Friendly, efficient, and honest...and on time. Expectations were set and met. Curtis did a great job on numerous little projects. Pricing is flat rate...a plus.

We had an awful main line clog ended up flooding one bathroom and two bathtubs with sewage. Rito rooter sent out two techs on separate days and they were not able to fix it. We called many other places and they all quoted us over $1k because our toilet (a toro) is unusual and because we don't have a main line entry point in our yard (thanks TX).

Capital City got back to us within the hour and were about to come out a couple of hours after on the same day. They fixed the issue within an hour, didn't have trouble with the weird toilet, and did it all for cheaper than we were quoted everywhere else.

I called Abel after noticing water damage on my kitchen ceiling. It turns out my master bath shower valve was leaking, causing water to run down to the lower lever ceiling.

Abel was quick to take a look, and explained everything to me in great detail. His prices were also extremely reasonable and he had the issue solved in a few hours.

He's the only person I trust with my plumbing issues, highly recommended!

I called Republic Pipeworks because I needed a new hot water heater. Jim came to my house checked everything out and had it replaced with a brand new one for a GREAT price.  I would recommend Republic Pipeworks to anyone!

Nothing like a mainline stoppage at 10pm on a Friday night. I reached our first thing Saturday morning and they were able to send a tech out. He was able to get our line open, but there was a break in the line at the city connection. He told us how to reach the city and didn't try to scam us for the repair. Not cheap but worth it in the end. Thanks!

I have known Aaron for about five years now and feel fortunate to have met him. After being taken advantage of repeatedly by plumbers in the past ( telling me to rip out the last person's work and re-do it etc) , I have never had this experience with Aaron. He is a solid, trustworthy and dependable person who doesn't dismiss smaller jobs for big ones or shirk the unpleasant side of the business. I think he is the patron saint of plumbing! Four halos to him. As an aside, I also really like supporting smaller, local business owners with families. He's a really great guy and a family man on top of it all- that counts with me too. Overall, I would recommend hiring this company for plumbing needs.  
They were prompt, professional, and very friendly.  
The work was completed quickly and proficiently.  
I did have to haggle on the bill a bit, but that is to be expected.  We received a 15% discount for being a first time customer (they offer 10% off for returning customers), and the owner Mark was very pleasant to deal with on the phone.  
I also looked PPS up on the better business bureau. They have been operating since 2009 and have had no complaints at all.  Pretty remarkable!  
The only advice I might give is to be sure you understand the pricing before you get them over to your house.  They expect immediate payment.  It's $90.00 an hour with a minimum charge of an hour.  There will be a mark up on the parts for labor (standard practice.)  There's a $45 service fee no matter what.  Write down when they arrive, and when they leave.  Plumbers get paid more than most doctors, so don't faint when you get your bill.  They're ALL expensive, but very necessary!

I was one of these winter vortex houses that had busted plumbing, to make a long story short. I was having a tough time even getting plumbers to come to my house to give me an estimate for the whole house re-pipe. Two of Austin's bigger named plumber companies cancelled on me, five minuets before my window, with one on a Monday and one on a Friday. I don't start relationships like that, so I don't reschedule.

My brother in law owns a plumbing company in CA and I told him my woes and he found O & M on Yelp and told me to give them a call. I did and I'm so happy for it.  

Ben showed up Friday morning and on time, to give me an estimate and I told him I was looking for a relationship. I don't just what the wham bam thing, and that I wanted to feel comfortable. Ben walked the property with me and explained all and took the time to think about me needing an additional exterior water faucet and when I told him I'd be interested in a water softener system in the future, he suggested doing the piping now - which would be a great time/money saver.  

I'm so excited that they'll be able to start work in a week! Other companies were trying to quote me so high it was as if they were trying to dare me to give them the job! Looks like O & M is my plumbing Co and I'm sure I'll be recommending them to all. I have complete faith the work will be high quality.

Water heater wasn't working.  They came out same day fixed the issue (caused by the recent storm) and saved the water heater.  Outstanding customer service.  Will definitely call them again if I need a plumber!

Responded to my inquiry late Friday night. Tech was at my house by 10am Saturday and replaced the hot water heater by mid afternoon.

This is a new business that provided quick service, personable and polite technician with excellent work. I thought I would have to wait months to get service due to the recent servere cold weather but they were available the day after I called. I am not associated with the business in any way, just a satisfied customer.

I needed my front door repaired after someone else didn't do it right last month. Diego told me he could be out a few days later so I set an appointment and waited. Diego arrived on time and identified the issue promptly which had been overlooked and got everything fixed up for me and my tenant.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Honest Air. We woke up Saturday morning HOT, and it was apparent that our fan on the condenser wasn't spinning. Just sitting there humming.

One call to at 7:44 am, and their field supervisor was at our house around noon!  And there was no Saturday fee, or emergency fee. Nothing like that.

He even gave us $40 off due to a discount they were doing at the time.

I would recommend calling these guys because he found out it was a simple fix, and had the job done within and hour, and he even checked the rest of my unit and gave me free advice.

Very reasonably priced too, and I'd definitely use them again.

Plumber Near Me was very efficient in scheduling a quick appointment and a fair estimate. The work was done promptly and the two plumbers who came, Casey and Paul, were polite, friendly, efficient and did neat work.

Had a new whole house Atlas 3 stage filter system installed.  The system is awesome, water tastes great - would highly recommend.  Working with GTX was great, installation was smooth and looks great, tech cleaned up site.  Will definitely use again for any plumbing work that I need done.

My shower had been clogged/slow draining forever. I finally made the decision to call and received same day service. Skip was amazing. He was very polite and personable. Not only did he fix our drain, he also gave me a great gift idea for my boyfriend who happened to be grilling when Skip arrived. Thank you Skip!!

I suspect that Daniel's is trying a business strategy to raise rates and push for additional services not necessarily needed.

I have used Daniel's in the past and was happy enough, so I had them out to look at my tankless water heater and was told it would cost $1,700+. I decided I should check with the installers (ARC), who did the work for $1,100.

But I had no hard feelings, so when our toilet was acting up (flap leaking) the following day, I called Daniels.

A fellow came out and checked the toilet (5 seconds) then went straight to the kitchen table where he began pricing differing scenarios. He strongly suggested I go with a whole new toilet, which was stupid, because I just needed a new universal kit installed. After about 20 minutes, he told us that would cost $477 to repair. Despairing for lack of time and patience, I agreed to it.

He went to the truck, got a kit and installed it in about 10 minutes, all the time talking about how much better a new toilet would be. It broke down to $249 for an hour of labor and $228 for a kit. A regular kit at Lowes goes for about $20, but he says this one is metal inside, so it's better. Sigh. It better be.

Looking at the bottom of the invoice later, I note that it says:
If you sign this and fail to meet the terms and conditions, you may lose legal ownership rights to your home/business. I understand Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning will file a lien against my property if I do not pay for the work performed in accordance with this agreement.
This seems a bit extreme, and rather rude.

Between the $6,000 overcharge on the tankless water heater, the silly upselling on a new toilet and the overpricing of that bill, I won't be using Daniel's anymore.
