Rooter-Man came out today to fix what turned out to be a clogged drain.  I've had plumbers out with cameras, rooters, we've tried everything.  Rooter-Man took care of it.  Curtis was personable, knowledgeable, professional.  He was efficient, and cleaned up the mess!

He also gave me a quote on a couple of other repairs while he was here.  I highly recommend Rooter-Man if you need it done right!

This was the 4th plumbing company I called for the same issue, and they were the only ones who could fix my problem, they really listened to me and explained everything that was going to be done.

They did respond to my phone call right away, even got a tech out within 20 minutes. I told them where the leak was and CT did a quick confirmation and straight up was like $1050. I knew it was WAY over priced. The company that built the system was charging $109 assessment fee and then $22/15min. That company just didn't have availability until the following Monday. Just having a newborn I needed it fixed otherwise I would have done the fix myself. The area was quickly dug up by the two guys, then they split for 30+ minutes, came back and completed, everything done just over an hour minus the time away. Then he gave me a $100 deduction for a total of $950...still over priced but it was extremely quick.

At work and neighbor calls to let me know I have water coming up from my front yard and it's running into the street. Neighbor turns off main for me and I start calling plumbers while at work.  I call 2 places and they're booked for weeks.  I call A&T, but I get a answering service. I then call their emergency number provided.  Gentleman that answers is able to get a tech over as soon as he's done with his current job.

Couple hours later I get a call from the tech.  He's at my house and we discuss the fees and I give him the go-ahead.  After a few minutes he's located the leak...cracked main pipe that my oak tree's roots have snapped.  I get a pic texted to me of the damage and an estimate of time.  Tech gets to work and shortly there after I get another text of a fixed pipe.  He then fills the hole and cleans up as best as possible. I get a call with the total and I pay over the phone with my credit card.

I couldn't have asked for a better process while being stuck at work.  Rate seems fair, tech was very clear and thorough about everything he did. I know who I'm calling for any future plumbing needs.

I've worked with Abel twice now and have had great experiences both times! I had some pipes burst after the freeze last year and had Abel replace all of my pipes with PEX. At one point he had to use a sawzall to cut through a piece of wall and he said, I bet you didn't think a plumber could do that! Ha! :)

Abel is knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and a good communicator. I will gladly work with Abel again in the future and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great plumber.

Really enjoyed working with Jim. His honesty and straightforward nature of getting work done is hard to ignore. He knocked everything out quick and was incredibly responsive via text and phone.

Good luck trying to get a reasonable and reliable estimate out these guys. It keeps changing. They quote quote you one thing in person, then another by email, yet another by phone. Got damn, stick to one estimate will you?

AC compressor started vibrating during cold February ice storm night, so I called Stan's to come and check it out.  The unit was level and has always been regularly maintained.  Stan's person came out next day, when it was warm and did not see the vibration.  I asked him, aren't you even going to turn a screw to see if something is loose, the fan, the motor, the housing on top of the compressor?  He never touched the unit, he said NO, just take a picture if it happens again, and that will be $100, thank you!  I have used Stan's for years.  NO more.  NOT only that one, I had Stan's come out for routine fall HVAC check in 2021.  The service tech took some items off the compressor, checked it out, got ready to leave and the compressor started making big rattling noises.  He asked me, was it making this noise before?  I said, No, not until YOU got here for a routine, nothing wrong with it check.  He then tightened up some things he had been working on and it stopped making the rattling noise.  Wow.

I can't say enough about Raymond and Ted who replaced a water heater for us.  Second floor....old house....not easy but they got it done.  Raymond also responded to my service request within a day while the other plumber I had called finally called me back three days later after the job was done.  I highly recommend Thunderbird.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

Another great job! Thanks Diego! This time I had a barn door to install and it was done beautifully. He was on time and did the work within a very reasonable time and at a very reasonable price. I'm going to keep using Diego for my projects and would definitely recommend him.

Emilio and Grace were great from start to finish. They responded immediately to my inquiry when I was looking for a plumber and gave me plenty of notice to get home from work for my appointment. They were kind and respectful of my home. They fixed my sink quickly and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I also did not feel pressured to go with any additional services. They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

We just purchased our first home here in Hutto and noticed there was an issue with the heat distribution. Raymond was great! He came and inspected our home for a possible leak, crawling into the far corner of our cramped attic. I recently had Plumber Near Me replace all of the parts inside the toilet tank because it was running. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They gave me options for what to replace, which was great. They also provided helpful tips to keep everything in good working order and even provided information on how to replace a small part in the future if needed.

My flooring company had recommended them after one of their plumbers reinstalled a commode after flooring had been put down and they did a great job then as well.
