Jose communicates with my from the very beginning since this was a rental property we were unable to be on site but he made sure he told me all the problems and quoted me a price that he stuck too, even when he found a mistake he made he honored the price. He was professional and will definitely hire him again!

Called three other plumbers on a Saturday to fix a backed up kitchen sink.  Estimates were all around $300 and a 4-5 hour wait.  My Plumbing Doctor actually picked up the phone and had someone at our house in 2 hours and on time.  Eddie did the job quickly, was a pleasure to deal with, and did not try to upcharge us for anything.  Cost was only $120.  We highly recommend them, will use them again and you should too.

I hired Max at A-1 to replace faucets throughout my condo.  He did a great job and was able to complete the the job in one day which was appreciated.  He was responsive on Yelp and gave me a quote quickly.  Taking a star off because he was late a few times to our appointments as other reviewers had mentioned but it was 30 mins to an hour, not a deal breaker.  All in all happy with the work I had done by Max and would recommend hiring him.

I want to reciprocate and help this young business out as they showed me the plumbing profession has evolved to be a very courteous and attentive to detail kind of profession.

Specifically, you're lucky if you get Brendan and Julio (hard J).  Both of these guys are so genuinely kind they made me want to hang out with them.  They entertained me with great conversation while they 50ft. snaked my kitchen sink and shower.  Their knowledge of the many of the many 100's of things that can affect drains was very impressive.  They put little booties on their shoes as not to affect anything in my place.  They laid a cloth tarp on the ground where they working.  When they were done they grabbed some paper towels and cleaner and cleaned my sink and shower area leaving it more fresh than they found it.

From a business perspective I told them they don't charge enough for the type of premium experience they deliver.  They charge the same as the John-Doe with the exposed butt who learns his trade by word of mouth.

They told me they're a younger company and they're doing their best to treat people right and create a longterm opportunity for themselves.  I 100% hope that happens for them sooner than later.  These guys make a dirty job feel like a 5-star hotel experience.  Thanks Brendan and Julio, appreciate you guys a lot.

Charlie and his team are great! Had a piping issue that required intensive work. I looked around Yelp, had many different companies come to assess and chose Charlie because he felt the most honest AND the price was MORE reasonable (others quoted me more $15k!). Charlie and his team returned everything back to the way it was before they started, cleaned after themselves, patched up and installed a drywall for us where they made a cut, hosed down our driveway, covered our belongings from debris,and it only took 48hours of hard work from 0800-1800 to get the job done! I am very well satisfied with their work ethic, efficiency, and thoroughness.

 Long overdue review here!  I have known Warren for well over 10 years.  Was actually introduced to him by my (business) landlord to make a number of plumbing repairs over the years.  Not only has he fixed me up with all these many plumbing jobs, but he now makes repairs on my (and my wife's) rental properties, as well as our house. You can usually get him within 24 hours, and if an emergency he ALWAYS makes the effort to get there same day.  May be in the evening, but he will definitely be there.

Warren does the big jobs and the smaller jobs, but he does everything to perfection!  Very recently he installed a dishwasher in my wife's rental property house, which was never set up for that type of appliance (it is an older house in SM).  Because the kitchen did not have standard configurations for most dishwashers, Warren came in and literally did the carpentry work, cut away and the old wood cabinets, prepared the plumbing hookups, and even prepped the electrical hookups (without the hassle and extra cost of calling an electrician)!  Did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable cost.

I have made endless referrals for Warren, not only my dad, my brother, my wife, my friends, my friends' friends, you get the picture.

Please call Warren for ALL your plumbing needs, he's the best plumber I've ever used, and he's an all-around super nice guy with a quirky sense of humor you will like!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY if you don't know anything about plumbing. They will take you for a ride through Disney World, and we all know how expensive that can get.

I called New Pro to come do a job at my house, a job that I know how to do, a job I've done before twice in my other two bathrooms. It was a simple job that I knew I could do in two hours. I just didn't have the time to do it, because it was during the holiday season and I was trying to get my house ready for my family to visit.

They sent a plumber named Miguel. Miguel the crook. Miguel the liar. Whatever you want to call him, just don't call him for plumbing service. He forged the work order estimate, he lied to my face numerous times, and he kept trying to add money to the total bill.

MY FIRST MISTAKE, was that I opened my mouth and told Miguel I had family coming the next night. I will never make that mistake again, to anyone performing a service, to tell them I have somewhere to be or people to impress. He tried to hold me hostage over this. For some reason, he also thought I was a totally idiot, because he tried to run the biggest scam on me I've ever seen.

ESTIMATE:
First of all, he told me he was going to need to open up the wall in the bathroom, so that he could install pipe. I damn near fell out of my shoes when I heard that! It was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. There was absolutely NO REASON for him to touch my drywall. All we was doing, was replacing the pipe that connects the sink to the drain pipe. I had all the parts. The job should have taken no more than 30-45 minutes. He LIED to my face, and told me that he couldn't fix it without doing that. I had to sit there and argue with him for 5 minutes, show him the other two sinks I installed, before he relented. Okay maybe he's really that stupid he believed that nonsense, either way, no excuse.

MY SECOND MISTAKE, was agreeing for him to do the work after he tried that scam. Honestly, the price he quoted me to do the work was fair, $125 to switch two faucet handles, and then replace some pipes under the sink. Like I said I had family coming so I signed the work order.

JOB:
After an hour and a half. He told me he was done. I checked, and the pipes under the sink were properly connected. However, HE INSTALLED THE HANDLES ON MY SINK BACKWARDS. He tried to play dumb, and tell me that's what I said I wanted, and that in order for him to fix it, it was going to be another hour and a half and that I would have to pay another $100.

I couldn't believe it. His mistake and he wants to charge me for it. BUT WAIT, IT GETS BETTER!!!

SHADY CONTRACT:
I asked to see the contract. He showed it to me, and he added $20 to the work estimate I had signed. He added it after the fact, and crossed out the total and wrote in a new total, as if that's what we had agreed upon. He told me he needed to add $20 because it took longer than normal.

I mean can you imagine this. This stranger comes into your house, a week before christmas, and then proceeds to try and completely screw you. I was so absolutely irate.

TRIED TO KICK HIM OUT:
I told him not to finish the job and leave. He continued to argue with me, and then kept trying to lower the price of his final bill. Which BTW, had ballooned over 95% more than the original estimate, totaling $245.

CALLED HIS BOSS:
I threatened with calling the cops, but decided against it. As soon as I pulled out my phone to look up the number, Miguel ran and got his cellphone. I dialed and while the phone was ringing, Miguel called, and his boss picked up HIS line. Then he walked out the front door talking to him, his boss ignored my call.

I left a message, and then tried calling his boss back to no avail. Miguel came back into the house, and said he would do the job for the original price he quoted me. I really wanted him out of the house, but he seemed remorseful and I thought maybe his boss set him straight.

FELT THREATENED!!!
He acted like the biggest prick of life, kept muttering under his breath. I was so nervous the whole time he was in my house, I really thought he was going to try and do something malicious.

FINALLY
He finished the job, which should have taken less than an hour and a half, it took almost FOUR HOURS!!! Because of all the back and forth, and his mistakes/lies. I was so pissed, I had so much stuff to do that afternoon. I tried calling his boss back again that evening, no answer. Two days later his boss left a voice mail message, but I was so mad still I couldn't even talk to him.

Victor delivered an awesome job and seems like a great guy in general! he even helped me with a side peculiar request involving a not so common screwdriver... Thanks again!

I have been battling a sewage smell in my master bathroom for the last few months, and Hermes Plumbing and Rooting came to the rescue!  At first, I thought it was a mildew issue, but after a few weeks, it became apparent (to me) it was sewer-related.  The first plumber I called snaked my shower drain and claimed that would fix it.  Within a day, the smell returned so I tried a home remedy of baking soda and vinegar.  When the smell returned again, I took apart all of the pipes in my sink and cleaned them out.  When that failed, I had no idea what to do.

Finally, I called Hermes Plumbing and Rooting, and they came out the same day.  They scheduled a hydro-jet for the very next day, and as soon as we opened up the access to the sewer pipes, the smell was HORRENDOUS!  It was obvious we were on the right track.  They showed me everything with the camera they inserted, hydro-jetted the pipes to clean out some tree roots, and THE SMELL IS GONE!  I cannot thank them enough, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  They were fairly priced, quick, and honest.  You can't much better than that!

I would highly recommend Rapid Action rooter. The company name stands behind the service. Mandel responded to my online inquiry within minutes and was at my house within 45 min of our phone consultation. Problem resolved with no problem!!

Rocket Plumbing did a great job both for me individually and for my building. Sam was fantastic and did skillful and efficient work replacing my worn-out garbage disposal and defective faucet cartridge. My building also had a significant pipe blockage on our garage level and Rocket Plumbing was able to get it cleared expeditiously. They will definitely be our first call in the future.

Z is really professional and great at what he does. No BS either. Installed Water filter, Insta-hot water dispenser, 2 shower handles/Trim kits and replaced a pipe under our sink. Fast, efficient, clean, and was respectable with his pricing. I will definitely be retaining his services for future jobs. Highly recommended.

We called when we had a Saturday night emergency - backed up sink in the kitchen (with a foul smell). James called me back immediately and came over shortly after at 9:30pm and quickly solved our issue. He came back later in the week to do some more work. Very responsive and incredibly helpful!! Will use them again!

Mike was awesome, came out to my house within a few hours of calling on a Saturday to help locate a leak. He assessed my problem and told us what he recommended to resolve it. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Great work. The plumbing in my house is so old, I think they payed down pipes, waited 50 years THEN built the house... Honestly the toilets might be haunted..

I just had such an exceptional experience on the phone with this company that I had to take a moment to write this review! Hands-down this is the best plumbing company to work with on the Westside.
99.9% of any other Plumber would've just sent a tech and charged me a few hundred dollars to make a house call and fix my plumbing issue (broken toilet)
BUT INSTEAD they were able to guide me over the telephone and make some suggestions on how I could do a home repair myself. Honestly, what great integrity, and what an exceptional Business philosophy to be able to be so generous and helpful and caring. Obviously with this company it's not about just making a dollar. It's about providing real service. I just moved to Venice Beach a few weeks ago, and should I ever need a plumber for anything. Fixing a problem or I'm considering maybe redoing the bathrooms. I know that this is THE company that I'll go to. Broc was the Technician person that I spoke to and that guy is incredible!!!

I've been using this company for years. They are always professional, reliable and fast. I had an issue with my shower drain and they sent Oscar out within an hour. He is friendly and promptly fixed it within a few minutes. Their rates are great as well as their service.

Armando was super professional and thorough, upfront with costs and worked quickly. He replaced a bad wax ring that was causing our toilet to leak and re-caulked the toilet to better-than-before!  He was also super polite and respectful - walked me through the process because i was curious .  Anyhow, I very much appreciate his help and will plan to work with him again on my future plumbing projects!

Ceaser came to my home to take care of kitchen pipes under my home.  He is so knowledgeable in what he does & has the kindest respect demeanor.
