Best Electric Water Heater Inst… in Austin TX
We have used Eddie at Rooter man twice now. We had a drain clogged and he came out and fixed it super quick. Then our 20 year old toliet started leaking. Again, same day service, replaced the toliet right away. I appreciate his fast response time and professional attitude. He practiced social distancing precautions for Covid-19. We won't hesitate to use Eddie again.

Capital City Plumbing & Drain has bailed us out countless times over the last couple of years. They were able to fix a leak from our main water line that 2 other plumbing companies weren't able to find, installed a new homeowner shutoff valve, rerouted old sprinkler systems and water lines, fixed leaky faucets and replaced shower cartridges in our guest bathroom, and handled all of the plumbing work in a recent master bathroom remodel.
They are very professional, always show up on time, and give you honest estimates based on the materials and work. Jeff and his team are the most trustworthy plumbers I've ever come across. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Replied to my phone call right away, and was able to come get the job done soon after. Great service and even gave us a discount for paying in cash :)

Our water heater was leaking, so we called Standard plumbing. We left a message and within minutes, our call was returned. Braulio showed up within 45 minutes as promised.
He was professional and his quote was reasonable.
Within a few hours, we had a new water heater. From the time we called to the time he drove away, it was less than five hours. All this considering our water heater is in the attic.
His work was clean, efficient, and took the time to go over everything, including warranty.
In light of the pandemic and physical distancing, he also ensured he kept his distance, wore gloves and ensured his and our safety.
We highly recommend Standard Plumbing and Braulio if you need a new water heater.

I used Jim at Republic Pipeworks to handle the gas line plumbing for my restaurant.
I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. I truly felt as a customer, I was a priority to him and he has earned my respect both as a customer and as a fellow businessman.
From now on, Republic Pipeworks will be the only company I trust to handle my commercial plumbing, as well as, the plumbing in my own home.

I'm very confused about my experience today.
The issue is my water heater won't turn on. The water heater is fine, with no leaks and no gas smell; it's the electric control box that won't work. We did make sure our breaker in the house works, and the electricity everywhere else works. Water heaters aren't like phones or computers, and you can't just plug them in somewhere else to test them.
I went to yelp! I had seen the yelp reviews were good; I went to the website and put in a web request. I didn't want the emergency plumbing appointment, and I did not call. But it was early in the morning when I put the web request in.
First positive, I got a great response back in an email. It was cheerful, had great information, gave me a number to call, and said, 'we only do onsite quotes' and 'let's schedule you for a quote. Perfect! This is great!
So I called. I was on hold for a long time. Then a woman answered, and I told her what was going on, I explained I put in a web request, and I got an email response to schedule for it, and I needed the quote and what was wrong with the water heater.
Now, it's very possible, and I'll contend this, that I said that quickly and she didn't understand me. That's why I'm giving this rating 3 stars and not 1 for the situation. This could be my fault for not speaking more carefully initially. Yet, whatever it was, I didn't get any probing questions, or What's your name, ma'am or anything to see if I put in a request.
Her response was, Ummmm, hmmm, let me see if we even do that, I was on hold a long time again. When she returned, she sounded more confused than I felt as I wrote this.
Well, we only go out to the property, and we would have to look at it, and then we would determine if we could even fix it or if it has to be replaced.
I know that. At the beginning of the call, I told her I had gotten the email. I was calling to schedule as the email said. Why is she confused? Why doesn't she know how it works if she works there?
I said, Yeah, I figured that's what you would do.
She says, again sounding completely confused, Well, um, let's schedule you, but um, I have to tell you something to make sure you understand.
Okay.
We can only come out during the emergency hours, so it's going to be more money.
I did explain that I didn't want the emergency hours; that's why I put in the request. She told me they might be able to maybe see me sometime next week. She did it with the tone of someone about to tell you, no, we can't, the next second. Are they that busy, or is it me?
I don't get it. The reviews are great, the email was great, and the owner looks great, but if the person taking the orders isn't sure how to do an order or how the order works, how do I know it will be booked correctly?
I told her I'd call back, but I'm unsure if I will. I was left confused and unsure after that call. I thought I'd leave this review, at least. Maybe it's a weird day. Anyway, that's my experience.

Jeff came out and looked at the many problems we were having with the water heater in the attic. Water has poured from the ceiling twice with 2 different water heaters. Work was able to start quickly, as we had no hot water at all. He was knowledgeable about how to improve our situations and what products we could use to increase efficiency. The reviews are true with Thunderbird. They are really great guys. They moved the water heater from the attic to the garage(didn't know it was possible) and put a recirculating pump to get hot water to the other side of the house. They also removed and hauled away the 3 dead water heaters from the attic. They were fast, clean, and friendly. The water heater is actually pretty and the pipes are covered nicely. Can't believe how fast we get hot water now. Trust these guys, they know what they are doing and their pricing is very fair.

My sprinklers and hose spouts had low water pressure. Mark came out and adjusted the pressure regulator valve. He mentioned that it was on its last leg and might need to be replaced. He said if it needed to be replaced, he would credit the amount he charged for adjusting it. He checked the pressure and said it was back up. However, the water pressure was still weak. So I called him the next day and he came the next morning and replaced it. Now I have full pressure and as a bonus, my indoor water pressure also increased. I never realized how much I missed a good shower. Mark was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. He also wore a mask and respected the COVID-19 situation. I recommend Mark for your plumbing services.

These guys are my plumbers. Lucky to have them! Any of the technicians that have been sent out by O&M have been on time, friendly, and efficient. They do great work at a fair price. Drew came out this morning to fix my clogged garbage disposal and was very knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell that they care about what they are doing and their clients.

Asked for a quote to disconnect two 40gal water heaters, remove from attic and connect two tankless water heaters and a soft water system. The technician (Gabe) and owner (Cody) were straight forward, professional and offered expert advice without trying to up-sale unnecessary options. Highly recommend!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. They wanted $89 just to say hello. I understand that people can be flaky, and that a professional's time should be valued (no one should have to make a house call for free). So while I think that the visit fee was within reason, I found it ridiculous that it did not go towards the cost of repair had we chose to use their services. Every other quote I received at least credited the visit fee towards the repair cost. When I asked if they did the same, the response was basically no, that's just the visit fee- as if this was normal. All in all the whole thing felt like a scam. I'm glad I chose a more reputable company instead.

Can't say enough good things about this company! There was a miscommunication due to an used with their phone line but the owner came out and made it right. I will definitely be calling CJ and Austin Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from here on out and recommending them to friends!

My garbage disposal didn't work so I called to a schedule a fix. He told me before we scheduled anything, to try pushing the reset button on the disposal. I didn't know they had reset buttons. That fixed the issue at no charge. 5 stars for integrity!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Brett was outstanding when he came out for maintenance. He is very polite and professional.

Ray (the owner) and another plumber communicated clearly, arrived when they said they would, fixed 4 leaks and drain clogs, and cleaned up when done. I'd hire them again.

Plumber Near Me was very responsive. They came out the same day that I called them. My water heater was leaking and old and needed to be replaced. Communication was superb; they gave me a quote and laid out all the next steps.

I came home from work last night and found my water cut off thanks to a kindly neighbor (water was running down the street). Fortunately I could work from home.
Was referred to GTX, and was impressed with both the work and professionalism.
They're going to be my first call when I have another plumbing issue.

They came 200 miles all the way from Bastrop at 5:30 pm. to fix a broken waterline on a holiday weekend. Keep in mind that they charged us $675.00 to replace this one pipe fitting after we had dug all the holes. On a lighter note you will receive a key chain with a bible quote about Jesus for free.

Our throne was wobblier than a hobo full of Mad Dog, so we called Daniel's Plumbing to see if they couldn't bring some stability to our porcelain perch.
Jim (I do not know if he has a last name, but legends often need only one name) spent a while grappling with the demons that apparently live under our home. He mentioned something about a finicky flange being the likely culprit.
Jim performed the necessary exorcism with a great attitude and friendly demeanor and didn't even try to hit us with a big bill for his services. For this we are truly grateful.
10/10 would call on Daniel's (and Jim) again!
