George and John are super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They did a fantastic job installing a new main line and tankless water heater. We're so happy with the quality of their work. We will use them for all our future plumbing needs!

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I'm very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under and hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don't use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

OK...one more glowing review. Maybe there should be a the yelp record reward? Greg came in at early side of appointment window and did the water hook-up for new refrigerator. Although there were some structural surprises noone could have foreseen, he was able to make accommodations so the job was finished in the quoted time frame. Great work, very nice man that Greg. They will be my permanent plumbers from now on. Thanks you gang @  my-plumbing-doctor.

I needed a reliable plumber who services the Culver City area to help replace a shower cartridge and faucet for a rental unit. He said via text that he would be on site at 8am and guess what....he was! I was very pleased that he was on time. He took care of the problem and provided valuable feedback. Needless to say he provided excellent, prompt service, and going forward, I will be using his company.

Chris was extremely helpful today! I called for an estimate and was at my apartment within 20 minutes to help unclog the drain in the kitchen sink! He took his time to make sure he didn't rush through anything and leave any problems behind and even showed me how I can deal with minor blockages myself! Would definitely use their service again.

We were connected with Hermes Plumbing through our home warranty, and they were excellent. Friendly, professional, and very efficient.

Mandel sent his team out (contracted with Right Time Rooter and Plumbing) to replace and relocate my hot water heater outside.  Anthony and his guys showed up on time and did a great job.  There was a minor issue that caused the pilot light to go out and he offered to come by that evening.  I didn't want to disturb his evening so he came out the first thing the next morning and everything's been fine ever since.  They also wore masks which is a plus in my book.

Samuel helped me figure out what was wrong with my water heater and then replaced the whole unit the next day. After realizing we had a leak under the house we called Sal's. We've used them before so we knew we would be in good hands with them. Angela walked me through what I should do until the plumber could arrive, and then they dispatched Gino. He showed up exactly when they said he would and got right to work. He found the problem immediately and got everything fixed in 45 minutes!

What could have been a really stressful situation turned out to be no big deal because of Sal's.

These guys showed up in 15 minutes, fixed a really bad leak in 10 minutes and were super professional and nice. On a weekend $125 seems like a fair price, considering that every other plumber said they would take between 3-5 hours. Highly recommended.
