George and John did a fantastic job for us this weekend. We had two old, leaky faucets that needed to be replaced in our bathroom along with a descaling of our tankless water heater. George provided an upfront quote over the phone and showed up on time Saturday morning with masks and keeping to proper Covid safety protocol.  They did great work and left no trace of their visit other then shiny new fixtures!  No added charges just what they estimated up front!

While they were at it George provided suggestions for some less urgent pressure issues and they even helped us break free a rusted piece of furniture we had.

Outstanding service!  Jose answered my call and scheduled service the same day.  He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with the leak in my kitchen and fixed the problem.  He was courteous and didn't try to rip me off.  Highly recommend!

Max just left our house after we had him come snake our shower drain. My wife had tried fruitlessly for days to get it done herself, but the pipes are old and the clog was apparently  massive. He was the first to reply to my wife's request for a quote and had the quickest availability for our schedule. He quoted us a flat rate, too, which we appreciated. Some plumbers gave us an hourly rate, which made us nervous. We asked him to mask and wear disposable booties (we provided) because I'm immunocompromised. He obliged without hesitation (and even wore gloves), came in, did the job, and then actually gave us a lesser price because while it was bad enough to warrant professional help, it was apparently quick for him! Will absolutely be using Max and A1 again if need be, and recommending him to our neighbors as well. Thanks, Max!

This place provides the best service when it comes to plumbing and customer service. They care about getting the job done and done right the first time. Unfortunately the last plumbers to come out had no idea what they were doing and left my bathroom in scrambles, but the flood brothers knew exactly what they were doing and they fixed it immediately. Kudos to them, if they hadn't came out so quick I'm afraid my house would be flooded and my cats would be on the ceiling.

Charlie's Rooter Service saved us today. Early on in the evening sewage water started coming out of our bathtub and no water was draining in our bathroom. You can imagine the stink and how gross it was having poop water coming out of your drains! I went on yelp and messaged what seemed like 100 plumbers and Charlie said he would be here immediately and his price was more than fair! Will continue to use them (hopefully not too often lol) thank you so much!! Oh also I know it may not matter but he's so nice, helpful and very respectful of our home. He put on booties to walk in and I mean I could go on but just call them if you have plumbing issues. You won't regret it! Also thank you Lulu for coordinating the appt and being so responsive.

These guys were great! We had a very complicated plumbing issue that we had multiple previous plumbers try to solve over many months. Rockstars team, especially Hugo, were knowledgeable, responsive and very honest about what they could or should not do to fix the issue. They finally solved our problem and their work was excellent. Rocket Plumbing (Sam - the technician) is a terrific plumbing service. Got back to me after my initial call; talked with Sam - set the appt and discussed an estimated price.

Sam showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. We talked as he was doing the work, and let me know exactly needed to be done and took care of the work.  Price was right on target.

I'm very happy with his work and how he handled himself. Rocket Plumbing is now our go to plumbing company.

Called up Zorro this morning for a quote. He asked for a few pics via text and quoted me a very fair price (hundreds less than at least 3 other competitors who came to my house and tried to upcharge me).

I jumped at the deal and he gave me an arrival window...SAME DAY. I don't know about you, but being out of hot water sucks.

He arrived with a member of his team and went to work. Took little over an hour to remove the old heater, update some plumbing lines tank straps and install the new heater. He tested the water functions (he used new shoe covers when entering my house - definitely a nice touch) and sent me an invoice via email. No upcharges or hidden fees.

Our water heater decided to die, thankfully, after the house had emptied of our holiday guests. Mike responded promptly, explained our options and we are now proud owners of a lovely new water heater we expect not to think about again for many years. We called another competitor to have a faucet in our bathroom installed and they tried to charge us $875 so we called Sals Plumbing and Fernando came out. Fernando charged us $350 and did an excellent job, was so courteous, cleaned up and was very friendly. We highly recommend him. Sals Plumbing is our new plumbing company

Connie and her team are incredible. I've run a small HOA for years and Connie and Lalo have been so unbelievably helpful in working through plumbing and sewer issues that our 60 year old building had. I've also used the company for inspections on home purchases, and to do work on moving in & regular home repairs. They are honest and trustworthy, and extremely efficient with their clients' time and money. I recommend American Drain Works to everyone I can!

I called requesting that drain be snaked fm back to main in street. A young guy - very hyper - shows and insists on not going to back but rather start at front of property to see where problem is dispute the fact that I told him washer had flooded adjacent room.  Finally after about 45 minutes he decided to pull toilet next to wash room and snake out with what looked like a 1/2 inch snake.  I had to leave for appt elsewhere. My colleague reported he had a lot of difficulty running the small snake thru the pipe.  It took 3 hours!  WTF. Using suboptimal tools acting a bit nutty. This is not what I expected from reviews I read.  My neighbor across street had same plugged sewer issue. I directed her to B&d plumbing. Hope she has a better experience. Aghhh. I've had this property snaked for many years.  I wanted to use local service to save my plumber gas.
