Eddie did a great job fixing our toilets! I called them this morning for toilet repair and he was at our place within a few hours. Had both toilets fixed within the hour. Eddie also checked out our garbage disposal free of charge! We will definitely be using Rooter-Man Austin again in the future :-)

We've found Abel to be reliable, experienced and very easy to work with. My wife and I initially used him to install a tankless hot water heater and have since hired him for other plumbing projects with great success. He is easy to communicate with and he worked with us to accommodate our schedule. He was even able to squeeze us in after the recent ice storm, when plumbers were hard to come by. He's our go-to guy for plumbing/water projects.

Hands down the best and fairest plumber in Austin and surrounding area.  Jim worked long and hard to repair our sewer line and was priced 20% below the next lowest competitor. He does excellent work and is always smiling. He showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule.

I recently discovered that my hot water tank was rusting on the outside, and I was probably days away from a catastrophic damage event, which would have surely cost me thousands of dollars if it had burst.  I reached out to several plumbers via Yelp, and Andrew with Plumb Doctors was the first to respond.  Andrew let me know that he could be there the same day.  Mind you, it was getting late in the day, and Andrew was on a job in South Austin.  Nevertheless, Andrew was true to his word, and kept me posted on his arrival time.  He showed up at about 7:00 p.m., quickly assessed the situation, and called in reinforcements to get the job job quickly and efficiently.  Andrew and his team quickly went to work, and had a new water tank installed, and working flawlessly in short order.  This type of service is rare, and I commend Andrew and his team at Plumb Doctors.  They have earned my future business.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

100% pleased with the service we received. During our DIY shower faucet fix the copper water line broke when taking off the water spout. Everyone we called was booked. We called Plumber Near Me and Stephen H. was at our house within 30 minutes. He was very professional, quick and got the job done well, cleaned up any mess made and had our shower up and running in about and hour. This was a huge relief since we were expecting relatives from out of town for the weekend.

What a great local company! Texted Sharon that I had a slow shower drain, she had a master plumber call me. He walked me through a couple of DYI solutions and he offered to have someone come by next day. I opted for next day service. The plumber who came out cleared the drain while teaching me how to do it. Incredible company. Obviously it was an easy fix, but I'll definitely be using this company for life!

The owner/his rep.  was supposed to meet me at 2:15 PM on 3/21/13 at a rental property to give estimate.  I waited for him from 2 PM to 2:40 PM, after driving for about 45 minutes from NW Hills.   I called.  He said he was supposed to call me back.  I hang up and decided never to deal with him again.  If your time and professional attitude is important to you, pass him by.

They did a job for us, we called them to come help us because we couldn't reach our normal plumber, but their prices are definitely higher than our normal plumber who we really love. (Andres pro plumbing)

I had contacted several companies for estimates and they are the only ones who made me feel comfortable enough to allow them to work on my home.  I am super pleased with the work they did for me and I confidently recommend them to my family and friends. I had a clog in my clothes washing machine drain. I tried vinegar, and then pro quality drain gel, with no results. I found Daniel's Plumbing (#2) on Google, and had them over for an estimate. I was forewarned that 95% of washer clogs are a broken pipe. and Since we can't get the snake around the indention where the top of the drain is, we'll have to go on the roof, and run it down the vent pipe, and that will be $405.00. After about 20 minutes, they approached me, (quite courteously may I add) and informed me the problem was a broken pipe, and they would have to rent an air spade, to blow the dirt out and around large roots from a nearby tree, and run a new line under my greenhouse, and over to a clean-out, about 36 feet away, and with a 10% handi-capped discount, it would cost $3,650.00, and take 2-3 days. They would also have to bust up a section of sidewalk, and I could also hire them to repair it. I wrote the check for $405.00, and told them I would sleep on it. I talked to 3 people (in the know) and it sounded fishy to all three.
   I just got finished with a different plumber, (#1) (and house) in a small town, an hr away from Austin, and had him (and a helper) drive to (and fro) Austin, and UNCLOG the drain in 15 minutes, for a grand total of $190.00. What a nice birthday gift! $3,245.00

Al was awesome! He thoroughly explained the problem in a way that was easily understood. He also educated me on how the unit works and provided me with preventative measures. By the time Al left I was in good spirits knowing that not only is he extremely knowledgeable about his profession but also because I know I received a fair price.
