I feel taken advantage of by this company. My tankless water heater stopped providing hot water when the gas was temporarily cut off for a short interval.  When the gas was restored (by me) there was still no hot water.  Jose at the company stated that tankless water heaters are supposed to be automatic, but failed to mention that you only have to unplug and replug the water heater cord for the hot water to come back on.  Instead of informing/allowing me to try this, he sent out a crew to unplug/replug the water heater cord (that's all it took to make the hot water come back on); to the tune of a charge of $160!  It is hard to believe that he had my best interests at heart!

had problem w shower drain. called and they were able to come out that afternoon. really nice people and job was done. also, they were on time. quick and easy. $75. Would def use again.

Not only did Max take the time to inspect the issue with our one problem toilet, he checked the others in the house as well. Since we had just moved in he wanted to make sure all were up to standard.

Joseph from Flood Brothers was the last one of 5 quotes we received for redirection of a blocked drain we had been trying to solve for months. All the others had told us we needed to drill through our foundations at great cost to achieve a solution. Joseph went under the house into the tiny crawl space, quickly saw a better solution and provided a much lower quote. The next day he and his team had the whole thing done for less than half hour of first quote. Smart, clean, professional and fairly priced. I would use them anytime.

Replacing an old clay sewer line was not in our plans. We had three bids. Charlie was the only one to fully assess the problem by clearing the line so the camera could go past the blockage. The way the pipe was angled made it potentially difficult to navigate and was going to result in having to replace the existing driveway. Charlie was able to creatively address the issue, so we were saved the expense of replacing the entire driveway. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. There was no hard sell, and his price was fair. On installation day, his six-man team showed up on time and executed a very difficult job. They left the area looking exactly as they found it. A special shout out to Lulu and the office team. We highly recommend Charlie and his team.

We called Ace after a different plumber (who gave a cheaper initial quote) did a half-ass job installing our new toto toilet and bathroom faucet. After the install, The new toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it, breaking the caulking below, and clearly wasn't attached to the floor right. We didn't trust the original plumber to come back and fix it properly. He was either ignorant or lazy. The ACE office manager Darcy was so kind on the phone and even suggested the 1st company might be able to fix it for us free of charge, but we really wanted fresh professional eyes rather than risk damage or waste more time. The ACE business owner Chris came by that day to check it out for us and easily identified the problems. The first plumber had only used 2 of the required 6 screws mounting the toilet and just hoped we wouldn't notice (screws hidden under the skirt)!  Chris also voluntarily fixed another issue the other plumber had ignored on the installation of our new bathroom faucet, to be nice. Chris was efficient and didn't over-charge even though he easily could have.  Chris and Darcy at ACE have won us over for life, and we will tell our friends. Don't buy nice new fixtures and cheap out on the installation. You'll regret it. Sometimes, plumbing included, you really get what you pay for.

Awesome service! Sergio just stopped by to fix the jammed garbage disposal. He fixed it so fast and was clean and professional. He also checked the chlorine levels on the water and brought that to our attention.

Excellent!  I called for a possible repair.  The sink in the kitchen was possibly leaking.  After a check on it, the issue was quickly resolved.   Since he was there, I asked him to check my old fussy toilet... Thankfully he did.  The old water guzzler had a significant crack on the bottom of the tank.  He was able to grab me a new water saving toilet and install it.  Great service- very professional.

My mother-in-law had a leak in her bathroom that was seeping into the bedroom. Victor arrived the day I called, when he said he would, he accurately diagnosed the root cause, and he fixed it. He called me when he was there and spent a good amount of time with me on the phone addressing all my questions--and I ask a lot of questions. It's rare to find people to do even the basics in SoCal when it comes to good customer service, but Victor is someone who clearly takes pride in his company, doing the best job, and making sure the customer is happy at the end of it.

They were great! I had been waiting almost a week for the plumber originally assigned by my home warranty. When that company left me in the lurch, I called my warranty and they called Hermes and got me an appointment within hours for my leaking toilet. These guys were great, fixed the issue, educated me on what was going on, wore masks and even coverings on their shoes. I'll definitely request them in the future should I need a plumber.

Not to be cliche, but if I could give Mandel and Clay 10 out of 5 stars, I would. My husband and I made the mistake of attempting to change our bathtub faucet handle ourselves, using a hacksaw and all other types of great tools that a novice should probably never bring near any type of plumbing (thanks, YouTube). Of course water started spraying everywhere, I couldn't figure out how to shut off the water, I panicked and called Mandel.

He answered right away, showed up on my doorstep in less than 30 minutes, and set me up with my new faucet and handle. All on a Sunday evening.

I'm new to home ownership so was expecting to be slightly robbed for an after hours job. But no, Mandel was fair, honest, quick, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us along the way.

I have found my plumber for life. I can't even begin to say how highly I recommend him, do yourself a favor and don't bother calling anyone else.

Brian answered my call right away and sent Chris out to meet me at the house.  Chris went out of his way to see that the shower valve was repaired correctly, and took the time to run the tenant's dishwasher through a cycle to make sure it was not leaking anywhere as well.  Very pleasant, and accommodating company to deal with.  I am calling them back to fix the washing machine pipes asap.

I had a faulty water heater at one of the apartments I manage and they were able to fix it and get it up and running the same day, without having to replace the entire water heater. Had a clogged toilet that I couldn't deal with on my own. Even though they were busy, Junior got in touch with me and said he could make it to my place even though it was late. Was a really quick fix but I so appreciate them coming out to help ASAP. Super professional and kind, thanks Junior! Will definitely be calling if I ever have other issues.

Had an emergency plumbing situation Saturday night.  Found 911 on Yelp and called. Vic came out in less than an hour and fixed the leak in our kitchen ceiling right away.  He did a great job.  I can't recommend them enough, especially if you find yourself in an after hours bind  THANKS!!!

Broc was a referral from a friend, and I am ever so thankful for it. Broc was an absolute professional and replaced our water heater within the same day during the pandemic. He was efficient, personable and was able to work around my schedule even on a tight timeline with two kids! I couldn't ask for anything better. I have no reservations recommending their services.

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience from the dispatcher who took my call, to the technician Oscar, and the final price to unclog my kitchen sink! After another company missed their appt. I was left scrambling last minute midday. They got Oscar out to our house within about 4 hours. Oscar was the ultimate professional. Very clean personally and his work area, a no give up attitude, super nice in general, and very consultative for future possible issues. When some plumbers quoted $2-400+ for this service, after all Oscar's hard work, we were left with a $69 bill. What an amazing experience top to bottom! You have a customer for life!

A neighbor recommended calling Fix It Quick when my water heater completely stopped working last week, With the cold weather I couldn't until my regular plumber was available so I reached out for an estimate, received a reply 20 mins later and had a working water heater the same night! All for a very reasonable price! I will definitely be recommending this company to others! Thank you again!

Called dispatcher, who identified the issue, had someone at our house in 45 minutes. This was 2nd vendor, as 1st, big name plumber, sent out someone who obviously knew nothing about the business. Our front yard had a leak at the water meter. The 1st company told me they had to replace all pipe to our house, trench about 40 feet, 6 feet minimum to get to the sidewalk, and it would take several days. Estimate $2,750. But the tech seemed to know nothing, and was relaying what he was told at the office. Why could I not do that? Well, as this was 12/30 we would be looking at having water off for long weekend.

Up comes Red Lilly's Rufus, who quickly figures that odds are he can fix pipe at the source, Quoted $700 to get parts and fix pipe, did that, took about 4 hours, done. Perfect!

Will call 1st next time, AND ask for Rufus.
