These guys were constant professionals from the start. Our water heater is located on the second level which makes the replacement even more difficult but they made sure not to damage anything while moving throughout the house and we're on time etc. Our water heater broke and these guys were able to come quickly, work efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up after the job.  I absolutely recommend them and I am so pleased that our neighbor suggested Rishon.

I am house sitting for friends in Altadena, and the kitchen sink clogged up. Not a big job, obviously, but I didn't know whom to call. I looked here on yelp, where I usually just look at the restaurants, and found these highly recommended plumbers. I called at 10am, they said someone would be here by 2pm. Before 1pm James was here. In 5 minutes the clog was gone and all is back to normal. I'm very pleased. They did warn me that since it was Saturday it would cost more than normal, but I didn't really care because I needed help now and didn't mind the extra cost. I definitely recommend them.

Thank god for businesses like charlies, needed fast service on my cloged sink. they came right away, fixed all problems in a jiffy , for a fraction of what the big companies charge. Very efficient, was a few minutes earlier than the allotted time frame (love it!) and also provided helpful advice on maintenance and care. We had Chris recently help us with major drain pipe repairs/replacement at our home. It started out with what we thought was just a clogged drain. We emailed and Darcy got us an appointment right away. Chris arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a major, systemic issue with the plumbing system in our crawlspace. He explained the problems clearly, described available options and got the right people on the spot to do the repairs very quickly. Within 48 hours everything was fixed for a very reasonable price. We are glad to have Ace Plumbing and Rooter in our neighborhood and will definitely work with Chris and Darcy for any future plumbing issues.

went through my home warranty program to fix a calcified cell that broke off. Calcification is normal over time. The guy blamed it on us for using force/wrench on the valve and breaking it so that our home warranty wouldn't cover it. all we did was try to open it with our hand as one normally would. Wouldn't use them again. Paid $85 for nothing.

We are extremely happy, and excited to find such an outstanding, and honest plumbing company.  We had a leak running from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs family room.  We found Rapid Action Rooter online with 5 stars, and a host of happy customers, and I can see why.  We are now part of those extremely happy, and satisfied customers.

Mr. Mandel will calm your nerves; he is thorough, communicative, honest, and very knowledgeable about plumbing.  His team is incredible; Ron came out; had to do some demolition to get to the pipes behind the walls, found the leak, and Kelly repaired the leak.  The best part of all of this is not just fixing the pipe, but their professionalism, and how clean they left the bathroom, and downstairs.  These guys are AMAZING!  We have found our plumbers for life.   Thank you, Mandel, Ron, & Kelly!!

I've had a few appointments with Chris from Rocket Plumbing and have been very satisfied with both the quality of work and the friendliness/helpfulness of the team.

First issue we had was a busted and leaking garbage disposal, Chris installed a nice new one in about an hour and replaced the old pipe. He came back again to address a leaking bathroom sink.

I'd highly recommend. When you need a plumber you want knowledge, promptness, and someone that you don't mind in your home for a while. Great company!

I had a clogged toilet a few weeks ago. Martin came out and diagnosed the issue being the bathroom drain pipe. He snaked the pipe but recommended having it replaced due to it being corroded cast iron.  Said, it'll clog again.

Fast forward 3 weeks later, it clogged AGAIN. Called NGP and got Martin to start work the next day!  They replaced the pipe from bathroom to main sewer. While repairing, videoed the sewer pipe and found it to be corroding cast iron as well.  We went ahead and sleeved it as well.

In all, took 2 days. The team was professional and cleaned up after work.  Highly recommend NGP and Martin G!

Woke up on Saturday morning hearing  a loud hissing sound.  Headed towards the water heater  located on the side of the house and a pool of water was forming around it!  After locating Z&H on Yelp!, based on their reviews I gave them a call.  Zorro was on this from the moment I called. Diagnosed the problem of a 15yr old water heater that was leaking 'a lot' of water at the bottom plus I text'd pictures. The water heater had to be replaced.  Within fours hours of making the call, they came and installed a new water heater.  Zorro always keep in contact throughout the day and his crew were fast, efficient, checked the water pressure in the house and cleaned up after the installation.  Highly recommend Zorro and his crew!

Junior came out with his face mask and fixed the leak coming from the copper pipe of the hot water tank.
The power for the entire building went out and Junior was working by the light of his phone.
He gave me great advice on restoring power to the building.
Junior was kind and professional.
He promised to come out tomorrow and check the water meter to see if there's a leak somewhere.
Now that's an amazing service!
