Have been using Sean & his company for several years now, & cannot recommend him enough. He just replaced my Water Heater - at a very fair price, & is beyond professional! Have already recommended Wedgeworth Plumbing & Sean to many friends already, & they have been very impressed with his knowledge & work! Great to have someone you trust!

Fast, friendly and quality service.  Called Acosta this morning to fix a galvanized water line that broke during the freeze.  The crew arrived on-time, quickly looked at the job and gave me an estimate.  They were able to get all the necessary parts and finish the job today.  They replaced the galvanized parts with PEX and copper, then insulated everything.  Although I was just looking for a fix, they improved the entire set up of that area.  Thank you!

He knew exactly what the issue was and the price was soo reasonable. He didnt try to husle us like the others that came by.  We will definitely call on him again for all our plumbing needs.

Overly happy! I called because I just moved into a new house post Harvey.  I needed a new toilet installed and some work finished under my sink that I couldn't do. They were able to come out that same day and. I was so pleased! Gary came with his right hand-man. He made suggestions on which models would get the best shelf life. He even gave me insightful suggestions when I asked about other work that I needed done. Very savvy.

He and his teammate worked so quickly and efficiently. They have tons of materials on hand in their company truck. They were huge jokesters and I had a few laughs while they were working. Funny guys. My toilet and sink look absolutely wonderful and everything works like a gem!

Audits fixed 3-4 burst pipes in a single afternoon. Highly recommend. Arrived early to the property and is knowledgeable on plumbing.

After noticing my review, Acacias sent back a technician and restored my water pressure to what it was previously. It seems the repair work had loosened some debris which traveled up the pipe and restricted the water. I'm very grateful to them for coming back and warrantying their work. I'll keep Acacias on speed dial for the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I needed 2 valves replaced that was in close proximity with the wall. Kim not only fixed the problem, but also replaced the old pipes as well without damaging the wall. The quality of work was absolutely amazing. He has a wide range of specialty tools that can tackle any problem. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. 10/10

Based on Hugo's 5 star reviews I decided to use him to install my outdoor Ring camera with 2 lights. He arrived on time, was professional and we discussed the work I needed. He completed the job on time, added something extra for a better install and then made sure the camera was set up and facing the direction I wanted. Plus, he charged what he quoted my on the dollar! I was happy to give him a tip for the extra mile he went for my home. I have been looking for a handyman for odd jobs around my house and I will definitely be using Hugo again.

My garbage disposal was completely jammed yesterday - right before Labor Day weekend - so I found Plumbaway here on Yelp. Since they are located here in the Heights and I love supporting our local businesses, I gave them a call.

Robert returned my voicemail in ten minutes and had Manuel over to assess the situation in no more than 30 minutes. My garbage disposal had in fact died so Manuel quickly ran to the supplier and picked up a newer model and cane right back and installed. From the moment I called until the new garbage disposal was purchased and installed, I would say that the whole job took at the most two hours.

I am absolutely thrilled to discover Plumbaway Plumbing. We will use them moving forward for all of our plumbing needs and will recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.

I contacted Geovanny to install a new kitchen sink faucet that I purchased myself and replace 3 water shut off valves that were locked up.  He did a great job, super  nice guy to work with and knows his stuff!

Texas Plumbing on Woodwind did a great job fixing my freeze busted pipes. I texted them Wednesday and they were out today while other plumbers had quoted me A MONTH wait (wait times are very long right now in February 2021 because of an awful storm that got as low as 10 degrees, lasted several days, and froze all the pipes). They spent about 4 hours fixing 3 leaks in the attic, bill was about $1200.

My family can finally shower again!

I have used this company twice and they have never failed me.  They are reasonable with cost and always try and come that day if possible.  They were in and out in 30 minutes.  Job done!!

Very responsive, courteous, professional.  Alex and Sebastian were on point with their suggestions and easily fixed then issue I was having with poorly installed valve.

I was recently informed that it appeared I had a leak in the exterior water line. The city sent a crew out and informed me there was a leak between house and meter. After checking several leads I contacted Texas Best. They were very professional and courteous. They asked some questions and they could come by in a couple of hours. I telephoned around 3 o'clock. They arrived in less than an hour and looked the scene. My yard was so full of water you wold think a storm and come in and not run off. They offered 2 options and told me one way more expensive because they could not see any bubbling to pinpoint the leak. The second option less expensive was to run a new line from meter to house. This should last several years. They can put the next morning a round 8. By 1030 they were thru. They even did a good job of cleanup. The exposed ground will have grass full in very quickly.
The crew was very polite and very hard working. I would use them again with no problem. I would recommend them with out reservation.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

JD Prevision has performed several repairs at my personal home and we recommend them for all of our underground camera inspections when we are performing home inspections on older properties.

Pros: Carl proved to be a honest, caring professional. The work was performed quickly and he cleaned up around the site that wasn't required of him to do. He listened to my concerns and attempted to find the problems as best he could. My family and I felt very safe with him in our home.

Cons: Just as another customer added..for the price, he could have suggested how to fix this without such a large price tag to the consumer. Obviously, that takes some money away from the company, but in the long run, you create long-term loyal customers.

Contracted through HomeServ to prepare outside leak at water line.  Once scheduled, they kept us informed of changes.  Although our appointment was moved out twice, we were pleased overall with their service, quality of work, and timeliness and would likely use them again.

I assume that in the other websites where Abacus is getting good reviews and five stars, they must be paying the website in order to filter the bad reviews.

These are not repair people, they are sales people. Literally, five minutes after arriving at our house, the guy was already offering to change the whole unit for $18K and dead set on having us apply for a credit. Nothing was repairable according to him. In reality, it was a simple $100 repair.

If you want a salesman and feel like spending a fortune, call Abacus. If you need a real AC tech, you need to call someone else.
