ownership were all extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a huge job replacing plumbing lines and pipe bursting and needed it done really soon. We got many bids for the job. Not only did Carlos seem the most knowledgeable, but he also took the most time to identify our issues, was the most patient, gave us a reasonable quote, and was able to start the soonest. And he's such a nice guy. When the work started, the top priority was to get things done right and solve our issues. They worked really hard to make it happen. We couldn't be happier now and can't recommend them enough.
