I was very pleased with their service. It turned out--as it often does with this sort of thing--that some of the replacement parts were difficult to obtain. But through the entire process, they were very patient and diligent, and communicated with me every step of the way. Finally, everything is working again!

I called these guys because my garbage disposal was backed up.  They called back within 10 minutes and said they could come over but told me to try to plunge the disposal with a good plunger (the one's with the rubber sticking out).  And you know what, it worked!  Can you imagine a plumber helping you fix something so you can save some coin?  Well, that's what these guys did.  I'm quite impressed.

Clearly if I ever need a plumber in the future I know who I'm going to call.

Max came on a Saturday to install a new faucet replacing a leak that necessitated shutting off the main water supply to the house. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Would definitely use him again.

This is one of the fastest and most honorable companies I have called in so long. We were asked to call a water restoration company by our insurance to make sure a small leak we had under our sink didn't cause any more permanent damage. They came out so quick and the agent Chris was so fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and fast. He was also wearing a mask the whole time and very professional which I appreciate so much because I have an autoimmune. He explained there was no severe damage and gave us some quick tips to help us get out any residual water if we still had concerns by buying a dehumidifier and placing it under our sink where we had the little leak and he let us know the reason one of the faucets had no pressure was the last plumber had turned it off under the sink! The previous plumbers really led us to believe we had so much wrong they needed to fix and it was going to cost thousands of dollars and they were really aggressively pressuring us, but in fact they had caused what was wrong! Money is so tight because of covid and the losses to our business. This company prevented us from being completely taken advantage of by the first company we had called and we are so truly grateful to them and to the agent Chris that came out. It is so rare to find companies you can really really trust anymore and I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! The agent was so nice and so helpful and they even came out for free which is practically unheard of anymore and makes me feel like you can trust them even more. We will never use another plumbing company ever again. Flood Brothers impressed us so much they are our go to plumbing and restoration company forever!! We only wish we had found them years ago when we first moved here. Thank you so much Flood Brothers and Chris for all of your help! You are truly our plumbing heroes!

Unfortunately I've needed the service of a plumber twice in less than 6 months but Charlie's has made it a pleasant experience! I've had Louis come and work on a toilet, he explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done while he was doing it and was more than friendly. Couple months later now I needed the kitchen sink unclogged and Charlie came and was just as friendly. They put on booties before entering the house, cleaned the sink when he was done, give you a call before they come and are really just nice people. Already a return customer and would recommend to anyone!

I needed a fast response plumber to unclog my toilet. Alberto replied within a couple of minutes on Yelp and gave me a fair quote. He came to my house within the timeframe he gave me and quickly unclogged the toilet. If you want fast and friendly service I would recommend Saucedo Plumbing & Rooter

I had a backyard pipe leak that I was afraid that it would take a long time to figure out where the problem was because everything was underground. But Victor quickly figured out the source of the problem and completely fixed the problem next day. He also helped me with some other minor work for free.
They also clean up very well after the job is done.

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain and Brian was able to resolve the issue quickly. He was extremely easy to interact with and offered valuable insight into the source of the problem and how to address it moving forward. I was having issues with my water heater.  I called Zorro for a repair estimate.  After describing to him my issue and sending a picture of the water tank, he knew right away what was the problem and provided a quote via text.  He was over my house in 20 minutes and fixed the problem.  So far no issues with the water tank.  Zorro is easy to talk to and knows his stuff.

We had an emergency with our kitchen sink and since the moment I called they were really kind and helpful. They gave me a full explanation via phone of what was happening and their prices are really reasonable. Jerry was great and very kind, he came to our apartment really fast and solved our problem right away!

Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.
