Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Austin TX

I called 2 other 5 star plumbers on Yelp and they did not want to come look at a possible under house leak.  One of them recommended me to a 1 star plumber.  I did not call them.  I called Rooter-Man.  David spoke with me on the phone, came out the next day, diagnosed the problem (which turned out not to be under the house),  and fixed it in about 30-45 minutes AND put in a shower head for me for free.  He was very pleasant to have in the house and did a superb job.  I won't have to wonder who to call from now on!!!!  Rooter-man is THE MAN!!!!

Asa and Ryan diagnosed our tankless water heaters after the snowpocalypse in February.  They were the 3rd plumber we called in two months after enduring cold water in our kitchen, laundry room and guest bath.  They ordered and installed a new recirculating tank which took special tools and a lot of crawling around our attack and troubleshooting.  Ryan went the extra mile and found a breaker to our pump had been shut off!  Now we have an abundance of hot water and feel confident we have some diligent professionals we can rely on to finish the job.

He was done within a few hours, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He did a great job, he will be my go-to from now on.

I called Republic Pipeworks because I needed a new hot water heater. Jim came to my house checked everything out and had it replaced with a brand new one for a GREAT price.  I would recommend Republic Pipeworks to anyone!

Of course when my water heater started leaking I wanted a plumber with a 5-star track record, and Thunderbird lived up to it!  I emailed them late at night and explained the situation.  They called and emailed and texted first thing in the morning and were happy to come right away, even though I knew their business was very busy.  They replaced the water heater and cleaned up the water within 3 hours.  They quoted the price before the job and stuck with it--and it was a great price!  I think I have a new go-to plumber!

Loved them! They were in/out fast and so polite!! They've been so busy after this winter storm, but they were able to update us and even text us when they were 30 minutes away!! We'll be using them again!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Had Honest Air Plumbers come in and check the source of the leak.  It was very hard for them to diagnose if the water was coming from AC or a Plumbing leak.  They said they would charge $ 200 to cut thru a drywall to diagnose.  If that did not fix,  there would be another hole in another part of the house.  They offered a few more options to which I declined.  All in all - very respectable.  I paid them $45 out-call fee.  However, they were not cost effective.  I got the whole thing fixed later at $180 including parts from another plumbing company.   They are very efficient to schedule you, but expect a slightly larger bill.

Raymond was great! He came and inspected our home for a possible leak, crawling into the far corner of our cramped attic. He was prompt, friendly, and personable, taking time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions. We have found our go to plumber and will be recommending him to all of our friends.

First time home owner and my garbage disposal stopped working yesterday and then the sink started to back up on a Tuesday and I couldn't wait until the weekend for my husband to take a look at it, so I gave Plumber Near Me a call.  Aiden called to let me know he was 15 minutes out and arrived promptly, was able to fix my disposal without having to replace it and gave me recommendations on how to keeping it working in an optimal state.  He also showed me how to try to fix it on my own should it get clogged again.  Great company and AMAZING customer service.  Highly recommend and will be using for all my plumbing needs going forward.

The main waterline pipe (bringing water from the street to the house) broke over a holiday weekend, and Osborn Plumbing sent guys out on Labor Day to fix the pipe.  They explained why the pipe had burst and took care of it quickly.  I was very stressed out about not having water and how much it would cost to fix, but they charged a fair amount that matches a quote from another local plumber.

Unfortunately, I had a lot of debris in the line that got into some of the house lines and caused secondary problems.  But Osborn Plumbing responded quickly to my follow-up calls, explained what the problem was once they got out to my house, how they would fix it, and how much the charge would be.  Some things they fixed for no charge, and the other charges were very reasonable.  

It's hard to be happy when you have to call someone for plumbing issues at your house, but I am happy with the services I received from Osborn Plumbing.  I would definitely recommend them!

I had a problem that they actually helped me fix myself instead of charging me. The owner took the time to walk me through how to do it. They easily could have sent someone over to do it, pretend like it was a lot of work, and then charge me $50, but no, they didn't do that. These guys seem like genuinely good and honest people, and the next time I have any sort of plumbing issue, I'm going to give them my business from now on.

My garbage disposal was leaking so had to get someone in to fix it. So glad Jacob came to help! I got a new garbage disposal, new toilet, new tankless water heater in about 5 hours. Incredible service and I didn't have to worry about anything!

I would never recommend nor use this company again. They are incredibly over priced. The guy they sent out didn't know what he was doing. Left for an hour, came back to finish job and damaged our back wall while soldering a pipe. I left for work and when I came back there was no water coming out. The guy was in such a rush he forgot to turn something back on.  I called the office and they said It was not an emergency so they didnt send anyone out to fix the mistake and said I would be charged $59 if someone did. I ended up having to use youtube to turn the water heater valve back on. Worst experience ever.
